701  Economy / Collectibles / Re: 🎃 Pumpkin Carving Contest -Poll- Vote Now 🎃 on: November 15, 2022, 03:28:53 PM
Woh!
Congratulations, taufik123, for winning the contest. Also, Congrats to BigBos & rat03gopoh for taking 2nd place. I hope we will have a tiebreaker soon. As I can see, peoples are not much interested in the result, and almost no one congratulates the winners except theymos and the Host. Come on, guys. You have voted for the winners. Other participants shouldn't be sad because you didn't win. Your participation was appreciated, and many merits were distributed among the participants. At least you can congratulate the winners and the hosts for the unique contest. A lot of newbies like me got tons of merits. Now they have vanished because there are no more merits (It's sad but true).

If people claim that they deposited USDT and bought WBTC or something else (On different chains, Binance chain, for example), Do you think it should be counted?
There's Bitcoin, and there's scammers trying to sell their own made-up token as Bitcoin. So no, I don't count them. They're meaningless.

People are still buying them and holding them. WBTC Marketcap is $4,849,290,817 (at the time I am writing). Not sure how its rates work. WBTC's circulating supply is 245,480, and no Max Supply limit exists. That means, The creator can increase the supply limit to infinite, and all the money will vanish in no time. He can create unlimited tokens and sell them since WBTC is already listed on Top CEX and DEX. I don't know if I am wrong.

We had recently explored some statistics asserting world-wide population of bitcoin adoption is about 140 million
Every time I read such numbers, I check how many funded Bitcoin addresses actually exist: 43 million.

Interesting. Then how have 140M people adopted Bitcoin? The only Possibility is the multi-sig wallet. Do you know how many of them have multi-sig addresses? If people claim that they deposited USDT and bought WBTC or something else (On different chains, Binance chain, for example), Do you think it should be counted? I won't count them. The Internet is full of fake news.

Sorry, i feel ashamed that i didn't show you the original, unedited photo. FE is real! Here's proof:

No. 64 by Sorryfor. It's a collected photo from the internet. I posted it a couple of hours ago. Look like no one noticed.

Sorry, Mr. Sorryfor. Your name is confusing for what you are sorry for.
I thought it wasn't submitted for participation. But ChiBitCTy listed you here.
I am sorry about it. But I found the image somewhere else.

What a finish to the Bangladesh & Zimbabwe! If Zimbabwe had won the match then I am sure Bangladeshi fans would have questioned the decision. Zimbabwe after such a poor performance had all the luck, which unfortunately they were not able to capatalize. Another heart pumping end to Zimbabwe's match.

Both teams played well. Today The difference is made by fielding performance. Zimbabwe dropped catches, and they miss-fielded some fours. At least three boundaries were scored because of their miss field. At the same time, Sakib Al Hasan did the best-ever fielding today. The direct hit from the tough angle was unreal, and Sean Williams has to go. So, as I said, Both teams did good batting and bowling, but their fielding made the difference.

Great entires guys, wish I had merit available for the most recent ones. I really didn’t expect this much participation, let alone how great so many of them turned out to be. I will update the list tomorrow. Keep them coming, we’ve got just about two days and an hour left for this competition.

Regardless of who wins, everyone coming together to do something fun like this is a big win for us all. Thanks Smiley

I can imagine the smile on your face by seeing the contest getting more engagement. I wouldn't know about this contest if I didn't see the news section. I guess a lot of participants come from the header news section. Thanks to the admins.

I wonder if admins would like to add a special (temporary) pumpkin badge to the winner profile, just like the pizza baking contest.
fillippone's badge shone under his name. I wouldn't mind if we saw a pumpkin badge as well. Maybe ChiBitCTy can ask the Admins if they agree.

It's nice to see some people actually eating their pumpkins! Every year I see hundreds of pumpkins sitting outside of people's houses and then getting rotten: it makes me feel like it's a secret Halloween ritual where everyone sacrifices perfectly-good-to-eat pumpkins to Nurgle.

I guess it depends on the location and availability of pumpkins. Farmers sometimes don't even collect their pumpkins because the market demand is too low. But, In my city. We can't find pumpkins all the time. In sub-continent country, there is a lot of variant of pumpkins. People eat pumpkins at least once a month. Sweet pumpkins are somewhat expensive in my city.

This was my first ever pumpkin carving. I had never tried to carve before because I never knew such a contest existed. Without this contest, I don't think I would buy a pumpkin and cut it just to see how it looks. The pumpkin I carved will be another dish as well.

Just Curved a Pumpkin today for the contest. I don't think I can compete there. But, I gave it a try. All I had was a knife—nothing else.

I just have bought my ever first bitcoin. Not that much though (not preferred to share). I have had researched on bitcoin since January 2018 but didn't dare to invest in. I spent a hour or two daily on it to learn about it. Today, I have deposited a large amount of my savings and purchased bitcoin. I can feel the ride.
What's up bros?
It just has been 1 year of my ever first bitcoin investment and so does of my forum journey. So far, I have invested a huge sum of money of savings and to be honest with you, I'm in profit too. Thanks to mindtrust for introducing me with DCA method, it has been a good investment type for me. So far, I'm very much pleasant with everything of my bitcoin journey.
Through the help of this forum, I have learnt a lot of things about BTC. I really had enjoyed the post of this thread. I used to read most of the posts of last couple of pages. Nevertheless, you bros are so much helpful, even in the day of bearish.
Thank all of you guys.
Long Live BTC!

You didn't mention what kind of gambling you are looking for. Poker ? Betting ? Dice ? Casino in general ? You would have to specify in order for to people help you the best.
Hi, sorry, forgot to mention that. Any Dice games will be okay. I had been betting on sports but now, I need something to spend some times, hehe.

You shouldn't start gambling again then. Quarantine can be very boring, but you should look for other ways to entertain you. Playing some online games for example, reading books, exercise, Netflix, whatever.
I will not make it a habit once again, I promise  Wink JK. I'll never be addicted anymore.

You can try bitsler.com - I've been playing around there for about some months now, I'm in a profit there, so it's pretty fun and they have cool other games that you can try, but I mostly playing in dice where I feel good at and lucky.
Hi, I'll be checking this. You can PM me your affiliate link if you are interested to  Roll Eyes

It has been a while I had gambled online. I can't exactly remember when I last time did. At times, I was very addicted to gambling and used to play a lot.
With the quarantine, I am being bored these days and I need something to spend some of my idle time. Hence, I have been thinking of gambling a little to spend some of time and make some money if I am that lucky I was back in the day.

What I am looking for:
1. Some good welcome bonus with certain deposit.
2. No personal information required.
3. Good reputation around.
4. Bitcoin accepted.
5. Dice games included.

Please, name me couple of them. I would like to join ASAP. You can PM me referral link too but make sure you are referring a site with the above criteria. I don't want to lose my BTC.

Most bitcoins were mined when their price was below 50 bucks. There are millions of them.

Do you understand what means?

It means this whole thing can go to zero and halvening don't really mean shit. There is no bottom. No TA.
You are right that BTC has no bottom. No TA, it can go zero anytime but I don't agree that most of the bitcoins were mined under $50 price of BTC doesn't necessarily mean that all these mined bitcoins are not moved. Other people have valued these BTCs more higher than $50 and it's not $50 for them.
I don't have idea about how many BTC isn't moved 2013 (Would apprecaite if anyone shared a tool to check if available.), depending on that stats, I don't think these will be a couple of millions. I assumed the figure and the opinion is from that assumption. Correct me if I'm wrong.
