701  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading sites on: December 28, 2017, 02:06:43 PM
In relation to what happened with BITTREX regarding their withdrawal issue, I am now curious on what trading sites are trustable. Any recommendation? I am just a newbie in trading.

Almost all are trustable*, it's just that you experienced (or you just read lots of withdrawal issue in Bittrex?) some issue on Bittrex side.

Even those suggested trading platforms here also have withdrawal issues on their side. But for me, I don't have any whether on Bittrex or any other trading platforms. So I think you need to try mulitple trading sites since you will have a different experience. I used, Poloniex, Bittrex, HitBTC, Cryptopia, Coinexchange without any problem (or should I say only minor problem).
Good advice, we will not know it without trying it. Do not believe the news is not true without any evidence.
Bittrex is still an option for traders.

703  Economy / Economics / Re: 2017 Was Bitcoin's Year. 2018 Will Be ....... on: December 28, 2017, 01:14:35 PM
2017 is really a good year for bitcoin especially the last quarter this year and the possibility that 2018 is also a good year for bitcoin is open if we change some issue including transaction cost and speed.
I do not understand with hardfork, this does not fix anything, or reduce the density of transaction traffic.
just make everyone happy with new coins. should hadfork be the solution to the speed of cheap Bitcoin transactions and fees.
704  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think the Xmas and Holiday season, caused the drop in the price? on: December 28, 2017, 01:09:43 PM
I think xmas and holiday season has also a big factor why the btc price goes down.
Many people sell thier bitcoin just to have money, to buy things needed for christmas, like buying gifts and foods.
And because christmas is over its price is slowly recovering.
But still its not safe because there still one big holiday left which is the newyear. And some people will again sold their btc just to buy things needed to celebrate newyear.
Good analysis, but more market response to hardf fork. and this moment has no effect on Bitcoin price.
they prefer to make money rather than spend it quickly.
705  Economy / Economics / Re: European Union official suggests that Bitcoin will not be regulated on: December 28, 2017, 01:04:04 PM
Regulators in Europe have tried to pressure the European Commission to put Bitcoin under a magnifying glass in one way or another. However, there are other characters that sometimes make us believe that these efforts are over, at least for now.

Yeah it is highly impossible to regulate the use of bitcoin because it is anonymous and there is no way to trace the usage of bitcoiners. So no government can put rules and regulation for using bitcoin.
The Indonesian government is also beginning to fear the development of Bitcoin today, it is very dangerous if people do not understand the risks of investing with Bitcoin.
2018 is a bad day for Bitcoin users in Indonesia.
and who next ..
706  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: December 28, 2017, 01:01:10 PM
The stock market crash of 1929 was not because the US government had been printing money and pumping up the stock market with the newly printed money. Where did you get this idea from?

Who said anything here about the government, it was the individual private banks that were on fractional reserve since their inception in the 1600s.

And these individual private banks had been printing the US dollars that their clients pumped up the stock market with? Are you sure?

I see that you are bitterly confusing some historical events. Back in the 1930s not only was there no hyperinflation but just inflation was not present. The CPI (Consumer Price Index) was at a level of 17.3 in September of 1929, and by March of 1933 it had fallen to a level of 12.6. This amounts to a deflation rate of 27% and an increase of 37% in the purchasing power of the US dollar...

I`m talking about the hyperinflation in Germany.

You said that "printing money and pumping up the stock market" was the reason behind the stock market crash of 1929. Later you said that "the stock market crash was the result of money printing, because otherwise it would have not created a hyperinflation". Now you pretend that you were talking about the hyperinflation in Germany, which had happened in the early 1920s (before the issuance of the Rentenmark in 1923)... How come?

For me now, i choose Gold becuase i dont know if in bitcoin is safe to invest my money, becuase the value of bitcoin will going down, and i dont know uf bitcoin will recover. Im worried in my other investment. So all i need is waiting if bitcoin will recover and i will back to bitcoin. 1
Selling Bitcoin and buying gold is a good investment, gold has a stable and safer price.
I will not guarantee Bitcoin will continue to grow, this is too risky.
707  Economy / Economics / Re: Reason why you should Buy bitcoin now on: December 28, 2017, 12:56:54 PM
Reason why you should buy bitcoin now, I think while there is an opportunity to buy bitcoin then do so before the bank or what they call blockchain they will try to control its system because they are now aware and alarm of its huge profit.
for now, I still hesitate to buy Bitcoin the price is too high for me, I prefer to buy BCH and BTG I think it will go up next year...

By the way about Blockchain, Blockchain will be used by various Banks in the future, Blockchain will be great ...
BTC is too expensive and there are some worthy coins to buy at a cheap price.
I still believe in ETH, and will hold it for the next few months.
or BCH is also very convincing.
708  Economy / Economics / Re: Indonesia’s Central Bank is Planning to Ban Bitcoin in 2018 on: December 28, 2017, 12:47:05 PM
Quote
He went on to detail additional restrictive measures by the bank, stating:

We [will] also prevent arbitrage opportunities, unhealthy business practices and business controls by parties outside the legal reach of Indonesia’s laws that could damage the structure of industries here.

detail here https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/indonesia-planning-ban-bitcoin-2018-report/

what do you think about this ?

i think my country not ready to growing with this blockchain era.
I know this information. While Bitcoin is volatile, the Bank of Indonesia Governor said the country will issue a ban on Bitcoin and other digital money, which will be enforced by 2018. It appears that your country take strict and thorough measures for digital money, this may make it difficult for people who are using Bitcoin in your country. I think they have a negative opinion about Bitcoin, they fear that it will cause the economy to go down and cause more risk in investment.
I do not even care about this news, and even China. Bitcoin is unlikely to be affected by this issue.
I strongly agree with your statement, this is a problem for the people of Indonesia who use Bitcoin. I'm sure many people will panic with this news.
I want to respond to this casually. Cool
709  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CryptoCurrency in India on: December 25, 2017, 05:35:48 PM
I dont know why they are are always trying to ban bitcoin in there.. They do not even want to regulate it, they just want to ban it in there. I am sorry for the guys from there, but you should know that each country has their own rules.

There is no future for Banks and other financial institutions. this is the reason the government is afraid to legalize bitcoin.
we just wait whether this situation will survive
710  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies Selling Properties and Mortage Properties and buying Bitcoin on: December 25, 2017, 05:32:57 PM
I think this is carelessness and out of control. he should understand first how to make money well. there is a lot of speculation and gambling and this is not good.
any risk, and he has made his choice.
Good luck.
711  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bill Gates wasn’t joking when he said Bitcoin was better than Fiat Currency on: December 25, 2017, 05:29:41 PM
bill gates, john mcafee who else
very nice to be a famous person, his words can come true because people believe what that person is saying
he simply says "hey doge will go up" and people make it happen

Recently. Jhon Mcafee started giving trade signals. This is a sign that he strongly believes in Crypto's future.
I'm sure some other famous people will soon join. This is great for future crypto.
712  Economy / Speculation / Re: WHAT HAPPENS IF BITCOIN POPS? on: December 25, 2017, 05:27:06 PM
If it does pop and lose its value then its obvious that investors will lose their money as well. It will cause a setback in crypto environment since most altcoin relies on Bitcoin. If just in case it will really lose its value and won't recover then I guess another altcoin will eventually play as replacement of Bitcoin. If you are worried about Bitcoin or other altcoin disappears in the future I think that depends if there won't be people making any computer transactions that time since crypto relies on computer transactions as far as I know.
Bitcoin's future is very bright, confidence in this currency is getting better. and this will make bitcoin difficult to be replaced by other coins including with hardfork.
If the internet is lost then that's when Btcoin is destroyed.
713  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Virus on blockchain on: December 25, 2017, 05:22:16 PM
I hope it will not exist, this will be a big disaster and I'm sure Bitcoin will be ruined.
remember the case of ransomeware, bitcoin holders will feel panic and cause prices to fall.
I still believe this is hard to do.
714  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sell your house for investment in btc. on: December 25, 2017, 05:19:37 PM
Just imagine selling your $259,900 house for 43BTC and 2 Months in street.

and after just 2 months sell 43BTC for $498198.

Again buying the previous also you will be in profit of $472298.

would you try this technique.
wow it was so amazing !!
I never thought to sell my house to buy Bitcoin.
but your technique is very good and you have dared to make the right decision.
Good Job !!
This is very risky, and you have done something very dangerous for your family.
you should choose another asset, for example gold or sell land or rice fields and divert it to crypto.
whatever is your choice.
715  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do girls use Bitcoin on webcam sites ? on: December 25, 2017, 05:11:48 PM
Your opinions and thoughts as to whether girls should use Bitcoin on webcam sites:
Maybe. I am not sure if there is any girl who have been using or accepting Bitcoin through webcam site. Even if there is any, is it a big deal? Or does it really matter anyway? Anyway, bitcoin was widely use by any type or kind of people by their own preference or want on how to use their own bitcoin. Whether it is bad or not, because they are the one who is possible of whatever it takes of using it. Also, bitcoin was not only centralized to boys so I bet, girls can also use it on whatever they want. Even using it on webcam sites.
It sounds ridiculous in an eastern country, it is impossible to do. Women have different freedoms. and they are more honorable to be Mom and work at home. perhaps only in some countries, women have equal rights.
716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Segwit2X - Hard Fork on: December 25, 2017, 05:08:43 PM
Hardfork does not solve the problem, the more expensive the fee and not good for small traders.
I still dream of Bitcoin deals with cheap fees. Bitcoin will be increasingly popular with HF, and prices are predicted to rise.
I am waiting for the good news.
717  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] STK: A New Cryptocurrency for Instant Payments at Point of Sale on: December 25, 2017, 05:05:32 PM
this is a long job, and participants must be patient with this period.
hopefully this process does not disappoint.
will bounty be over soon?
718  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is Stakes? on: December 20, 2017, 02:10:33 PM
Now many bounty programs offering stakes instead of BTC.They are distributing their coins like 1% or 2% to the bounties.
For example : Total alloted coins for the signature campaign be 1,000,000 coins. If you earn 1 stake per week in signature campaign.Total 10 stakes in 10 weeks, and Total stakes earned by all participants in signature campaign bounty program be 10000.
Then the no of coins you will get,

           Your total stakes
----------------------------------------*Total Coins alloted in sig campaign
    Total stakes earned by all

In the above case it is,
                    10
                  -------- * 1,000,000 = 1000 coins.
                 10000
So you will get 1000 coins of that particular bounty program.Hope it's clear.

great its so cool, sometimes i just received and not calculate that
but maybe for now i can count it Wink
I do not usually recalculate the amount of coins I get.
I believe the stake that the manager gives is true.
but I finally found a formula that isa used to check the number of stake that I get. thank you
719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to create an account in poloniex? on: December 20, 2017, 02:07:45 PM
I have no trouble, you should use a good internet network.
even easier than creating a Bittrex account.
the actual data content to fill out the form, I'm sure it can help.
720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Etherdelta my favourite on: December 20, 2017, 01:55:52 PM
I'm getting tired of using etherdelta, I honestly do not like because ED (etherdelta) is very slow and makes me prustasi.
then the required gass is huge.
i need 0.03 eth to sell my token on ED.
this makes me dizzy and bored.
