701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will You Support Or Have You Supported A Coin That Makes A Comeback on: October 24, 2019, 03:45:52 PM
I will never trust any coin that was once a dead coin and bounce back to live because they will never do better even after taken over by new devs or team, the project must have been half backed from the start, many of them are unfinished ideas from devs that have nothing to offer than pump and dump coins
If ever that it shows potential, why not.
If this was adapted by another developer then there is a possibility that this may have a comeback. We can't probably tell by now, but if it happens that a certain coin which is already dead proves itself that it can comeback, then I think it is worth it.
702  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Statement against people who say Bitcoin is a Scam on: October 24, 2019, 03:10:47 PM
I always find people who think that Bitcoin or cryptocurrency assets are busting money and sometimes there are people who always assume that investing in bitcoin is fraught with hacker risk.
on the other hand I cannot assume that their opinions are wrong, but on the other hand I cannot justify their statements.
I always think that people who have opinions like that are people who don't really know about blockchain technology, or they just read from one of the articles that happens to provide news about a "dark" case in bitcoin, so they often assume that bitcoin is a range against hackers and scam.

what do you think about finding people like that and how will you react to them?

The best way to react to such scenario is to talk to such person about what blockchain technology and bitcoin really is,  because majority of those who falls into this category does not know about cryptocurrency
They might have read about or come across someone who has been scammed or hacked,  that was what brought fear into them,
By telling them about what crypto entails,  and explaining to them on how to secure their crypto investment, the volatility and the future benefits of investing in bitcoin will be best way to react to them
Telling them about the blockchain technology will only bore them. It is better to let them experience how great it is to use bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies when having transactions. It is also some kind of investment, but it is different from investment scheme which is what they fear of.
For this reason, they might realize and understand the real usage of bitcoin.
703  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Protect Yourself And You Protect Your Assets on: October 24, 2019, 02:30:16 PM
I've read people asking and posting how to protect their wallet but apart from educating yourself on how to protect your wallet, private keys and passwords, It's also very important that you protect yourself from exposing your portfolio you don't go around telling friends and random people, coins that you are keeping.
And also It's important to have other businesses or jobs and not rely on all your needs to Cryptocurrency, people will notice this and they will think you are making a fortune from Cryptocurrency and they might target you.

So are you protecting yourself and how do you protect yourself and your family?

yes i agree with you we must protect ourselves and our families from bad people. I have never posted my portfolio or income from cyrptocurrency on social media. and I also always keep my password and digital wallet key in a safe place and only my partner knows. and I also still have a professional job I do not rely on cryptocurrency as my main income.
We really should not share it in public, it should stay private to ourselves.
Posting and sharing anything regarding our cryptocurrency assets is not prohibited, but we should consider our own safety when it comes to our own assets.
We all know that an individual can become blind when it comes to money, they can do anything for money.
If it's unavoidable to share information with other people, just make sure that certain person is trusted and should be someone close to you.
704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin down on: October 24, 2019, 01:26:32 PM
Bitcoin is back down to $ 7500 and altcoin is also following Bitcoin, is this to buy BTC when it is going down badly or waiting for the price of $ 7,000,

The price of bitcoin is currently at 7,450 $ and I think it has never fallen to 7,000 $. The Bitcoin price will stabilize at 7,300 $ to 7,500 $ and once the wall is broken down by bitcoin it will raise up to 8,000 $ by the month of October or in the first week of November.  But this is just a prediction and I'm just based on what I see in the bitcoin chart.
I also recommend buying when market prices fall. do not wait, what if the market goes up you will regret not buying bitcoin at a price of $ 7500. The point is you have to wait patiently for prices to go up to get double the profit.
This is the perfect time to buy bitcoin.
If we are still waiting for its price to drop until $7000, we should still buy even a little percentage of our investment, we should at least secure to buy at its current price.
If ever that its price will increase, we can still have a profit since we did not miss this chance to buy at the dip.
705  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to make sure hardware wallet I'm buying hasn't been tinkered with? on: October 24, 2019, 12:44:04 PM
Ashh, then you have a problem that just doesn't have a simple solution. You want to avoid any possible provision of data when purchasing, but this leaves you with the only option to buy directly from a reseller paying with cash. This option again creates a problem is it the device genuine in terms of hardware, which is not easy to determine.

Do you have a friend you trust, maybe someone else can do shopping for you, and in this way you can remain completely anonymous?

Yeah, I could order to someone else, but I don't know if it's a good solution either. I'm considering running Electrum on Raspberry pi as an offline layer of security, and my main android phone as primary interface. I can probably run Electrum Personal Server too. In my mind it seems to be a good enough security option and I wouldn't have to give away personal information for something as obvious as ledger.
You can buy Ledger Nano directly to their website, but, if you really don't want to use your identity, ask someone else.
However, if you don't have someone to trust even with buying it, then you can continue using your current offline wallet, as you said, it seems to be good enough for you.
706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sell your altcoins and tokens TODAY, save yourself the frustration on: October 24, 2019, 04:45:17 AM
This is 💯 true, BTC dominance is really geting wilder day and night and the uproar of btc will come like a thief in the night, but while saving or storing some btc like you said i take delight in trying to multiply my btc by trading some shitcoins. Without them my multipier level is low
Well this depends on the coin if you have a good coin and to invest your money you have been concerned to research then your coin will give you profit but if you will invest your money in such useless coin then it will surely Dump and give you all lose so better invest in trustworthy coin and keep holding soon market Will again pump so wait.
I tend to agree, if we are holding a shitcoin, then it is probably the best if we could dispose of it before we frustrate ourselves.
But if we are holding a popular altcoin and we have invested in it, we should have resist the current situation of market to avoid frustration. It's better to hold it than to have more losses.
707  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this why Bitcoin is crashing? on: October 24, 2019, 03:55:10 AM
I think there is a lot of bad news that makes investors disappointed with bitcoin and finally they prefer investors to secure their assets because they no longer trust bitcoin, so that the current conditions at the exchange place are falling very badly.
I don't think that investors no longer trust bitcoin, they just secure their assets and I think it is not the main reason.
There's a lot of bad news is coming after another regarding bitcoin and it highly affects the whole market. Investors are still waiting for the right time before they invest or some of them are still not making a move since its price is still very low.
708  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Stress and Happiness on: October 24, 2019, 03:20:58 AM
With everything in life you need to balance it out. Too much stress will cause you to be counterproductive and not help. You are more productive when you are happy.

It is important to wnjoy ourselves and have hobbies and not always work. Finding that balance is key to happiness. Keeping busy will also keep you happy.

Same thought with me. I think, everything is like a yin and yang. So balance in life is the key to living a happy life. So don't be
too stressed out by thinking about the unstable market conditions like now, do something positive that makes You are productive.
And keep yourself busy with positive activities, such as holidays, do your hobbies and enjoy being together with family. In conclusion,
don't be too busy working, but balance with something that comforts you.
Thinking about the current status of the market and the status of your investment will really give you stress.
Before we invest we should consider this kind of thing, especially the risks that we might face after we invest, if we can't stand the status of the market, we should not invest. But if you know that this is possible, we should not stress ourselves out since we are expecting a profit with our investment. We do not invest just to stress ourselves.
709  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Bounces Back Above $8200, Are Bulls Finally Here? on: October 24, 2019, 01:12:18 AM
With most of the past two days spent below $8k bitcoin price has been looking extremely bearish. A big bounce in late trading on Sunday, however, sent BTC back above resistance to top out at $8,300. Altcoins are also having a green Monday as the bears are kept at bay for now.

https://bitcoinist.com/bitcoin-btc-price-bounces-back-above-usd-8200/

It seems now that bulls are still not here. On the contrary, bear market is back again, I am afraid. Bitcoin price has declined harshly to 7500 dollars from 8200 dollars. I hope the price gather itself as soon as possible.
Were still in bear market, small pumps like that can't be considered as the start of bull run. Its just a normal pump since cryptocurrency is volatile.
As we can see the current market roday, crypto prices drop its price again, and anytime its price can increase a little again and it is a normal flow of the market, were still far away from bullish market.
710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers are to be blame on: October 23, 2019, 12:37:34 PM
maybe at this time we have to fight the scammers, crypto reputation has deteriorated this year because scammers are increasingly rampant and novice investors are victims, it's really sad. We cannot blame scammers completely, we as bounty hunters also have wrongly advertised projects that are not true / scammers and their victims are novice investors.

_______
I hope, maybe another day there is a movement to fight the scammers.
It's hard to fight someone we don't know or even to locate. The only thing we could do now is to avoid scammers. If we could ever avoid them, then we can at least minimize their actions and their victims. We should start to spend more time on investigating a project to at least help other bounty hunters not to become a victim of scam again.
711  Economy / Exchanges / Re: my problem with hotbit exchange on: October 23, 2019, 11:53:46 AM
for now, I m trying to sell this account with 0.53  for 0.20 I d ant know what to do to get my money back ... so please is ther any one who have experience and can help me ..
Are You want to sell your Hotbit account for 0.2 BTC?
Ehm, Smell like you try to tricking  us
Code:
I have 0.54 bitcoin
with 0.53
You aren't consistent with scamming people here.

Looks suspicious. I have tried to withdraw my funds and no problem at all. If you are telling the truth then change your security settings then try to withdraw your funds again or trade it with another coins if the problem still occurs.

No one here will grab the bait by selling your account here.
I feel something bad about this, exchanging his fund worth 0.53 BTC for 0.2BTC. It is not reasonable even if the fund is unable to withdraw, there are some ways to withdraw it if he contacted the support. This should be his trick and I think he is planning something if the deal will commence.
712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people easily get scammed on the internet? on: October 23, 2019, 11:10:31 AM
Pretty much how people get scam in real world. They exaggerate thier products or services to lure their victims who will find them hard  to resist. People should probably stop patronizing things they will not get compensated for or get replacement for when the are unsatisfied.
As regards conducting research before investing, I totally agree... unfortunately not everyone will be able to conduct research. I don't think they deserve to be scam for being careless. Wish the cryptocurrency community can self-regulate to help purge out most of the scams around.

scammers know how they can get the interest of their victim, newbies are easily attracted in a proposed way of earning easy money. Newbies easily bite their bait because they are expecting and hoping for a high return for their investment in a short period of time.
They don't even try to make a research to verify if their investment is safe or not.
713  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance is earning only $20,00 per day on transaction fees charge?? on: October 23, 2019, 10:11:21 AM
In any case Binance is a big exchange so they should earn enough on fees.
It's expected, there's a lot of traders in binance. Every transaction they have a percentage. If we include even the withdrawal fee's its no wonder why they can earn up to $20,000 per day. Considering the largest cryptocurrency exchange, they still continue to give satisfaction to all of us its users.
714  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If everyone in the world owned bitcoin each would have 0.003btc on: October 23, 2019, 08:48:04 AM
\How did you calculate $11? If everyone in the world owned bitcoin, wouldn't the price be higher?
He just converted to USD the 0.003 BTC to the estimated numbers of people around the world
If all people around the world will own bitcoin, then its price will probably increase, depends on how early you buy or own your own bitcoin.
This is just an estimate to see if how much we can hold if everyone owns bitcoin.
715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't Believe ShapeShift's Trap. There is No Cheap Hardware Wallet! on: October 23, 2019, 07:19:26 AM
Guys, I think most of you misunderstood the issue. Yes I can understand the shipping fee. But come on $38! I am working at post office! If you send anything like this hardware wallets, it can cost max $5-10.

I can understand that you trust shapeshift. I am not mentioning about shapeshift already. But someone who see that campaign it is just $10, they may think send KYC docs to shapeshift. And then with the shipping fee, they probably give up. That's what&why I wrote here.

But yes, If I were you I would pick Ledger in that situation.

Yes, its shipping fee should be cheaper, but we should consider if this is a domestic transaction. We all know that transactions such as domestic delivery cost more than local transactions.

I already bought Nano Ledger. I do not know about the cost of shiping to your country, if you feel strange about these costs, try changing the shipping address to the address closest to the company. You only need to check the shipping costs without cashout first.
Same here, I bought Nano Ledger before. Since I am close to the seller, the shipping fee does not cost too much.
So if we wanted a hardware wallet with cheaper fee for shipping we should buy it to the closest store.
716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What kind of Altcoins have a future? on: October 23, 2019, 06:19:51 AM
The market for Altcoins has been bad recently, and many Altcoins have died and lost a lot of money. What kind of Altcoins do you think will die?thanks for sharing
Obviously, the type of altcoins that was gonna die is those shitcoins, including the coins that were already been abandoned by their own developers.
You can easily figure it out those type of coin if there will be no development and any progress that happens in their coin.
Most of them have no volume in the market and some of them almost drop their prices to zero.

718  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin market dominance rising fast? on: October 23, 2019, 02:33:17 AM
I don't think altcoin will ever die, because more and more altcoins are appearing in the cryptocurrency world. some were destroyed, but newer ones appeared. In my opinion altcoin will still accompany bitcoin in the crypto market, but its popularity will not outperform bitcoin. when you ask, why is the dominance of the bitcoin market so fast. in my opinion because bitcoin is the best coin among other coins and bitcoin is more attractive to investors than altcoin. although bitcoin is one of the limited crypto currencies in supply with an exceptional development team, but in my opinion altcoin will always be in the crypto market and will never be obsolete. because there are definitely traders who use altcoin to make a profit.

Actually, altcoin's existence is important to cryptocurrencies. Let's say in a world where Bitcoin, the use of bitcoin, the trading of bitcoin is banned everywhere or somebody actually destroys the bitcoin network. People can move to other coin networks if tragedy happens. No one knows what the future brings.
It has the possibility to happen. Since altcoins are created to become its alternative.
If ever that bitcoin was banned in a certain country, its users can switch their funds instantly to altcoins so it will never die.

The dominance of bitcoin was rising fast because it has the largest blockchain, we must also consider that we can only buy an altcoin in the market using our funds that has been converted to bitcoin.

719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Selection of coins, your thoughts? on: October 22, 2019, 11:20:07 AM
The 8-11 coins, I don't know more about them so if you will ask me if you should remove them, well I say yes. And in what coin you should invest the money that you'll get from those?

Add more with bitcoin.

Why you don't have Ethereum?
Same question with ETH, not sure why OP didn't bothered to buy this coin since from the list on the top projects around the market ETH is following BTC.

For whatever reason, maybe if OP still have spare money he can add ETH as part of his portfolio, since the value of this coin is down more than from it's last time high, when bounce happened to this market ETH will bring great benefits to its holders.
Maybe OP has his own reason, something like he disregard ETH because he sees disadvantages of ethereum, like for having too many platforms or such as that.
But maybe OP may consider if he realizes that ethereum is a good altcoin to invest, he has a great portfolio maybe he might think of it.
720  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and cryptocurrency real Investment on: October 22, 2019, 10:02:56 AM
Until now there are still some real estate projects, you can find on various ICO project provider sites. But much of what I found the real estate projects always ended in failure. The development of projects invest in real investment is indeed difficult to develop due to lack of investor interest.
I've seen real estate ico projects before, and yes most of the time they don't succeed,
I've become part of one project, it was successfully launched in the market but after that, the project was slowly come to failure.
They don't achieve their goal due to the bearish market at that time.
