701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Tezos discussion on: November 06, 2017, 10:12:00 PM
Some Tezos "donators" sent an obscene amount of btc in todays value (like a million bucks+), if I did that I'd be shittin' bricks. I hope this works out ok.  Undecided

Yes they got over $500m. But why would that be problem for them or us investors?

Are you unaware of the problems between the Breitmans and the foundation regarding ico funding for development and the class action lawsuits? there's a lot of uncertainty right now, and if I donated a huge amount of btc I'd be nervous is all I was saying.

Sure I'm aware. Are you aware that money didn't go anywhere, they're working on the product to deliver? That's why I'm pretty comfortable with my invesment, it wasn't huge though.
I'm hoping for the best, I want Tezos to succeed not be the next crypto disaster.

We hope so too. And I believe they will succeed. Maybe it'll take more than anticipated though.

705  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [CVC] CIVIC Tokensale Successfully Completed on: November 06, 2017, 01:50:21 PM

I'm curious if I need to do anything with the current CVC I'm holding if CVC moves from ERC20 to RootStock? Does anyone know?

There will most likely be a swap. The team will clarify this when RootStock is up in the air!

So,devs are working on their own platform with own wallet?

I didn't know Civic will move to RootStock. Thanks guys! Gotta do some research  Cheesy
706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in ICO, still promising? on: November 06, 2017, 01:46:59 PM
I took a break for a while. I'm trying to make some adjustments on my current portfolio.
But if there is a really solid projejct, why not?
707  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin future on: November 06, 2017, 01:44:47 PM
I think if you go for right projects then there is a bright future. At least that's what I'm trying to do Cheesy
708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's your favorite 3 altcoins and why? on: November 06, 2017, 01:42:00 PM
WAVES -> With NG, DEX, smart contract, and others I believe we'll see great demand for Waves. That means huge transactions and money for us Grin

DGD -> DGX will be gold backed. And DGD holders will get some benefits of the fee.

PBT -> Even I lost huge amount of money I still believe in tis project (With that team probably they will screw up Grin). It can be great example of real world tokenizing. I don't like the team at all btw  Grin
709  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🌟🌟🚀[ANN][04.07] ICO Starta - Cross-Coin Venture capital on the blockchain🌟 on: November 06, 2017, 11:40:31 AM
Price has fallen quite a bit since the ICO so is there anyone who is still holding the tokens that they bought during the crowdsale?

I'm holding most the tokens I got from ICO. Hope it's good decision though Grin

I bought some 1000 sta tokens during the ico and it has got a hard hit and trading less than 50% of the price.Still, I am waiting to sell them at ico price if it rises post btc fork

If they reveal the buyback process, we can decide more easier on our STA tokens.

As someone already pointed out that buyback will happen over a long period of time and this puts a lot of questions on early investors face who thought of making 2x-5x on launch.Nowadays buyback tokens arent of much interest..Look at iconomi, mobilego and now starta...value of coin keeps going down.

But I think Starta's portfolio is pretty promising. They had couple of successful ICOs already. There is not much of STA tokens at the market. If they can do the buyback transparent and efficient way, it can be successful.
You're right about Iconomi. But MGO hasn't started as I know.
But when I compare ICONOMI and TaaS, I would definitely go for TaaS method.

712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Primalbase: Distributed Workspace for Tech Community on: November 06, 2017, 11:28:34 AM
If this month we not gonna see ether gateway, probably coin will turn to a junk. Ether gateway opens a way for other markets

We saw many failed promises for this project. I hope they will deliver it in this month as they stated on the October report
"A common question among the Primalbase community has been when the Ethereum Gateway
will be released. We understand this need and want to apologise for the delay in this process.
The development team has been working tirelessly to complete this work alongside the site
re-design and building the booking platform. But, we’re pleased to say it will be released in
November 2017. A technical brief will be distributed when the Gateway is released."

Hi, guys! Nice project. I have some questions about bounty program, it is clear to me, but when we get the coins for the bounty? Immediately or need to wait for long?

ICO is over. Bounty program is over.
Why so many similar posts lately???

Of late, a  lot of newbies have been posting similar questions in each of the altcoins section asking the same question over and over again.I believe this has to do with the activity increase which would help them to rank as earlier as possible.

Yes it seems so. Easy post. They don't need to read the whole OP or any details, updates...
Just some lines work for them to increase their activity.
714  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: November 06, 2017, 11:23:05 AM
You know what I am seeing here? Too many paid actors! I never saw so much "sales" people as many in this Token trying to keep it together, who ever is doing this is much better than the fucker who did the Bloomberg interview! Cheering for the fake "sales" team on BT.

OK, we all know you are mad because you lost half of your invested money. Welcome to crypto, should have set stop loss on exchange in the first place. Can we now move on with constructive discussion and stop personal insults?

I agree with you. It was clear from the start that Bancor was a long term hold. The idea is revolutionairy and it simply takes a lot of time to build the Protocol.

Within a year or two (if everything goes right) we will see a big dominance of Bancor.

Good luck guys! I sold my BNTs after they changed the terms during the ICO. Hope they deliver the promises(they can change it as they did before) and people won't lose their money.
715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: TaaS — Tokenized Closed-End Fund on: November 06, 2017, 11:19:30 AM
4.42$ at current is not bad. can anyone tell me how much one can get holding 1000 Tass until next dividend?
Coss and Tass are success, unfortunately TGT could not make it, this community is good and growing. My eyes on it Smiley

In recent dividends payout each TAAS got $0.31 if this will remain same than you will get $310 in profit but much hard to predict about I think dev will generate huge revenue for next dividends payout. I also holding my token since ICO.

You made good investment and getting good return from it. I'm a bit late on TaaS I guess Grin

717  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tezos: A Self-Amending Crypto-Ledger on: November 02, 2017, 07:58:54 AM
There are 3 kinds of Tezos FUDs:
1. Those who contributed without really knowing what Tezos is or how it plans to improve the cryptocurrency world. If you are one of those I can see why you are panicking but understand that Ethereum went through tougher challenges early on and it is where it is now. Be patient.

2. Those who did not contribute and do not like Tezos for any reason. If you are one of them please be quiet. All you do is freak out the people at #1 and we are tired of babysitting them. If your plan is to keep the Tezzies price lower so that you can buy it cheaper then I may keep quiet so that I add more Tezzies at lower price myself 😂

3. Those who were surprised by this conflict between founders and foundation board members. This is business and it is always difficult to govern people. Tezos is not unique. Look at the number of Bitcoin hard forks lately. Every stakeholder have their own interest and unless we have evidence that the founders squandered the Dev money or abandoned the project we should keep the faith.

(Thanks to Tebarek)

Well said. But weird thing is that somehow #2 can make uncomfortable #1. Even they know what Tezos is.
718  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Primalbase: Distributed Workspace for Tech Community on: November 02, 2017, 07:53:29 AM
Ico price was 4 btc and now its less than 0.5 btc. What a loss.it doesnt work under waves blockchain. As they promised it should be on ether gateway at october but nothing happened.my expectations was so high on primal but since today we couldnt see anything yet except one office

Actually, the ico price with early bird bonus is 1 PBT=3btc, and the formal ico price is 1PTB=5btc, anyway, the price now is so cheap that I can not image, what is wrong with the dev team?

Obviously nothing. They seem they know everything. Otherwise they would listen us sometimes.
719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves future on: October 30, 2017, 12:47:54 PM
The lack of Volume on DEX is a very big problem for Waves, and Waves ICO's.

It can be change with the new DEX Gui and speed up with the NG protocol. At least I hope that Cheesy
720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Primalbase: Distributed Workspace for Tech Community on: October 30, 2017, 12:33:57 PM
Do any of you guys know, Primalbase Ethereum withdrawal gate for bounty reward already available? I decided to wait for Ethereum gates, and not withdraw my little bounty to waves.

I don't know but AFAIK they haven't released the Ethereum Gateway yet. So I think it's not, better ask the team though.
