Applied for the airdrop the process was very easy, I hope to get the drop soon, I also set up a coinwallet address for Berncash so we will see how it turns out, lets try to get it on yobit or something soon, yobits pretty easy to get on.
Glad to hear you found the airdrop easy. I did submit a request for yobot. Perhaps if the community could fill out requests aslo, they might listen sooner. Thanks in advance!

Hi I add BERNcash to my pool server. It's fully functionnal (very low reject share) To use it : stratum+tcp://kryptos.podzone.net:3346 -u YOUR WALLET -p x You can use my pre-configured sgminer x14 mod : ...url removed... open sgminer.conf and change your BERNcash address... that's all Happy mining What is the benefit of your modified miner? Could you provide the source? I would like to glance it over and perhaps compile it myself on my linux rig. This is just a sgminer with X14 support realease is from this source : https://github.com/aznboy84/sgminer/tree/v5_0-x15I am sorry. I got the impression you had some custom mod and I was eager to see that. None-the-less, thank you for the link and for supporting BERN.

I have tested both deposit and withdrawal of BERN and both worked perfect and very fast! Thanks VixTrade.net!!!! Remember everyone, sellers control the market.

Just drawing your attention to the previously hinted and now official, CoinWallet.co announcement at the top of this page. Again, I hope the community finds this very useful.

what is airdrop? why so much using it to every their coin? so much hype about airdrop. can you explain it a bit?
The first question, "what is airdrop?": An airdrop is a distribution method by which a certain group, usually a geographic group and as is the case with BERN, receive an amount of the currency to get it into circulation. The second question, I do not understand. Can you please reword the question? The third question, I think I did explain in the first. There is hype because it is free to enter, so long as you meet the requirements. If you need further help, please ask the question well. Thanks!

I am very pleased to announce BERNcash has been added to CoinWallet.co is a service website providing secure online web wallets, PoS pool so your holdings grow, and extras like sending by email address and twitter tipping. Also, now US residents can participate in the airdrop without the need of downloading and syncing a wallet of their own. I think removing that 'hurdle' for non-technical individuals is a great thing and the wallet can be accessed via mobile devices making transfer of BERN easier in 'real-world' person-to-person exchange. Thanks to CoinWallet.co for adding BERNcash! I do hope the BERNcash community finds the service very useful.

Thanks a Lot TimC and Nik!
It seems to have worked.
Is it normal to have about 50 Kh/s with 1 GPU (R9 280x)?
Sorry if I ask so many questions, but I am very very noob!
Thanks, Pazzaglia
You should be doing much much better than 50 Kh/s Pazzaglia. You should be 3+ Mh/s with that card. Try this, add to the command TimC provided you the following: -g 2 --thread-concurrency 13188 --rawintensity 131088 --worksize 64 Also, while sgminer is running, press "g" for gpu. Then "c" for change settings. Look to see both your engine clock ("e") and memory clock ("m") are cranked up. Once you get hashing, you want your fan ("f") cranked up so your gpu lasts you for years to come.

airdrop is just 250 coins so nvm =)
I am looking at increasing this. A lot. I need to get the ok from the people that asked me to do this project but, if they ok it, I will retroactively pay previous vaild applications the difference. Sounds good - dont get me wrong tho, not complaining about free coins at all. Any plans for an exchange yet ? I will try to get it added to one today. I was talking to Bill and Richie of Bittrex but, they don't want to add with nethash as low as it is.

nice, a new x14 sc.. i hope it will hold longer than other ones anyway: x14 algo is supported by http://yiimp.ccminer.org , never had the time to test it before Going by what Bombadil says, it must be working fine. Thanks so much! I will add to the OP now.

Pool? Solo mining is very hard.
No pool as of now. Keep up the solo mining though. Difficulty is still very low and you have a good shot. Several GPU miners, including myself, have pulled our GPU rigs off BERN just to give CPU only miners a better shot. Thank you, i found a few blocks on the cpu. By the way, i can make the translation into Russian. Do your need it? Sure! I can pay small bounties from the instamine for this. I had explained to the Bernie Sanders supporters that this might be needed. I will contact you via PM. Thanks for offering!

If ocminer has it all sorted out I don't think I'm going to mess with it anymore and will take it down from my pool. We all know he is fantastic pool op, so BERN is in good hands Yes. But thank you so much for your efforts!!!

I don't support Bernie but I had some friendly PM's about adding a pool for this coin: http://bern.suprnova.ccWe need to check if blocks are accepted though, let me know if you have any problems. As always, thank you ocminer and suprnova! I am getting accepted shares and finding blocks and yes, the front-end is reflecting this! I have received my first payout from http://bern.suprnova.cc!! All good! Thanks again to ocminer and suprnova!!!

Hmm. 10million premine. Only 250 airdrop? Looking at Bernie's tax plan, this truly is Bernie coin. This is the first airdrop. As stated, there will be more when marketing catches up. I have also considered increasing the payout of this first, of what will be many, airdrops. I do need to run this by the people that asked me to make BERN first so, nothing official yet. Of course, I would retroactively pay people that have already received the difference if I am allowed to proceed in increasing the payout amount. EDIT: I do not mean increasing the percentage of the instamine budgeted for the first airdrop (%25) but, increasing the payout amount and therefore reducing the number of participants.
