well i dont care if people dont know if bitcoin is divisible they will one day probably after we switch to uBtc. Big pockets dont want the avg joe to know either. The price will go to a million but Joe wont start buying until 100k, then that will push the price to 1 Million if joe is buying at 1k he will be selling all the way to 10k and 100k because normal people dont wanna be rich and will do everything in there power to lose the money to get back to broke. So already they are broke thinking 1k is to much to buy a bitcoin. Not even spending 5 min knowing what bitcoin is divisible. This is a currency for semi intelligent people. If people wanna stay broke thats on them. Same reason people dont buy stock. They dont think they can make a million over night so they buy penny stock only to lose all there money. Same here, people will be buying all the Alts and it will be going up and down never knowing why they cant spend it cuz everyone is still focused on bitcoin going to Da moon. Think 10x a year not 100x a year. Most people that bought at 1200 already sold it at 800 during the dip. They buy things they dont even research.

If you dont believe in it, Don't buy it!!!!! Cuz you will just sell it based on price when you can't take the pain anymore. Then right after you sell it you will be like WTF as it starts to rise past where you just sold it. Then being paralyzed by that fact you cant buy back just as much as you just sold you will sit and hope it comes back down. But it never will. So you don't buy. Then you watch it go past where you bought it originally and think to your self WTF and still hope it goes down. Until it goes up 150% to the 2500 range. Then you will see all the news saying its going to 10k. So your rush to get your funds to buy some more. Only to watch the price start to fall right after you buy it. Scared to sell and take a loss you ride it back down to the 1000$ range to below where you bought the first time. You tell your self fuck BTC im fucking selling this shit, i cant take the pain. Only to watch it go past where you bought it on the way to 10k.... Repeat Repeat Repeat Repeat....... The avg JOE in the market!!!!!!!!!

Rubbish, if it was a ponzi scheme you wouldn't have Millions of dollars worth of investments pouring into infrastructure projects. Here is just the thing: What kind of money is really needed for Bitcoin infrastructure? BitPay for instance, they run the website, so a handful of webdevs, and then some journalists for PR, and then that's it. (Besides server and office costs that's it). So what might happen with the VC money in the end? I'll tell you, most of it is sent to the exchange to buy Bitcoins. Then you are all ignoring the most important argument: Bitcoins are no money because they do not have a "predictable" exchange rate. In practical terms that means nobody prices things in Bitcoins. Everybody prices things in USD, EUR in the end, even when they produce the product. Darpa and the NSA started bitcoin so no need to worry about it failing. Its the NSA's wet dream to track all that money floating around and since they invented the crypto for it, dont you think they know how to break it. So bring on the waves of ups and downs and get this S-curve moving up. And someone on here Please give Revans some f$cking bitcoin so he will shut the f$ck up. |

Im sure that everyone in the bitcoin community will sell once it hits 10k tho... That's precisely what people said about $1k. Yet there's plenty of us still holding.  I'm going all in on this...only spent very little on BTC, and have made a significant profit so far...but since I really have no risk, i'm either going until its worth millions, or bust! I agree! Go big or Go home! Also why sell, we own the worlds future wealth! The world fiat collapse is upon us. Every guru out there will be talking about how bitcoin is so incredible because of its hard limit and that its genius. The same fools that are saying its not backed by anything and has no intrinsic value! They need to quit looking at the dollar signs and realize even if it went to zero people would still be mining it and trading it amongst the community. Bitcoin is not about getting rich. It's about creating the first breach in the current dying FIAT system. An alternative way to perceive wealth (notice... wealth, not IOU), combined with an almost-instant possibility of sharing, voting, crowdfunding, etc. at your own will, discretion. I'm just sick looking at that "1000$" celebration, while being glad it'll probably help adoption. I just don't like you for being happy because you feel richer than your friends. Isn't it weird that noone has any friends that are into bitcoins.  I have only ever been ever to convince 3 people to buy in, one at 100$ 2 at 680$.... They are very happy right now! The rest are still saying nah! I'm like dude its going to a million, they say "really u think". I say Yes, with total confidence. Not sure if they think im lying or something. |
