704  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you Spending Money the Wrong Way in Pursuit of Happiness? on: May 10, 2023, 10:15:48 PM
Happiness is not an all time thing, you can't just go around feeling happy all the time, you can't just be 24/7 happy non-stop, that may mean that you are having some mental issues. However, feeling less unhappy could be a good starting point, because that is also something you shouldn't feel all the time. If you are constantly unhappy then something is wrong and you shouldn't feel that, it just doesn't make sense. I personally feel like the best thing to do in this case would be just focusing on how you could feel upset only here and there when things you can't control happens, but you do not feel it commonly. I do not feel unhappy commonly, I try to avoid those things, there is elections in my nation this week so there are a lot of ups and downs, but in normal days I try to just focus on the good and try not to feel bad, if you can avoid it, then it should be alright.

Happiness is a temporary phenomenon, and for each person happiness is a purely personal moment. That is, each person has his own criteria of happiness. I think that life doesn't have to be completely joyless, and you can spend a little money to feel a little happier.
705  Economy / Economics / Re: Stablecoins to face new restrictions in Japan on: May 10, 2023, 10:10:27 PM
No restrictions can stop progress, only slow it down. You can always use foreign servers and VPNs to bypass restrictions. And it's better to access your wallet from different places, so that they can't determine the location with certainty, if any puncture happens
706  Economy / Economics / Re: Try to save money while you still can, will you ? on: May 09, 2023, 11:03:50 PM
In fact, it is the nature of the human race, most of the peoples have this trait that they understand when under pressure. They sense when danger is at the door and there is no other way to do anything. So when money comes in our hands, most of us waste money without thinking about the future and don't savings also. So we should change our habit and save money for savings as soon as we have money in hand before the danger comes.

You never know how much money you might need. Sometimes very big events happen, and saving may not be enough. That's why saving money is not a panacea. You need to look for good investment options to have a steady passive income. Passive income will at least keep your money from inflation.
707  Economy / Economics / Re: How to increase profit in business on: May 09, 2023, 10:57:39 PM
by providing a high quality of service and also food you provide  can surely attract more customers especially when give them satisfaction of what they really want, the consumers will always come back when you treat them right and make them feel welcome as your regular customer and that's the time they will give feedbacks which it will give a very big impact for your establishment to be well-known.

In addition to quality, you also need to consider price. Quality products are expensive, so you risk losing middle-class customers. You should try to make products that are relatively high quality, but more or less cheap. That way you can capture as many niches as possible.
708  Economy / Economics / Re: Deposits-in the bank or in gold? on: May 09, 2023, 10:54:08 PM
The banking system today looks extremely unreliable. It is constantly shaken by various crises. Your account can be blocked at any time, the bank can close. And not the fact that you will be able to get all your money back. That's why investing in gold seems to be more reliable.
709  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you like commission job or salary base job? on: May 09, 2023, 10:50:19 PM

I have also relatives that likes the commission based job because they can say that they are having side hustle while doing their jobs, which is really true that they are earning bigger than their salary which most of those commission job has a quota to reach , even one of my relative has a higher earned money through commission comparing to a employee from a government which has been stable for a month , but again there really a time that will come that it is difficult to got the quota but still you'll have a salary on it.

The problem is that the main job is not a very reliable thing right now. After all, you can get fired for any reason. When you get commissions from different sources, it's more reliable. It is not uncommon for commissions to exceed your salary. Of course, everyone chooses for himself. Personally, I have commissions.
710  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Need signal service on: May 08, 2023, 10:36:08 PM
Trade signals often arise when there is no point in reacting to them anymore. Or it is necessary to act on these signals immediately. So is there any point in looking for tools to track signals? And there is always the possibility of falling into the trap of a manipulator who knows how to manage the signals.
711  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Emotion and Trade? on: May 08, 2023, 10:32:09 PM

Agree since as a human being, it is not that easy to detach our emotions so it would almost always be part of our daily lives. So, in trading, emotions is always there so what we can do about it is to learn to manage these emotions. Managing emotions is important so that you can make wise decisions regarding trading and other financially related tasks. I think one crucial tasks in these is learning when to stop since if we would be able to fully manage our emotions, we can let ourselves stop when it would be the best option to do so. So, emotion really plays a big role in it so we should at least try to manage it so everything goes well in our trading experience.

It's hard to learn how to stop if trading is your only source of income. Unfortunately, business opportunities are constantly shrinking now, so trading is something you can earn remotely. So - when there is no other source of income - it's hard to cope with emotions when you realize that you have to pay bills, taxes and other expenses.
712  Economy / Economics / Re: A career - as an employee or a business owner which do you prefer and why? on: May 08, 2023, 10:25:58 PM
Right from my young age, I've hated working for people, I've always dreamt of employing hundreds of people, though in my journey through life, I've worked for several companies, but in all my years of working for those companies, one thing that have always been on my mind was how I would start my own company some day.

Though I am not there yet as of today, but that dream is still here with me, owning big businesses around the world is a target I hope to achieve before I turn 70 , and to achieve this, I am happy I have a business I am currently managing today, and growing bit by bit, and I've never been more happier in my life, I choose to own my own businesses over working for other people, simply because, it's what I love doing.

The important thing is that as an employee you have gained business experience and the necessary business connections. And your reputation is probably quite high. It is quite difficult to start a business without going through certain stages of development. When you get off the beaten track, everything becomes much easier.
713  Economy / Economics / Re: How to increase profit in business on: May 08, 2023, 10:21:07 PM
To increase profits in business, you need a competent team, the use of modern technology, diversification, and optimization of accounting. It is also necessary to constantly take courses to improve qualifications. And most importantly, it is necessary to optimize costs, taking into account the current taxation.
714  Economy / Economics / Re: Corruption Should Be Taught From Young Age on: May 07, 2023, 10:24:22 PM
If an official has a small salary (budget), then he has no choice but to participate in any corrupt schemes. The system controls the individual, not the individual controls the system. Yes, it is possible to talk hypocritically about the harm of corruption, but often the system leaves no other choice. And children... What do most of them understand about the problems of adults...  If the father works all day long, receives a small salary - and he is offered a bribe, what can be done for the sake of the child?
715  Economy / Economics / Re: A career - as an employee or a business owner which do you prefer and why? on: May 07, 2023, 10:17:24 PM
Just like the majority, most really need to be an employee at first since not everyone has the capacity to make themselves have all the resources that they need such as capital for a business. Business is a risk so before taking into this, a great paying job as an employee is a great start to make ourselves financially stable enough for us to embark into the world of business. So, personally, I would prefer for now to be an employee since that is the best for my case and situation and I just really hope that I can have my own business in the future since I'm the type of person who actually do not want to be an employee forever.

Of course, being a salaried employee first, you will gain some experience and connections. The main thing is whether or not you decide to go freelance afterwards. A salaried employee has much less responsibility and problems. The business owner has to live on the job, otherwise his business will not be successful.
716  Economy / Economics / Re: Saving is Wasting? on: May 07, 2023, 10:12:21 PM
The high cost of living is unavoidable because of how we socialize, if we save more than what we earn every month it doesn't matter, the most important thing is that it must be balanced with the cash flow we get, the important thing is to shop according to our needs, don't overdo what we need to buy only be goods that do not need properly.

You should always understand that living according to a plan is impossible these days. You can lose all of your savings in an instant because of the collapse of the bank where you keep your money, or because of a relative's serious illness. Many other mishaps can also happen. Let's not forget the depreciation of money. So yes, saving money is necessary, but life is a lottery.
717  Economy / Economics / Re: Retirement Age for Workers - Does this Make Sense? on: May 07, 2023, 10:03:31 PM
Raising the retirement age is not a panacea. It simply means that state leadership is incompetent. There are many other ways to support the state's economy. It's not worth hitting the most vulnerable people. I hope that reason will prevail and that the retirement age increase will eventually be repealed.
718  Economy / Economics / Re: Have a Income? Invest in Crypto or Not? Let's think realistically on: May 07, 2023, 09:59:12 PM
Greed is always something that will destroy us, therefore we must avoid as much as possible not to become greedy people. Investing in cryptocurrencies is something that is profitable if we really understand what to do, and it's true that we also have to be able to control ourselves so we don't become greedy people. Because greedy people will end up with unwanted things.
I'm going to invest in cryptocurrencies, but I'm also not going to expect huge returns. That's one of my ways to keep me from being overpowered by greed.

Of course, greed is bad, but there is also such a thing as lost profit syndrome. For example, you invested in one cryptocurrency and sold it for a 50% profit. After that, the price immediately went up another 300%. Okay, you got over it. Then you invested in another cryptocurrency and sold it for a 50% profit. A day later the price went up 500%. The question is, what do you do when you invest a third time? Sell at a 50% profit or wait? Here's the dilemma. That's easy to say until you find yourself in that situation. And if you do?
719  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading or investment! What's your take? on: May 06, 2023, 10:42:31 PM
Trading or investing - this question cannot be answered unequivocally. It's better to invest not in a falling market (although who knows when the market will stop falling; maybe right after you invest, the market will start rising?), but you can always trade. So it all depends on the decision point here.
720  Economy / Economics / Re: How much longer until paper money is no longer in circulation? on: May 06, 2023, 10:37:48 PM
I believe that paper money will not disappear completely, because there will always be people who don't have smartphones and computers, or don't have the physical or other ability to use cryptocurrencies. Of course, if everyone gets chips (so far it looks fantastic, but who knows), paper money will definitely disappear.
