Brutal sell-off today across the market. We're actually not doing too bad compared to some of the others!  Best looking horse in the knacker's yard we are. I know, I have been telling this for weeks now. AMP is really at the best position now to buy into it in my view. It's cheaper than ever and it has only potential in it. Today it should be worth atleast 100,000 satoshi, bare minimum, that is really the bare minimum AMP is worth right now in my analysis. In the future it might be 500,000-1,000,000 satoshi easily. So x500 or x1000 price increase is really pretty probable given how much potential there is in this innovative sector. |

Ok good. At least you realize AMP can go to the moon or drop to zero. You are aware that this is a risky investment. And true, I don't like to go for high risk. I mainly only invest in Ethereum or Bitcoin. The swingtrade/daytrade 'gambling' part I do with the money I earned on Steemit. But it is true, my ROI is much bigger with the free Steemit money I used to trade because I take more risks there.
There is a risk for everything. But I see here the rewards massively overweighting the risks, that is why I am here.
I don't think this project needs more marketing. What it needs is more development. WildSpark is good but as I said it is not yet world shocking. When their product is more tangible they will skyrocket, no doubt. But as xtylking said: if after 4 years you come with a browser extention, investors are not impressed. I know that it has to do with a lot of infighting and that things have changed now. That's why I am still focused on AMP and I still think it might become one of the biggest investment opportunities there is at the moment. But now they have to up their game and show investors that they can produce better and faster as in the past 4 years. And if they do so, they will get the investors behind them they deserve.
Of course it does. Currently there is no marketing at all, not that I see anyway. If people don't know about Wildspark, then they wont use it, it's simple logic. Currently you can get 1000 cliks for about 2-3$. Probably even cheaper and a better human/bot ratio on Facebook. They could use some of their capital to post Facebook ads about Wildspark, make a good marketing video about it, hire some voice actors, and put that video on Facebook. For a 100,000$ ad campaign on Facebook, I believe we can easily get millions of users using Wildspark. That alone can kickstart this project. Sure it needs more development and features as well, but with users onboard. Now I can understand them delaying this, until they make the app really useable, but I think they should unleash the power of AMP as soon as possible. It can really help AMP investors feel more confident  |

What would happen if the borrower can't repay his loan?
They are doing busines with reputable sources , so I am sure debt collection is not an issue, in the existing legal framework for thos businesses. This is not like the BTC lenders scamming eachother, they are all known and trusted parties. |

Steem is never for minnows and never will be. If you don't have power and connections you can't earn anything other than chewing gum money. It's not surprising because system works like that. You better find better things to earn money, rather than wasting time to collect dust from Steem.
That's funny because I started out from 0 and still managed to earn money there. You can always substitute "connections" with hard work. The question is are people determined enough to work hard to build their career, or are they lazy crybabies? |

Well the platform is not perfect at this stage, as it is only a year old. But this is one bus, which you should really board on. The later you decide to join, the more you lose. Plagiarism is already filtered out heavily. Most high earner are photographers who shoot their own photos. Others are bloggers and writers who produce their own content like me. |

Same here I am not selling this gem anytime soon. This is a project with huge potential in the future. I think RIALTO & VERI are the top 2 hottest ETH tokens right now, both unique in their own way and could be very disruptive to the industries they touch. i definitely second that. Both should do really well by the end of the yr I agree and would add PPT to that list. Yes definitely I have all 3 of them, and ready for them to skyrocket. I can't wait until they all go up massively, it will be an exciting thing to see. |

Yes well, I don't really care about that. I just know that is what investors look at and I use that in my advantage. I knew EOS and Bitcoin Cash were going to be pumped when they were launched on exchanges and I also new a day or 2 later they were going to be dumped. I cashed out on that. Why wouldn't I ? If I know investors are stupid and can play that in my advantage, I will do that :-).
That is where our investing style differs. I do take on more than usual risk, but I won't take in cowboy/gambling level of risk. I like my investments to have longterm sustainability, and I tend to ignore the noise that the emotional investors create. But unfortunately this is the truth, most people are irrational, and they go after the hype not after the good solid proof. But in the longterm only the solid projects survive.
I never said this project is shit. But you are a little bit too optimistic. WildSpark is a nice feature. But it is still only a browser extension. This is not yet a product that would justify a moonshot. But I do realize also that there are other projects that have nothing and in which way too much money has been pumped by dumb investors and that AMP deserves more than those shit projects.
But you also have to take into account that the coin gets really dumped hard. This was the second harsh dump in 1 year. So you have a premined coin that is harshly dumped all the time ... this scares investors. I already got burned well so now I am very careful with AMP.
However, that doesn't mean that if they deliver what they promise AMP will florish. I am 100 % sure of that.
That is the issue here. Synereo devs are like "more work and less talk", which means that they are working hard on the project behind the scenes, and tend to ignore the trolls and things like that until they feel they are ready to start promoting it. Other projects are more talk and less action, where you have the devs all over the news, constantly doing podcasts, but you see liltle code progress. Now the question is which type of project survives in the longterm? 1) In our case, the value is already here and the investors haven't realized that yet, because there was no hype here. 2) In the second case, the value was never there and its just a question of time until the investors realize that it's worthless, and start dumping. So the only thing that this project lacks is really more marketing , more promotion. Others can't compete with that since they have nothing. Once Wildspark goes viral, we can easily outcompete all other crappy projects. |

LTC is thin air, PPT will generate income from a trillion dollar real market get that !
LTC is really worthless , but technically it is worth more than BTC, since it has a more flexible network. So money could flow from BTC into LTC if the transaction cost goes up a lot. PPT is different, it has real value behind it, and it can draw value from a huge other market into itself. That is why I bought a shitton of PPT. |

Another smart investing strategy ... using the result of another project and transfer it on this project. BAT has a very good team. There are people in the team that created Javascript and Firefox (or something like that). You think BAT is that high for no reason ?
Which just prove to you how irrational investors really are. They all invest in rumors, or reputation or claims, rather on sound clear evidence and valuation. This reminds me of the Paycoin fiasco Seriously man, every investor knows that only rational things will remain longterm. The euphoria and the despair is just noise in the price, it doesn't matter in the longterm. What matters is that: 1) We have a pretty cool working product 2) We have only 1100 users using it. Don't you think that the value of AMP ought to be much higher when we will have say 50,000 users? Or you are just a permabear that consistently ignores the underlying value? People are literally now on Youtube promoting Wildspark and the first days are the hardest. Remember when only nerds used Bitcoin back in 2009, and now basically we have everyone using it. Wildspark should have a much quicker adoption curve, since it's an easy to use app. Now you might say that is a disadvantage, but I think it's actually an advantage since even your grandma can use it. By the end of the year, we will see fantastic things. |
