I don't think there's anything wrong with people withdrawing their funds from Binance, it's something that should've been done much earlier on imo, FTX just painted it in a bolder color. I reckon as long as Binance is pretty honest with what it does and the funds are obviously used to what they're supposed to be used for (and not for), they should be fine in the long term. That is unless someone finds some solid evidence of something wrong, like in the case of FTX, then you can probably expect a big impact on the scene, considering how big Binance is as an exchange.
It's not wrong to withdraw a fund out of binance or any other exchanges because people don't came in crypto for nothing but they invest to earn. Even if it's not a bull season, we are now in crisis and people might need money so they will still sell. For those who don't need money, storing some money in trusted a exchange like binance are still fine but they should always be vigilant and always track the platform so that they can do an immediate action before the worse has yet to come. Here's my technical analysis for Solana, for me, I agree with OP that Solana is really oversold. But for me, it's a good buy starting now every time Solana drops below $13. For fundamental side, FTX Exchange really fcked up Solana, that's what another reason why Solana is extremely oversold right now.

I might buy it when it's under $5 like sam famously did, but i am not going to rush in now. If it is for money, I guess the process of being an expert and making profts is not short either, only if you meet the right mentor to learn from. To be honest, I see crypto industry very muck like financial or relative industries because all they do is deal with trading and numbers, they or we don't produce anything or value. It's just a game of numbers. What is productive or can be seen as productive is purely about making food or machines that enable people to see as tangibles. it's really better to just invest your money in crypto or bitcoin, not in banks wherein the returns are very small annual.
While in bitcoin, we might see another all time high in 2024 and so if you invested it today, it might return a good amount and you will be glad that you made the right decision. But just invest money that you can afford to lose so that you won't be bother and not panic when the price goes down. Just suckered it in and forget about your investment in the next 2 years.
Usually small returns do also have a small risk but then I realized that banks are centralized and there are so many horrible stories about banks. Customer's funds gets locked up, frozen and worse lost because the banks got bankrupt. This will be avoided if we have a full control of our funds. Cryptos such as bitcoin can offer it. Cryptos might have a high risk because they are very unstable but good cryptos can be able to recover as long as we hold on. There are still alternatives other than crypto investing that has a lesser risk. They can be gold investments and real estate.
