so i havent checked in on this in quite a while, but i got the gist that it isn't going as well as hoped in the last few months. id hate to ask this since it sounds as you may be busy, but could you possibly write up a post when you have time in the future about plans for the near future and the current state of things?

I seriously wonder what is taking so long? Usually a reschedule is like a month or so in the future. I wonder what is really going on? Has anyone called or heard what might be the next court date or what is going on?
Let's say you're a judge who loves having your balls cupped. The accused standing before you is a renown ballcupper. Any idea why BCC went from 35cents to $1.29 (a bit lower now) in 6 days?? That means it more than tripled in value. I don't think much of it is being traded, though, at the mo.

Regarding the PoWH, I about quadrupled my 22ETH (well I got to about 110ETH but it went down a bit after some clones started appearing and confusing people). It is still stable at just under 12K ETH in the contract but was almost at 20K ETH before. I got lots of ETH in interest when it went down (probably about 5ETH), so as long as it goes up again it's all good. Going to give it 2 weeks before leaving negative trust. Not a threat, just something I am going to do if no refunds or other arrangements are made.

So are investors going to receive refunds?
Looks like this is not going anywhere but South.
Geren and I were not able to meetup last week due to him still tied up at the Navajo Reservation in taking care of affairs. This coming Thursday looks extremely promising, with him assuring me that significant process has been made by his [hourly] lawyer(s) re paperwork. |

Just a quick update. According to Geren, his lawyer(s) are still finalizing the paperwork for formulation of our partnership. I hope he ain't payin' them by the hour.  My next face-to-face meeting with Geren will be next week after he takes care of commitments related to the Navajo Nation in Arizona. Meanwhile, I'm restructuring http://yutu.co.in/ after my former associates sabotaged it. I have some files and the php dump was incomplete, thus not able to import it, in conjunction with the WP theme I used at the time and was fond of is no longer supported, but none of that will matter down the road, for whatever I put up now is only temporary, replaced with a robust site built by a formidable team. |
