Like I asked on the shadow thread, how is zk-snarks going to be layered to improve the anonymity? No one answered, not even the developer. Instead, he deleted my posts. So I came back here and bought more XST. And I'm richer for it.
No1 uses the thread....... come into IRC and ask him a Q the dev is always answering

He uses the thread enough to delete my posts.

Wont be with zk-snarks layer!
can't wait for the snarks science!

So we know which one is pink. But which one is snark?

Coins are traceable back to the coinbase!

Even if you enforce stealthaddresses starting with the genesis block, that statement is still true.

+1 for stating the obvious.

Why would it matter if previous inputs were known, if future ones are not. A person could create a new wallet/addresses at this point and use the new stealth addresses to now hide themselves could they not?  At least to the level that's currently available given it's not really true anon yet despite what all the "to the moon" boys say.

To fanboys of other coins, nothing is "true anon".

Define "true anon"....

You sound like you're trying to convince yourself..Most of us own some xst to play with on the network and like the use of the text sms relay but hate the community because everyone that comes here gets put into three categories. Fudder, non fudder or xst owner-who has said moon multiple times and in that case you are welcome and are family!!

Fudders get put into the fudder category. Don't be stupid.

You get put into the asshat category.

See. Many categories.

I'm sure Hondo will respond to your inquiries as soon as he get's time. He's been open about his work so far and has given credit where credit is due. It's best to get an answer from him as opposed to arguing page after page with people who have nothing to do with the development of the coin.

Hondo said in the AMA that each send to a public stealthaddress goes to a new address that can't be connected to any others in the block chain.

That's pretty simple to me. Somehow dasource is confused by it.
708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XST] Stealth-Coin.com | Tor | StealthText, World's first anonymous SMS Tx! on: October 02, 2014, 05:32:37 PM
Oh I am sorry you think there is a "black hole" in the block chain and you want me to talk cryptographic with you? what a joker!

I think you are avoiding saying anything related to cryptography because you know I could manhandle you pretty well.

At least you are smart enough to go through my backposts before you open your fat mouth.

Your rationale ("think about it...") does not address your claim ("As long as...").
If something goes into a "black hole" it is hidden, no matter what it's history. Do you have any cryptographic rationale for your claim, or are you going to stick with what Peter Todd does or doesn't do?

Don't make yourself look like a fool arguing crypto technology with someone who understands it better than you.

That's a laugh. Try me out. What's your cryptographic rationale for your statement?

Simple the fact that you think there is a black hole .... go learn how the block chain works and then come back to talk to me.
At least the developers behind Stealth understood its limitation unlike here... I guess its time I let you guys enjoy your "anonymous stealth" tech... good luck! Hondo if your interested in having a n intelligent conversation I am more than happy to .... I am keen to see further development in the crypto technology area.

What the heck? There was nothing cryptographic in anything you just said.

Loser.

Can the dev explain how adding 'stealth address' mid block chain provides anonymous transactions?

It won't anonymize transactions earlier in the chain (you can't change history). It will anonymize transactions in the future for those who use stealth addresses.

Even if the entire history of an input is known, as soon as that input is sent to a stealth address, it is effectively sent into a black hole with respect to the identity of the recipient.

As long as previous inputs are known (which they are since you added stealth mid block chain) it provides very little benefit.

Think about it, if adding stealth mid block chain provided anon then why did Peter Todd not implement it into Bitcoin? Simple it is not the solution.

Dasource, No point trying to explain...these XST shills dont listen to logic

All I see are a bunch of SDC shills coming to the XST thread.

Where are the leveldb shills? That code was used too. Oh, that's right, they aren't so insecure that they have to troll a thread just to get some recognition. They code their shit and move on.

It's amazing how people think Bob is responsible for everything bad. Give it a few months and people will claim Bob fucked up their home insurance claim.

Bob was 11 of the 18 terrorists from 9-11. #bobfact

Btw, where's CryptoHangman? I'm waiting for him to show up & post the same two stupid pictures that he always posts.

Don't know where CryptoHangman is BUT I GOT THIS.

STEALTHCOIN NEW INVESTORS AND BAGHOLDERS IN NEAR FUTURE

WHALES, EMILIO MAN AND BOBīS GROUP

It would surprise you if you knew how much the value of my XST portfolio has increased since these pictures were fist posted on this thread, just with a buy and hold strategy.

They are like good luck charms.

So in short my tweet/post was to refute bob's fudding of Shadowcash and its tech.

Except you came on the XST thread to fud instead of just tweeting back.

That was what I said:
In one day everything changed.
Bye bye XST

Okay. Bye. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Is it true that XST does not have a working POSA and that HONDO thinks having stealth addresses is equal to POSA?

What's "posa"? Proof of stake anonymous?
