I too am having issues getting a resolution to a 1 month old ticket regarding a stuck balance and a negative ltc balance. Im not sure what is going on over at coinex right now, but I would seriously consider rethinking trusting them with your coins as I can't even get anyone to respond to very polite written emails to the support team. Don't get me wrong, it is an awesome exchange and the guys in the chat are great. But if you happen to be one of the unlucky people who experience a glitch like this, you are fu#@ed and have little to no chance of getting help aside from the overworked captainfuture.
I have had a similar issue on 2 other exchanges over the last 2 years and these issues were easily and painlessly resolved inside of a 48hr timeline. I don't think I am asking much just for some sort of communication regarding this.

Can people please balance the hash. about 75% is on dsync, and that is not ideal. Please switch over to argakiig to even out the hash

I will happily mine this with the low hashrates. DEV team is strong. Hopefully the big hashers don't rush to the party anytime soon.
