701  Other / Archival / Re: Why you should not use Paypal for Bitcoin on: October 24, 2020, 07:58:31 PM
Paypal's adoption of btc shows how easy it is to see through the privacy veil of bitcoin. More power to privacy coins like XMR!
When we are going to start doing bitcoin jobs like bitcoin trading, exchanging through PayPal is not a good idea because it surely will be having a high transaction fee and it is better to use any other exchanging site that is recommended by the professionals. I know what PayPal is a user friendly but it is not friendly for those who are just beginning to do trading because majority of the beginner has a small investment and doesn't have enough funds to afford a large amount of transaction fee.
702  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you buy BTC from PayPal now that they are letting people do it? on: October 24, 2020, 06:48:07 PM
No, I won't.
First of all it's a centralized service and I don't like PayPal for their previous bashing of BTC.
I also won't do it because I don't want to show support for their business and I'm afraid that they will actually use my money to buy BTC for themselves and then ban me for whatever reason and claim my coins. I've read stories about people banned and blocked by PayPal so maybe I would buy if they were the only option out there, but they're not.

Yeah! It is really not a good idea if we use PayPal to buy bitcoin because it surely has a big transaction fee and will just give us a headache. It is really better if we use other exchanging site that is most recommended by the professional bitcoin trader or bitcoin stocks maker. In my own experience, I use different wallet with different coins so that i won't get bankrupted. If one goes down then i won't lose a lot but the disadvantage on what i am doing is when one site goes up, i only earn a little but I think it is better than no earnings.

704  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 24, 2020, 02:29:23 PM
If this is going to happen, Lakers will surely be a hard team to beat, no doubt they will win a back to back championship or even a 3-peat.

https://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/chris-paul-trade-rumors-how-a-dec-22-start-date-for-new-nba-season-could-prevent-a-possible-lakers-deal/
"Chris Paul trade rumors: How a Dec. 22 start date for new NBA season could prevent a possible Lakers deal"

Lebron wants to make his team unbeatable, so this could happen. Rate it's possibility.
I'm really glad that season 2020 is resumed and done. NBA will surely do their best to serve the fans and continue the season. Btw, Los Angeles Lakers really do its best and Lebron James really has a big contribution to the team and help Kobe to take another championship. If Lebron James doesn't manage to play in Los Angeles Lakers, it will be a though game but i didn't say that it will be impossible because every player of Los Angeles Lakers is really skillful that makes it unbeatable and Lebron James is not the only one who carries the game.
705  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling License on: October 24, 2020, 10:42:30 AM
I can say that having a licence isn't guarantee that gambling site is honest and trustworthy but still it gives some kind of proof that is operating legally, for me that is also important.
However, that is not the only thing I rely on and always check other references and experience of other gamblers.
But a gambling site that has license is more safe i think because you can go to the court and have your rights if something happened. Not like to those gambling sites that has no license because if something happened you there, you will be having no rights to complain since you managed to use their sites even if you know that they don't have license. License is everything on any business so if you have no license, you have no rights to have business and if the business you ask to have their service has no license, you also has no rights.
706  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Thinking Bitcoin is Scam on: October 23, 2020, 01:11:27 PM
This innovation from PayPal is such a good movement for every bitcoin user, there are a lot of users of PayPal and it is considered as a very successful local wallet, I think that this thing will make some people curious about the cryptocurrency, it would be a good move to make our community bigger.
As we know as a crypto Community most of people's think that a Bitcoin (any crypto currency) is illegal and scam.
I don't think this is true. most people don't even know about bitcoin and those who do mostly are afraid of it because of the volatile price. the days of people thinking it is a "scam" are long gone.
It is somehow true, some people called bitcoin or any cryptocurrency a scam because of thinking that money can only be earned through real-life or manual things, this is what some people think about our country maybe it is because of being lack of technology knowledge.
707  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [Survey]Do we need to provide KYC documents in any cryptocurrency exchanges? on: October 22, 2020, 07:52:15 AM
Why should those exchanges collect our personal information? Do you think KYC is necessary?
Actually, it depends on the exchange because some of the exchange does not require you to input your personal information, even me I don't want KYC because there are a lot of fake websites that really looks so real and when you input your personal information then something bad may happen on you. your account may be hacked or they may use your personal information for their personal purposes but sad to say we need KYC before we login into specific website, we cant do things about it because they are just following the governments.
708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 24 eth instead of 24 usdt....What Will You Do If.......? on: October 22, 2020, 06:19:47 AM
Honestly, if I were in the story, I wouldn't return the money, 24 ETH is huge money and it is really hard to earn especially in our country, I am just being practical, that money will help me in my daily needs and wants. I won't spend it on some unnecessary things but I will spend it on making business and investment, I wouldn't lose this kind of opportunity. I know that the exchange is already rich and they already have a huge amount of money, the 24 ETH is not that too high for them to make mistake. I will always grab the opportunity that will be given to me. It is not that I will be so desperate for doing such bad things or criminal activities, I am so against with that, but the case in the story is that it is not my fault that I received the wrong amount of money.
709  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you buy BTC from PayPal now that they are letting people do it? on: October 22, 2020, 05:38:44 AM
This is such good news for everyone, it seems like cryptocurrency is now being prominent all over the world because there is a local wallet that opens to accept cryptocurrency, we may now buy and sell cryptocurrency using PayPal. As of now, the only bitcoin is available but they are planning to add some cryptocurrency such as Ethereum, Litecoin, and Bitcoin Cash (a spin-off from Bitcoin) and all of it will be stored in the digital wallet(PayPal).

PayPal said the system meant there would be "certainty of value and no incremental fees".

I think this PayPal wallet account would be so great, hoping that there would be many improvements that could happen in the future.

We can buy bitcoin using eToro, LocalBitcoins, xCoins, and Paxful, among these 4 methods I prefer using the eToro on which it has little amount of transaction fees.
710  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Covid-19 and Bitcoin on: October 21, 2020, 01:40:34 PM
Many people think that pandemic causes the bitcoin crash well, in fact, this is false information because even though the virus is still existing the price of the bitcoin did not stop from inflation.

Most of the people become more focused on cryptocurrency because many people love their job because of the pandemic and by that, they should still think of more ways to earn money and cryptocurrency will them by that, on which cryptocurrency did not disappoint us with the profit we can have from investing.

This pandemic also causes of having many scams or fake investment website because the scammers and hackers will grab this opportunity to fool people, they know that many people could be the victim of a scam because of the eagerness of earning money.
711  Economy / Economics / Re: The Real Situation :( on: October 21, 2020, 11:27:01 AM
This year 2020 is the worst so far, many disasters have happened within this year, this pandemic is the very dangerous one because it makes the economy suffered but instead of thinking negative sides, why not being positive, these are all lessons for every one of us, there are still solutions for every problem, this would be a great lesson fo everyone so that in future, things won't happen again like this.

Do not panic mate, things are bow going better, we will come up for this tragedy, just focus on some other worth things.
712  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Darkside Hackers donating Bitcoins on: October 21, 2020, 10:54:23 AM
Even though hackers donated 0.88 BTC to charities it won't change the fact that they are bad and they have done a big crime, those 0.88 BTC is not that too high compared to the money they have stolen from the companies. I get the point that they refused the money from the hackers because it comes from the wrongdoings but that money that has stolen is not possible to be recovered, it would be great if they just accept the money and give it to the people who need it. They should be practical because we are still have the pandemic.
713  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What asset would you HODL for the next 5 years?? on: October 21, 2020, 08:19:33 AM
I would never choos USD to HODL for that given timeframe, that is not worth it, USD is a fiat currency which isn't good for investment. I would still choose to invest in bitcoin, bitcoin will give me so much profit for a long term investment compared to another cryptocurrency, bitcoin already gave me a good profit before. Many things could happen within those 5 years and I think bitcoin would be the best option to choose.
714  Economy / Economics / Re: Government slowly open the economy, will it make the pandemic worst? on: October 21, 2020, 04:51:15 AM
Our economy is going down because of this pandemic, many people are now getting hungry because of being jobless, our government is slowly planning to recover our economy, many establishments are now being open with restrictions, of course, they still need to implement proper hygiene, disinfectant, and social distancing and the capacity of the customer to dine in are only 50%. I am hoping that this move will not make the situation worse, it is just a risk movement for the government bt what would it be, if they won't allow people to work, they cannot support anymore all the people especially if this pandemic will live too long.
715  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin and bitcoin high transaction fees on: October 21, 2020, 03:45:04 AM
Bitcoin is part of the DeFi system and the fees that are attached to our transaction are not free, it is just our help for them for helping us to complete our transaction. If you want to have a lesser fee then you may use other smaller value of cryptocurrency or you may also use your local wallet, for sure each of the countries has its local wallet were some of the transactions that you will have free transaction fees.
716  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Towards another gambling site. on: October 21, 2020, 03:03:24 AM
I am not a fan of roulette, I tried it once but I did not enjoy it because you are just only going to wait for the result of the game and see if you or you lose, that is such a boring game. If there is someone who plays roulette for a long time and becomes a successful gambler then I think he is doing a pattern before he or her bets. If you are a beginner in roulette then you probably see it as luck-based gambling but it is not when we talk about statisticians, who study numbers, and can calculate the pattern, this roulette is a program by a machine, and the patter of shaking it is the same.
717  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to send fake Bitcoin on: October 20, 2020, 09:51:43 AM
I don't think that someone here will teach about that thing or if there is anyone here who knows about it, that is a sensitive one and that should not be shared with strangers if you want to learn about that then make a self-study, there are many resources that you can see online. I don't think your real purpose if this is only for learning purposes or for scamming people. I don't judge you but you are asking for sensitive information.
Why of all the good things that can be learned with cryptocurrency... you picked the unnecessary one? There are many programs you can create aside from creating a fake transaction in bitcoin. You can just be curious on things that help your community and not the one that will affect them badly. Scamming people using that program you are curious about is not a good idea so you better pick a good one.
That is because there is easy money for such bad things but a dangerous one, the OP says that he wants to learn about that thing saying that he wouldn't do it for a bad thing which is a big joke for me, why do you need to learn something if you won't apply it in real life.
718  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people avoid bitcoin? on: October 20, 2020, 06:21:42 AM
actually most people don't even know about bitcoin. some of them may have heard the name or read it somewhere in the news but they have no idea what it is. some think it is some "nerd money" that is virtual. some thing it is for "criminals",... a lot of weird things like that.
That's true, bitcoin or cryptocurrency cannot learn from school before, they don't have any idea about it especially if the person is not using mobile phone or desktop all the time, it would be hard for them to discover bitcoin and try it without someone who will talk them about it. Just like me, I have learned cryptocurrency because of my friend who introduced me to it.

Quote
those little number of people that know about it and don't use it are either too scared of the volatile price or too scared because of some FUD they had heard that gave them false information.
Volatility is such a normal thing for the cryptocurrency and it is too different from a fiat currency, some people are tired to understand it so they just ignored to learn cryptocurrency, it is just their own choice and will.
719  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin used for illegal activities on telegram on: October 20, 2020, 05:29:42 AM
This is not surprising news about criminal activities, hose criminal activities are already happening before bitcoin has created, they can make it happen through fiat currency but as of these days, cryptocurrency becomes so popular all over the world, they use it as their way of payment, that is also one of the reasons why many people think that cryptocurrency is a scam because of being related to such criminal activities. I am wondering why telegram let these things happen, they should do something just to prevent the transactions about these criminal activities.
720  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Loan to buy Bitcoin? on: October 20, 2020, 02:11:27 AM
I don't think that loaning to buy bitcoin is a good idea, you are just putting yourself in a riskier situation, investing is risky, and when you lose you still need to pay the money that you have loan. I wouldn't do that ever, I will not take ao much risk in investing, I would rather save money first and use it to but bitcoin instead of loaning but it depends on the person, if you would affect so much from loaning a big amount of money then do it, it seems like you are a strong believer of bitcoin, I am hoping that you wouldn't fail for your decision.
