Maybe better luck here on bitcointalk - will we ever get a response to our numerous emails? I think I have sent your affiliate department at least five emails in the last couple of months and while they keep sending out newsletter, stating affiliates should reach out whenever they need something... only silence.
Bitcasino is a great crypto casino destination but how can we finally talk to someone? Not even on the GPWA did we receive a response.

It has been quiet recently but do not be fooled, I am working on the site 24/7, improving the content, adding new content, optimizing pages etc. Also, miniadmin aka csmiami has started posting promo news regularly, which is super cool.
The community do appreciates on what you've been doing and this thread itself does prove out all the works that you've done.Among the review/guide sites that do exist today but still not enough to compete with this one which is really very detailed and nice reviews in all angles. Some interesting story - I recently tried logging in and it did not work. The affiliate manager I contacted told me they were having technical problems. Just now, I managed to log in again. Funnily, our commission in the $55 range, which we never managed to claim since Roobet requires a minimum number of FTDs (very bad term btw...)... guess what - it is not even showing up anymore all of a sudden, nor has it been transferred to our balance.
I have contacted the affiliate manager and wait for it to be fixed. Either way, another prime example of crypto casinos acting highly unprofessional without a proper affiliate program/platform.
So sad news it seems they are cutting out the fund on the affiliate programs. So it means that the affiliated amount of fund has been disappeared but it wasn't transferredred to your balance? That's something fishy and I don't think Roobet team will let this happen despite of their making a reputation here, they even held more contest and promotions but on their affeliate program they didn't pay, it's an act of fraud. I will keep my eye on this thread and what Roobet team will be the response on this. I am pretty optimistic that they will fix it - my post did not imply that they "scammed" - fact is though that I am literally getting tired of crypto casinos and "issues" when it comes to wiping out players, commissions disappearing etc. |
