Nah ada yang menarik disini, di daerah saya orang orang yang selalu menjadi KPU, KPPS, PANWAS, Atau TPS orangnya itu itu saja, saya tidak tahu apakah ini melalui seleksi atau semacamnya atau memang hanya orang yang memiliki keistimewaan saja, misalnya dekat dengan orang yang bekerja disana. Padahal menurut sepengetahuan saya sih semua warga negara memiliki hak yang sama untuk menjadi "petugas" istilahnya, terlebih jika itu dengan diadakan seleksi untuk perekrutannya. Entah saya yang kurang update atau bagaimana, yang jelas di daerah saya semua anggota sudah terbentuk tanpa ada pengumuman bahwa akan diadakan perekrutan petugas dan menariknya adalah setiap ada pemilihan pasti orangnya adalah orang lama.  Melihat dari roadmap Seleksi Badan Adhoc, rekrutmen untuk menjadi PPK dan PPS sudah berlangsung sejak 2022 dan sudah di lantik pertanggal 4 Januari lalu. Mungkin beberapa waktu lalu kita juga disambangi oleh Petugas Pemutakhiran Data Pemilih (Pantarlih) untuk pemilihan umum 2024 nanti.
