I would appreciate some guidance, i have wallet 1.3.1.1, I downloaded the  1.1.3.2 unzipped into the same directory but when I click help and about it still shows 1.3.1.1, how can  I confirm the upgrade occurred ok?

thanks!

Anyone else see the same thing? I see the same as you, BlueCoiner probably didn't change the value yet to .2*
I also upgraded and see the 1.3.1.1* value.

Since you are on the topic of Las Vegas
What about approaching the Blue Man Group management and asking them if they will accept BlueCoin and then you can give these coins away on the streets for people to attend the show and pay with the BLU they received and the rest of the amount in cash/other payments?

1) you design a wallet ,with the links you want and a tweet,Fb like link or other task for a person to get sent a tip Best if in QR form for ease of use on the streets of las Vegas.

2) you see that task complete you tip that persons task.

3) you love the fact that your ad coins never leave your wallet  ,until you see the task is done .You always control your coins .

4) you see new users and are overjoyed and you tip my company for the access to clients you never had before .

5) your costs are printing any amount of wallets and shipping to me .maybe donate a case of water so we dont die in the desert passing out info, lol

We believe the more info we can get into the hands of new people interested in either investment or business use is good for all alt coins .we have local gallery, bar ,gift shops and more that accept everycoin we advertise for .we are at these events regardless selling our own products and advertising our crypto businesses .That is why we dont charge a set fee  for the service .we spent last 5 months making a system that is honest , fair and risk free for you and your ad funds . Any more info or questions ask or call and we will be glad to answer.

Any one anywhere can do this ,we are located on The Las Vegas strip and have been selling and promoting here 11 years .So we feel we reach a diverse affluent international crowd ,that most people have no way to advertise too unless you spend too much ,with no way to track if you really get your moneys worth.WELL we give you a easy  verifiable way to know your campaign is working, you get to interact with these new signups on their favorite social media platforms ,so that also gives you access to there friends and even spreads your reach further.

we work for tips because we feel those that use our service will instantly see the value and will compensate us fairly as you get tweets  direct to you or your rep.Wherever we are as long as we have your info /wallets to pass out you will get new clients.

Spend some ad coins here. We will distribute your wallets at 5 monthly events in Las Vegas and the strip..How YOU print wallets with your links and info and Distributed by @dogecoinshop on wallet .Put a tweet that you want and then tip the tweeter to the wallet this way no lost or stolen coins .The human faucet .eyes on auth.and free ads for your community. We dont charge but love tips for water and such it is a desert . We can reach more people send as many as you want , every coin spent will link to real person ,and that is the way of knowing if your campaign works

Slow down... Please elaborate on your ideas in details. what you are asking here?

Hey Guys
I could create a Multi-Platform (Android, Windows 8, Windows Phone) news aggregator for BLU. it will have feeds from all BLU social accounts. However, as the dev (maybe rightly) thinks there might not be enough demand for the app he won't offer me a bounty for it, so I will have to depend on donations to cover the costs. Anyone interested in the app ?

Please send me a few screenshots. I might be interested in helping you get it off the ground if it has a good network affect for information expansion.

*** PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR WALLET TO V1.1.3.1 ***

Can everyone check which version of BlueCoin you are running?
The correct version for Windows: v1.1.3.1
If you haven't upgraded, please do it now.
Links are in the OP: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=580639

I did a check for getpeerinfo and it shows some 'peers' are still using the previous coded wallet.
Please make sure if you are running Bluecoin on Linux, Mac, or Windows that you are on the correct update.

How to check the wallet version for windows?
Open the wallet, Click Help, Click Information, Check Client Version.
Client version should say: v1.1.3.1

It should NOT say, anything other than: v1.1.3.1

Mac?
I don't know, someone else has to confirm for mac clients.

I just thought you guys might want to be alerted since some people forgot to upgrade.

Thank you!

Huge hash power came in..

POS kicks in very soon!
We're breaking our own records!

BLU is growing..

40 GH/S! #2 X11 hash power?

well but this coin looks good..
It should get accepted by different stores all over the planet, then u would see a nice grow in the price Cheesy

Also on coinmarketcap this coin is rising step by step on the list everyday

OFc this is not because of the name bluecoin, but about the activity and progress this great dev team is making!
My well respect for the dev's, u guys are showing great work. Keep it up

+1

Blue is under freaking valued. People don't want to follow great devs, they want immediate cash pump and dump hype. Those people will lose, and real crypto followers will gain. I've already seen a rise in my ROI from investing early on back when blue just started out. The price has been up, and expected to grow, and all this because of real organic growth, and because of a solid dev and backing from a real community.  Let's take this time to appreciate what we have in front of us, and help make blue an iconic service.

Investors love gaining interest on coins. 5% interest is a big deal to investors. Who wants to help contact some press and media?

It's time for people to see in the crypto community, what blue is all about.  Can we get some people spreading BlueCoin's message around the web? social media? reddit?

OK...I'm not the only one noticing this, 2hrs33minutes for a block is very unusual, and it wasn't doing this when we were hitting 20Gh/s with even higher diff, but I'll shut up.

you run a pool right? What's happening exactly? But that does sound unusual. 2 hours/33 mins? Whats your pool's Hashrate? What's the hashrate for other pools?

Last post review #5 out of 5 (see previous posts) that add up to this one.

Charitable Causes
5) There is talk about the Blue Well Project being funded by the BlueCoin Foundation. I really hope this does take place.  I won't put it past them. I decided to get into Blue due its delivery of value rather than hype... because within hours or days, you'll know if it's worth your time or if you take a pass. I figured it out months ago, based on the sheer development and updates, and reasonable use of its premine. Great work overall. Proud to be BLUE.

....

What's next? The future of blue!
BlueCoin Foundation and the devs have accomplished quite a bit... and don't forget, POS will be kicking in soon, because if you were paying attention,
you would have made quite a bit for being an early adopter. And soon, the early adopter stages will be over... well, only you can 'kick yourself in the butt' for NOT taking any action.  I believe in #Bluecoin. I won't mind holding for another few years at the pace this is going.

BLU is a top coin in my book, right next to Bitcoin.
