Waffle pool really attacking white coin, dumping harder than ever. They have 5.5 million coins now. Price will remain low for awhile, at 1078 satoshis now.
You mean they're actually generating coins faster then they can dump? That would not surprise me at all

Everything is down today. Not surprised to see some sell off. Mintpal now has color coded lettering for buys and sells. Pretty fancy.
While this in Bat Cave ... Some smart dumpers ass put a wall of selling 25BTC@45000 and 19BTC@47000 , the walls was raped by buyers in less than 10 minutes, (I love this coin) ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) I took part of raping the 45K wall :p

Now the question would be since you can't have BC or WC on at the same time (or has this been fixed?), what wallet would you open and for how long to optimize your interest rate. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Spend some money to have two computers. Some second hand computer will do just fine if you're bit short. Install Ubuntu in it and discover how good and easy to use it actually is. Why you are paying for Win8 anyway? ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Backup your wallet to usb-stick. Unbutu easy? man it's real hard, compiling, needing to know all the command lines etc etc.. Unbutu is for techies don't say it's easy as drag and drop.

I encourage everyone that wants this CPUminer fork for windows ( like me ) to write to http://cryptomining-blog.comthey have been compiling ones before and worked great. Hopefully if enough ask them they will do it with this one
|
|
|
And this will be mine when i turn my 3BTC into 300BTC... Whitecoin just need to do what Blackcoin did... easy.... Whitecoin has a lot more to offer then Blackcoin anyway.
Like what?? please tell me cause I certainly haven't seen it yet. As for now it's all been copy paste. No trolling just I have not seen any innovation nor any future plans etc..

are we ever going to break that 50k ceiling for GOOD ? each time we do, BC goes down to 48-49k again...
it's just perfect for daytraders, buy in at 49k sell at 50 it's an never ending cycles right now

OK guys, I was using BFGminer to have both seeds in one instance. But this was not working It was showing 1000 KH/s on bfgminer, but mining pools where showing an average of 400 KH/s.
I got sick of it and change to CPU Miner, running one instance per each gridseed. Now I am hashing on the Mining Pool side at 850 to 1010 KH/s
I EVEN FOUND 2 BLOCKS! am i supposed to get credit for finding blocks? I am happy
Yup, you had the exact same problem as me with BFGminer. showing 1000 on bfg but only 300/400 on pool. went on CPUminer and got 850 to 1100 and found alot of shares, blocks.

This is starting to be too risky, getting out of here now. Will wait for 300 satoshis. And even that could be dangerous.
Dangerous, yes. Maybe a very good bet, yes. I think there will be a pump after the POS phase, people will make their $$ and leave

Lets Start The Week Off Right!!!You guys already know there are many things going on behind the scenes that is moving BC forward. Our member KryptoKings has graciously paid to sponsor www.MadBitCoin.com. The host will talk about BlackCoin in today's episode that can be seen on youtube ( https://www.youtube.com/user/madbitcoins/videos ) or on www.madbitcoins.com.
KryptoKings thinks this will help open us up to a whole new group of people and will help promote Blackcoin, and I agree with him 100%!
Please donate a few BC to him for his efforts. He paid out of his pocket to make this happen!
Also, I have been working on a game to poke a little fun at the sh!t coins that are flooding the market each day. The game allows the player to collect (mine) all of the sh!t coins and trade them in for BC...does that sound familiar? I decided I will release the game later this week ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)
Finally, if you haven't purchased a BlackCoin card yet, you can get one here: http://blackcoincard.com hahah awesome, you should make the game that way that highest scores would get a few real Blackcoins as reward ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

For people bent on comparing WC and BC
BC pool has 65 TH of SHA hash and 7 GH of scrypt hash.
If/When WC equate/exceed those numbers. It will have chance at BC cost as well. Until then, keep your heads down. WC need much more than just a name similarity with BC
consider though WC has had 80GH of scrypt hash on it? that is gigantic. you cannot compare this, as WC can still be mined. While BC isn't. let's wait until the POW is over and see how much hash it will get.

not many will to sell coins under 50k...
don't forget that there are many kids around here, and that they will panic sell if it starts going

What binaries is everyone else using for the raspberry and Gridseed products?
I have dropped cgminer, tried all possible forks on 2 raspi's with 10 and 20 gridseeds connected. Lots of HW error's and they all seem to crash after a while. On my setup, bfgminer runs most stable ( https://github.com/luke-jr/bfgminer/tree/gridseed) It also has a higher hashrate reported on the pool compared to cgminer, especially on p2pools. Don't know if it supports blades yet. The new cpuminer fork from sandor111 also looks very promising. It runs stable on raspi and has this auto tune function. Some pools don't work yet, but there should be a fix for this very soon. https://github.com/siklon/usb-miner/tree/master/software/cpuminerFixed issue with 100% reject on some pools. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) I don't understand anything about these windows instructions : Basic Windows build instructions, using MinGW: Install MinGW and the MSYS Developer Tool Kit ( http://www.mingw.org/) * Make sure you have mstcpip.h in MinGW\include If using MinGW-w64, install pthreads-w64 Install libcurl devel ( http://curl.haxx.se/download.html) * Make sure you have libcurl.m4 in MinGW\share\aclocal * Make sure you have curl-config in MinGW\bin In the MSYS shell, run: ./autogen.sh # only needed if building from git repo LIBCURL="-lcurldll" ./configure CFLAGS="-O3" make Isn't there an ready to go windows version like the normal Gridseed Cpuminer?

Just look at the top four coins on the market cap. They have all been abused. All the time. This is a constant. It doesn't matter. They all have something in common. They will never be abandoned no matter what. Blackcoin is established in this. 2014 is already the year of Blackcoin. And there is nothing anyone can do to change this.
just something makes me feel nervous when everyone is saying things like this whats the catch? There is no catch. I am a scientist by occupation. Maybe I made an error. But my job is analyzing data. And from my analisis I am not. Not to brag but I have set sixteen world records in physics. And when someone who has set sixteen world records in anything gives you advice you should atleast do your own study. Congrats with your records, impressive. I would love to see your analysis on Blackcoin ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

When end wc mining?
What does this mean? No more mining whitecoins? Wont this push the price high? OMG so many noobs.. go play world of warcraft again. Crypto is infested by kids wannabe day trader that know nothing..

This is a bit off topic but I know some of our members invest in other coins besides BC. If you own WC I strongly suggest you sell. WC is slowly being dumped and will most likely be below 900 sat before the end of the day. I am not assuming WC is being dumped, I know for a FACT it is.
How do you know "for a FACT it is"? I agree, no one can know anything for FACT, not even about BC nor any other coins. Otherwise we would be rich, all of us

Just wanted to say loving BlackCoin community. Enough to make an account and post for the first time. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Very pleased with this coin. Any way we can get a baby BC shirt/onsie made? Going to be having a baby the beginning of June. She will be getting her very own BlackCoin card. I also wanted her to have a shirt or a onsie with BlackCoin logo on it. Make it happen community! Thanks again devs and Iconic for all your hard work! Congrats! I too would be interested in a onesie. Coincidentally my first is also due in mid-June. So far the wife has frowned upon me painting the BC logo on her belly and starting a college fund made up of any cryptocurrency for our future little girl. So I'm basically completely 'underground' here at home with regards to the BC I'm slowly accumulating. Hush hush. JL Congrats to you both. I hope that the college fund will work out great, that would mean we all this a very good bet on BC ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)
