I just received my affiliate withdrawal, a bit confuse to be honest. I thought it wont be processed because of the above reason. But still I want to know about the future about my FJ gambling account and my affiliate account just do not want to get something bad in the future related to this issue about the new rule that users are not allowed to be both players and affiliate.
Glad you received your withdrawal. With new rules, you clearly need to make a choice and keep one of your accounts only. If you want to continue play on fortunejack, you will need to close your affiliate account or act in opposite direction. Either way, I would like to ask you, to follow the rules and try to avoid breaching T&C's. Inform our support of affiliate manager on your decision, please. Last email from affiliate support says that they will block my affiliate account and let me to continue as Fortunejack player. I'm not sure when they will block my affiliate account but I just tried to open it and I can still access my affiliate account. As I have been informed, your affiliate account has now been closed. |

How long you usually take to process affiliate withdrawal? Its been more than 12 hours but still in pending. I hope it wont take many days to process as my last withdrawal (last year) from the affiliate program took 4 days to be processed. I think Fortunejack should back to the old affiliate program where users get the commission directly to FJ's account every month, by this way users are able to use the commission to play without requesting to withdraw it. Hope you consider it FJ.
It is the 4th day since I requested withdrawal from the affiliate program but still pending. Emailed affiliate support on 12th but no answers till today, are you all so busy guys? If it is different then is there a way to change it and know the previous seed to verify the fairness Chance and Mines use different seeds and the seeds can not be changed by player. |

So came back played a few bonuses.
Widthrawal delays until I contacted and reminded of previous issues.
Came back played a bit lost some so went dice and its clearly fucked here.
After a certain amount bet, it screws you over.

So yesterday I decided to try out fortunejack since their bonus balance is not counted til after you lose your deposit. I deposited some etherum and after 20 confirmations nothing. Contacted support on site and they said theres an issue with eth deposits and they do recognize that the deposit is confirmed but still cannot credit me it. Waited a few hours and nothing. So screw it as long as it was in when i came from work Ill play. Voila its there. I play. Down to my last few bucks in REAL balance and win like $150+ USD in a spin HOWEVER it decided to say it was already bonus amount. Contacted support and they werent any help. My dumbass said fuck it, its enough to have a chance to win more. Voila. Like $700 after completing the wager. Woohoo right? Nope. I get an email asking for the no deposit email bonus copy. WTF? I reply I never got one but I used the first deposit bonus. Contacted site support and they said they made a mistake and sent me the email instead of another customer....Wut? Then I get an email saying I multi accounted when I never used FJ before this. So after all those issues and still winning, despite a "customer mix up" Im told I may not get what I won and to wait a few hours. This has been by far the worst experience with any crypto casino site ever. After all that I WON and still get bs. Waiting on update but these delays, mistakes, errors, etc are beyond making me paranoid and sad. did the 5+1 promotion end or you are planning to extend it ? cause in the terms it's supposed to be ended but it's still showing in the main page and it's showing inside the sportsbook dashboard as well
