This depends on the gambler in question, if a responsible gambler is lonely, I don't think that he will see gambling as something that will free him from loneliness. Why I said this is because a discipline gamble will have his time limit that he uses to gamble and as long he is gambling on his lonely time, he will stop gambling was his time limited is over.
It is a gambler that cannot control his gambling activities that will use his loneliness as an excuse to game all through and we all know that gamblers that cannot discipline themselves will end up becoming an addict through any means, either by chasing his loss or passing away time with gambling. If you are lonely, go and chill with your friends or go to the cinema and enjoy yourself but not with gambling.
I think it is right to set the record straight that gambling in itself is addictive. Especially when you are already deeply rooted to gambling or you do it for fun and it will become a part of you. So since it is highly addictive, then loneliness can ignite your urge to gamble some more. I have friends back then that were into online betting of sports odds, like football. And will go to the extent of saving their pocket money to be able to afford some money they can use to stake odds and it's really that addictive and terrible. Now, since it's not everyone that have the mental capacity to hold disappointments and tensions, this could lead to mental issues for some people. There is nothing loneliness can not do, it can make us to do undo and involve ourselves in something that is not going to affect us positively in the future. We need to make sure that we deal with loneliness and involve ourselves in something that is profitable so that we are not going to become desperate or do things without thorough thinking. We can involve ourselves in so many things to make sure that we are not lonely so that we don't ignorantly involve ourselves with something that is going to cause problem for us in the future. Of a truth, loneliness or being isolated all the time is bad because you will take some nasty decisions that might endanger your life without anyone noticing. This transaction fee issue is really affecting everyone in everywhere. And the way I am seeing it from here, exchanges are charging more than even the non custodial wallet transaction. Today I was thinking of the gambling sites how they are managing with this high fee era. Or is it the gambler who won the game would pay for the transaction fee or the site and definitely the is the person who is withdrawing. And that will affect them badly.

Some gamblers actually stake more than they should. They most times make their decision to stake high due to their peer group or friends who is in the constant habit of spending more. Nigeria is a country that has been blessed with natural resources but it's just quite unfortunate that we ain't seeing the dividends gotten from our God given resources due to corrupt politicians and leaders, from one bad government to another and that has been the case for many years now. Any leader that occupies a public office will not want to make improvements instead they will blame their predecessor and still continue in that bad governance they claimed that their predecessor had.
Talking about Nigeria having a dream, to me Nigeria doesn't have any dream because if they do we won't be in this messy situation and our economy continuously dropping almost on daily basis even our currency doesn't have value anymore so a country that has dream can't continue is this situations.
Now, about food production, we have lots of farmers that produces food crops from their various farmlands but yet these farm produce are still being sold in high prices just like those goods we import Abroad so there's actually no difference again.
Like I normally say that we are the architects of our problems and that's the gospel truth like if the government ain't making efforts to reduce the tension in the country why can't we the citizens help ourselves on how we can make things easier for one another.

Well, PSG worked hard to be top of the league; so i do not agree that they are enjoying some monopoly. Instead what has PSG done? they have gone from 4 points down the league table to going 5 points clear at the top of ligue 1. They have taken maximum points when others slipped up and they have done this with a new manager and squad after loosing, Messi, and host of others. This is commendable and worthy of praise and should not be considered a form of monopoly! PSG is still the champion, they always have the strongest squad in this tournament. No opponent can compare with them in Ligue 1. Facing Real Sociedad is said to be "easy" in the 1/8 round of the Champions League, but PSG still appears cautious and highly appreciates the opponent. If they are eliminated in this round, they will spend more time in the domestic tournament, because I think this season they do not have enough strength to conquer the Champions League. PSG currently leads Ligue 1 2023-2024 after the first leg. In the last eight times they did this, they were all champions. Luis Enrique and his team will have two weeks off before meeting Toulouse in the French Super Cup match. This is one of the most boring games I have watched in the Serie A this season. Mourinho is using his usual game plan and Napoli are just way worse than I expected. I would have expected Napoli to be much more active than this in the attacking line. As Politano got a red card as well I just expect Napoli to try to preserve the 0-0 score to the end. Roma have performed really poorly until this minute. They just can't find the target. The fans must have really missed Dybala already. Because if he was in Belotti's place now there would have been a good cooperation between Lukaku and him to score a goal. 
While I was making the post Roma just scored.  Pellegrini is the scorer and this can really be the winning goal as well! Yeah Roma has scored already I know that Mourinho cannot afford to lose this match as when he's playing a strong side that's when he brings out all his coaching skills, Lorenzo Pellegrini scored in the 76th minutes and he was assisted by Stephan El Shaarawy, it was indeed a lovely goal and i think it may just decide the outcome of the match. |

Atletico Madrid won a difficult match, they need to be appreciated. They took the lead at the beginning of the second half with Marcos Llorente and controlled the game until the 70th minute. After Çağlar Söyüncü received a red card, they became a more defensive side and they did it well. It's not easy to play short, but they defended really well. We saw the classic Atletico game, a complete winner team that didn't concede a goal and won with a single goal. They are now back in the championship race and other teams are already fearing about them.
Atletico Madrid is one team I admire in the Spanish la Liga but the only problem the club have is not being able to win the la Liga for some time now, the reason why I like Atletico Madrid is because they don't concede much goals and they have a solid defense that makes it difficult for their opponents to penetrate. Atletico Madrid winning Sevilla is a big achievement for them as they have moved to third position in the la Liga table with equal points as Barcelona but Atletico Madrid is leading them on goal difference. |

Lolz Arsenal and Liverpool Match was something else. One of my sister nearest broke plate because of the match before the coach fell down. The game was fun. I was not thinking that Liverpool would played the match to draw level they really tried. Though Arsenal oppressed them more but their defense was good so Arsenal could not penetrate to it just like that. G. Magalhães scored first before M. Salah scored to equalize with them and got yellow card. Well the both sides played well.
The outcome of the match was interesting like the both teams played very well and the draw was just the best result. Arsenal really played so well, I couldn't believe they could even get a draw from Liverpool because I know how Liverpool normally deal with them especially if Arsenal score first so when I saw that Arsenal scored first and the goal was equalized by Mohammed Salah all my thoughts was just that Arsenal will be in trouble but they maintain the tie till the match ended so they really tried to still maintain their lead at the top of the premier league table. |

The main reason why xavi was using the secondary squad against amateur team in the friend match is to avoid its main player to get injury. We do know that barcelona is still competing for some top competitions. Having its main players injured are unacceptable thing for barcelona. Many simple questions like this deserve a simple answer. For me, I think if BTC wasn't decentralized, it would have been an idea that never flew. Never saw the light of day, because no country would have been willing to change its legal tender to one that isn't tangible or holds any value to the current fiat of the country.
It would have simply failed to gain customers, adoption or press.
One thing that the world admires is new thing like something different from the things we do or use on a normal basis so had it been Bitcoin wasn't decentralized, not many people will show interest because they will equally measure it with fiat, so the world is tired of using centralized exchanges that is being controlled by government or third parties so that was the sole reason for introducing Bitcoin so if it wasn't decentralized, no body will give much value and attention to it. |

West Ham have bounced back with two outstanding goals, I mentioned it earlier that the tables will turn around, and it surely did. West Ham has secured their three points by utilizing their opportunities, while Manchester united wasted theirs. Lesson for Manchester united to be more serious when opportunities presents itself. Manchester united coach is just busy making some fairly wrong decisions in this match, Garnacho was removed very late, that would've happened long ago as he's seriously underperforming in today's match.
This match is a very boring one, both teams are very much underperforming today, West Ham is just lucky enough to have converted their chances and secure a win. Kudos to them.
The Manchester United coach is the victim of some truly bad decisions. Garnacho was taken off the game too late, it would have been better if Rasford had started. Manchester United crashed badly in the Champions League and now things are not going well in the league. The red devils we know and are used to have not been able to straighten their spine for a few seasons, constant problems and losses. I don't think Eric Tan Hag was the cure for this team either. It's really sad to watch Manchester united fall on several matches like this and for the fact that this is a club that is financially buoyant but yet facing so much challenges for a long time now it's really bad and not a good one for the club and they might start losing some of their fans should they continue to flop in this manner. I think the time is now for Eric Ten Haag to evacuate the club and give room for another coach to also try his coaching skills, because for me I believe that what Manchester united is lacking is a coach that understands the clubs ethics so if a club that understands the club comes then we will see a lot of improvement from them. |

The decline in Haaland's performance is due to several causes and it is impossible for a quality player to have decline in performance without there being cause and I don't know what the cause is for sure
The reason for Haaland's decline in performance is just because of De Bruyne's absence. Last season, when de Bruyne was active in Manchester City, he did create most of the opportunities that Haaland was always having, and we all know de Bruyne to be a talented player, he is always creating opportunities for Haaland, and we all know that Haaland is good at positioning himself and scoring goals. But since de Bruyne has been absent since the beginning of the season, Haaland performance has also dropped, he has not been scoring the way he was scoring last season, and nobody is giving Haaland passes the way de Bruyne do. De Bruyne was the key to Manchester City's success last season. The proof is that Haaland's declining performance this season has resulted in De Bruyne's absence in the squad and it is very clear that Manchester City really needs De Bruyne's presence in the Manchester City squad, even from of all the players who have talent, no one can replace De Bruyne's role in the Man City squad, Man City must find a solution to find players who play the same role as De Bruyne. At least in the winter, Man City can find a replacement for De Bruyne, in order to sharpen and help Man City's attack power this season.. Of course we all know that Kevin De Bryune is of great impact to Manchester city squad and his absence for sometime now is easily noticed so definitely, at this critical stage of the season, his midfield experience would be needed in other to support the strikers because he is the only one that does the job better in the midfield. |

I used to think that Bitcoin was not banned in Nigeria because of the high activity of members of the local council here. All this alarm and trying to convince people to invest, and Bitcoin is illegal in Nigeria. It seems that things would change if the authorities approved CEXs and gave them licenses so that it would be easy to deposit and withdraw to the bank account, even though I think it is better to invest in Bitcoin ONLY in the long term, but this step will reduce the fees paid to P2P brokers.
Yeah legend, the ban placed on cryptocurrency in Nigeria didn't affect most Bitcointalk members here from Nigeria and other crypto enthusiasts because we all were optimistic that the ban will be lifted some day and the recent news can attest to our optimism so just as you said it will be nice if the government approve CEXs and give out licenses for more easier transactions and definitely the commission being charged by P2P traders will eventually reduce. Moreover, Nigeria Crypto investors are mostly concerned about Bitcoin that's why we're also seeking for it's adoption to be officially introduced. |

Already despite the ban on cryptocurrency in the country, the government is still aware that their are individuals that are still involved in crypto related transactions so I just feel that this ban they've lifted is just so that they can also have their own share from the dividends that crypto enthusiasts within the country gets from crypto projects and other crypto engagements so inasmuch as it is a good news that the ban has been officially lifted I also see it as an avenue for the government to officially intrude into the system so "nothing goes for nothing".

If this is real, then it's indeed a good thing that the ban has been lifted. Although I have one question, which is, when they placed the ban on crypto-related transactions in the Nigerian banks, did it actually stop Bitcoiners and crypto enthusiasts from investing in Bitcoin? Did the ban reduce the rate of Bitcoin adoption in the country?
IMO, I think the answer to my question is no, but I may be wrong and still need someone to clarify it.
Though the ban the government placed previously affected some bitcoiners in Nigeria because Nigeria is a country that it's citizens respect and regards government orders and lots of bitcoiners were afraid of losing their bitcoins and crypto investments should government finds out that they're still involved in crypto related activities but however, I commend the government because despite placing the ban initially, they weren't strict on Bitcoin hodlers and investors within the country because they know quite well that some well meaning Nigerians are still into cryptocurrencies. I also applaud those that were resilient and determined despite the government initial order on crypto currencies but yet they stood strong and were still very much active on crypto activities, I believe that government finally lifting the ban is a welcome development for Bitcoin Investors and hodlers within the country. On this Saturday there is a really attracting game between Roma and Napoli. The game is in Rome so it can be seen as an advantage for Roma. However I wouldn't trust Roma much for this game honestly. Because I don't like their recent performances in the league. Probably Mourinho will choose a cautious game plan against Napoli. This is the classic Mourinho in big games in the end.  Napoli are even better at scoring now as Osimhen is back. He will be their key player against Roma surely. I think both teams will score and Napoli will manage to win the game by a gap of one goal. Jose Mourinho is a manager that likes competition so the match between Roma and Napoli will be very interesting. Currently, Napoli is ahead of Roma in the league table as they occupy the 6th position with 27 points while Roma stand in 8th position in the league table with 25 points so considering the fact that Roma is playing at their home ground will give them more advantage to win Napoli and Napoli will also want to impress their fans after they lost their Coppa Italia match against Frosinone during the mid-week so definitely, this game between this both clubs is really difficult to predict. |
