Just got my first faucet accepted on FaucetBox ( Thanks)

Just a quick question OP do I automatically move up the list as my stats improve of is it all done manually ?

Thanks
Mark

It's automatic, but have a delay of up to 48 hours due to the way average is calculated.

Hello! FaucetBox is very nice service, but why it pays not all of coins? I mean, I have 100000 satoshi on my FaucetBox account, but got paid only 60000, the rest is still on FaucetBox.

It pays all coins at the moment we start calculating withdrawals. However the calculation can take 10-12 hours, so coins that you earned between the moment we started and the moment we actually send out a transaction are left as accumulated. Don't worry, they'll be paid out with next transaction Smiley

Dear faucetbox,

I would like to report that BitHell.io got automatically rejected a few minutes ago. It seems it was due to a "hosting error" or something related to that. I must note that we have no issues with our sites (bithell and bitheaven run perfect here).

I already resent the application, but I am really afraid it will take days/weeks before getting re-approved. We were on top 15 on your lists and we don't want to lose traffic because of this.

I am 99% confident that bithell got rejected due to an error with faucetbox and not on our side.

Thank you in advance and we hope you'll also manage to fix the lag and slow connection.

Your faucet responded with 503 Service Unavailable on 2015-04-23 20:21:59 (UTC). It wasn't a FaucetBOX.com error. We only automatically reject if the server actually responds with error. If it doesn't respond at all we assume it could be a problem on our end.
You're approved again Smiley

Such a shame those faucets with thresholds have to be taken down... As one of those faucet owners, I have switched over to Xapo since there is no reason to stay with Faucetbox anymore (the fees are just too high)

what are the fees for Xapo?

I think they actually pay you, so no fees at all. Not sure though.

Reminder: DON'T keep more coins then it's really needed on your FaucetBOX.com accounts. One faucet owner just got hacked hard and he didn't see that before we started processing the withdrawal Sad

It seems Faucetbox is very unstable in the past hour.
Sometimes it works, sometimes it is loading very slowly and sometimes it simply gives me an error 502.

Our servers can't keep up with the traffic, sorry for that. Our transactions per second increased twice just in last 3 weeks. We've ordered a new server, I hope we'll be able to resolve it in upcoming week.

Xapo and FaucetBOX.com have completely different goals and targets. Xapo is more like a Blockchain.info. If Xapo if better for you then you should use it. No hard feelings Smiley.

Do you use any advertising except of FaucetBOX.com Faucets list?
No.. Only faucetbox! And other rotators added me..
When faucetbox delete me from list, next day i have -30k visitors from 2 sites..

You only got so many visits from faucetbox list because it was miscalculating average payouts for faucets with thresholds. If it would be accurate, you wouldn't even notice it.

I'll talk with the team about rescheduling some things to maybe make a better faucets list sooner, that will get rid of manual approval by us.

Did your earnings drop? If they did, we'll think about a solution.
Yeah, My earnings and stats are drop minimum 25-30%!!(
This is problem for me( And I type here: alarm alarm! Undecided

Do you use any advertising except of FaucetBOX.com Faucets list?

Dear administrator, why not to make the "Faucet list" for the Faucets with Delay payments?

I'am a owner of ElenaBitco.in, FreeBitco.in faucets. (401-1500 satoshis per hour)
And also faucets: icebitcoin, welovebtc, playbitcoin and others are looks very good!

Why we pay regularly already long time satoshis, we pay a 3% fee to you, when add money on balance.. but we can't be to the list?
But in faucet list now we can see many bad sites with - "problems with cash out"
I think that, It isn't fair! Undecided

Because currently we don't have time to implement that. Maybe we'll add it someday. Lack of time is precisely why we taken down these faucets. We just can't afford to spend time collecting coins on these faucets just to test if it's legit. Especially when half of faucets with thresholds were faking payouts (they paid only to 5% or so users, so we couldn't easily detect it).

3% fee is needed to cover transaction fees, it's not related to faucets list.

Please report faucets which you think are "bad sites with problems with cash out". We'll take them down Smiley

What we're thinking about now is separating faucets list entirely from FaucetBOX.com and maybe allowing users to vote on them. However that won't happen anytime soon.

Also: do you use any analytics? From what I see Faucets list isn't really popular among users (maybe 5% use it regulary). It's good for new faucets, but I don't see it being significant for established faucets. Did your earnings drop? If they did, we'll think about a solution.

712  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] FaucetBOX.com - API & faucet script, create your own crypto faucet on: April 19, 2015, 01:55:04 PM
are payouts done manually? if not, can you guys add a countdown timer to the site please? i've already reached the threshold and i cant wait for my BTC

They're automatic, but there's no way to precisely predict when given address will get coins.
713  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] FaucetBOX.com - API & faucet script, create your own crypto faucet on: April 19, 2015, 01:32:10 PM
whats happening with the site, im getting all sorts of errors, first the faucets said something was wrong with faucetbox, then the site said it was down for maintenance and then it went down for a min? are these issues on my end?

Nope, database issues on our side, we're working on it.
714  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] FaucetBOX.com - API & faucet script, create your own crypto faucet on: April 19, 2015, 09:32:12 AM
my money has been sitting in the account for about 3 days now, i've more than doubled my threshold, when will the next round of payouts be?

There were two rounds of payouts in last 3 days. What's your address?
715  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] FaucetBOX.com - API & faucet script, create your own crypto faucet on: April 18, 2015, 09:27:26 PM
have you ever thought of perhaps paying others to translate Faucetbox officially? It would save issues like this, and I'm sure there's members of the community that speak other languages that will be willing.

Yeap, we thought about it and we came to conclusion that we don't want to provide translated version of website without being able to provide support in the language. And for now we can't afford hiring and training someone to do just that.

NOTICE TO RUSSIAN FAUCET OWNERS

It looks like some Russian to English browser translators change deposit addresses, making them invalid. Always disable any translations when you're copying a deposit address.

Added the faucetbox logo to the lower-left side of my blog, with link to faucetbox.com, to advertise for free:

[..]

I also have a full faucet list composed of only faucetbox faucets. So i`m really helping faucetbox to succeed as you pay me well for my referrals  Grin

http://bestbitcoinfaucetz.blogspot.com

Well... it's not FaucetBOX.com that's paying you, but faucets itself. FaucetBOX.com is just a middleman Smiley

Any reaction will be appreciated.

You have to enable inline mode in Are you a Human setting (on their page) and make the popup yourself (actually it can work these way with any captcha, don't know about their terms of service though).

I don't know how most of these faucets gets accepted but time dont work it keeps starting over even first time no claim and it has to be same person all the time all u see is him asking to click ads to lower timer yeah right has if I am gonna click his ads and get nothing out of it  seen the same in doge has in btc they say big payout but u get 0.

So how in hell do they get accepted

Every faucet I do I click at least once or 2 times on a different ad per day but those Faucets no way

It's easy. They got accepted before they've broken the timer. There's a report button on the Faucets list, use it Smiley

how does http://moonbit.co.in/ have 4 adsense ads on a single page? Are they just going to get banned? I thought the max was 3.

I think you can have 3 banners and 2 text-links-line (I don't remember how are they called).

From two months i have 5 adverts from AdSense without problem. I see a lot of pages with five AdSense ads. In this thread was one guy who said that is possibility to have 7 ads in legal way and i see his page (with 7 ads) but i didn't check how he did that.
