After the "Doubloon.conf" file changes you need to restart "Doubloon-qt"

I think on Windows 7 you have to use "localhost" instead of 127.0.0.1. Also, make sure you have restarted the wallet client after you changed the conf Yes windows7 You guys mean i need to open the wallet when i am mining? That main node has 60 connections but others are connected by other nodes. There is probably over 100 people running the wallet now. Even if I banned them on my node, they can connect to the other nodes and just relay their transaction through them.
