Idea for you, what about poker chips? There are a lot of players around the world,is a big market, makes them useful and in a back handed way gives Dash value in the real world (of gambling, lol)

I think we all should calm down a bit and give bitfinex some time. I definitely wouldn't like to lose them just because we are pushing too hard and they have some reasonable issues adapting everything fast. This was announced to users and services a few days ago to give them time to prepare, but expect some coexistence of both brands for some time while everyone adapts. https://www.dashpay.io/news/darkcoin-is-now-dash/+1 Stay cool ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif)

I've been in hibernation for a few years. Who the f*** are usecryptos? ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2Fn2Z2rfu.jpg&t=663&c=luq6ZjIOFmLBeA) appearently a wallet and trading platform for virtual currencies https://usecryptos.com/i vagueally remember this came also up a few pages ago ? people asking if people knew it.. Its a bit weird to see our largest Dash volume 24h there (44%). Cryptsy has 25.6% of Dash volume 24h currently. http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/dash/#marketsYour vague recollections are correct, the reason I asked was because the volume seems to have gone from nothing to top in a blink of the eye, thats a lot gone from cryptsy! Did you see that there is no dash/$/euro trade or litecoin/$/euro are the markets active ? I noticed that some people could not with draw and were complaining because they changed their policy making people have to register in order to get their balances out, also has paypal..

History in the making (again) ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I'm sure we'll be making a lot of history along our journey! Glad to see the DGBB's been passed. Now to see how it works in practice, and make adjustments if need be. What about starting off with 100% Yea? giving people 2 weeks to vote Nay and if its still over 51% at end, then the vote passes. This would do away with some of the apathy and inspire people to turn up for the ballet. (even organ donation in some countries is presumed yes unless you have a card saying keep off) ''Distributed systems is kind of like economics: everyone thinks they are qualified because they once ran a remote process.'' ~~Emin Gün Sirer~~ (Cornell University, Professor of computing)

... My ideas about "so many people haven't voted yet": 1. Some people want to feel like "the only decision maker" - to vote in last moment - so even with small amount of their MNs "determine the whole result by themselves". ...
Number 6: Voting apathy, complacency and lack of understanding of how to cast the vote. Suggest having voting button on the top of the wallet that casts a Yea or Nay to make it as lemon squeezy as possible. (highlights on detection of masternode status)

I was just trying to do someone a favour...
I also like chart analysis, but I try to look past that and focus on the up take and general usage of a coin by how many new exchanges its incoporated on and what new websites are adding as their list of 4 or 5 favoured coins. For example these pairs are too my liking, https://usecryptos.com/market/DASH-EURAt the end of the day, what matters is real world use, not the latest spot price.

If the Nasdaq are colouring bitcoins, I suggest they use the Dash transaction locking somehow, because 10 minutes is a looooong time in the stock world! https://coincenter.org/2015/05/wall-street-is-using-bitcoin-not-just-the-blockchain/Nasdaq will initially leverage the Open Assets Protocol, a colored coin innovation built upon the blockchain. Now, you could color the coins on some other blockchain, say Dogecoin or Litecoin, but we’re fairly certain that Nasdaq is coloring bitcoins. I noticed the Dash/Btc volume is large on usecryptos.com(most traded coin after btc), have never used them but they have some interesting dash/euro/dollar pairs that appear unused(new/not active?) and paypal, seem like there was some complaining about withdrawals because of validation coming coming after people made accounts but seems like its sorted. Has anyone used them, whats the feedback ?

I have NO Tok abilities of TA but for me it looks like the end of correction and the completion of a diagonal triangle... Toknormal correct me if I`m wrong ....
Tok's abilities are genetic and passed down on the female side, he is the seventh son of the seventh generation born on the seventh day. There can only be one and he is the last of his kind ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

The DarkcoinTalk Mining Pool will be shutting down. Miners will have a week to switch pools before stratum is turned off. Withdraws will still be possible for up to a month as of today's date. Official thread for information about it. Sorry to hear that, over half of all my mining in total was either at the original darkcoin pool or at your pool. Thankyou for providing an excellent and honest mining pool, it provided a stable support and authenticity to back Dash as a serious and professional coin.

http://gavinandresen.ninja/utxo-uhohToday, the UTXO database is about 650MiB on disk, 4GB when decompressed into memory. DRAM costs about $10 per GB, so you need to spend about $40 on memory if you want absolute fastest access to the UTXO. Not a big deal.... 'Assuming the UTXO set continues to double and RAM prices continue to drop 20% per year, next year you’ll have to spend about $64. Ten years from now, over $4,000…'.... Looks like there's a fork planned to solve this BTC problem at 2016. What is the solution they are using? The only radical solution I know of is with the lightning network proposal. https://lightning.network/lightning-network.pdf' Transactions aren’t instant ● Micropayments don’t actually work ○ High transaction fees ● “Bitcoin Doesn’t Scale'

I thought it would be fun to show you guys a little peek behind the scenes regarding the community funded video. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FPKPkT4b.png&t=663&c=Ggd67z1apSwzXQ) There are a few files missing, because I opened them just to see, copy, paste etc, but never saved them. These are just my personal files. Brilliant example of collaborative work by MyeVideo, Minotaur, fernando, tungfa, Udjinm6, tantestefana and myself, if you don't mind me saying so... Many hours of brainstorming and debate, personally I think we've struck gold. We ping-ponged many ideas, angles, motifs, and lexica, and very quickly and naturally zoomed into a 99,99% final version. We're basically done by tomorrow night and then hand over the script to company for them to get going. Just remember this will be a video for newcomers, so don't get your hopes up for a hollywood action packed blockbuster! Is this teaser 1 like in the movies then ? Looks like a lot of work-can see you want to get all the details just right, looking forward to the final result, rock on ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif)

The masternodes can be made infinitely scalable to allow for billions of transactions and NOT have memory problems, Moore's law breakdown or giant block sizes that have to be doubled every year or more like with bitcoin. Here is an in depth discussion to follow up on my chart of the day regarding memory problems of bitcoin in the nr future. http://sourceforge.net/p/bitcoin/mailman/bitcoin-development/thread/554A91BE.6060105%40bluematt.me/#msg34090292'We're seeing plenty of full 1M byte blocks already and have been for months. Typically whenever we have one of the large inter-block gaps then these are often followed by one (and sometimes several) completely full blocks (full by the definition of whatever the miner wanted to use as a size limit).'Currently can be stuck in a 40 minute memory pool, transaction numbers increasing all the time, you see where btc is heading?
