701  Economy / Economics / Re: Can my economy be fulfilled in the future with Bitcoin? on: March 06, 2019, 08:59:37 PM
I have seen the price of bitcoin is very high and has exceeded 15000 $ for one bitcoin, and now the price of bitcoin is under 10,000 $ and maybe this is my chance to buy bitcoin as much money as I have and hope to get enough profit for my economy in the future.

am I wrong with this step?
I believe your economic can be fulfilled using bitcoin and buy and holding for long-term.  We have read several stories on how people have investing into bitcoin in the past and have become wealthy through their investments.  If you have the mind to create future's wealth?  now should be the best time to invest in it and makes good money in the future. Bitcoin is going to grow and maybe in some years to come it might be in high demand and it prices skyrocket.
702  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reversal of Bear Market? on: March 06, 2019, 08:40:19 PM
Bitcoin has been trying to break and remain above $4000 but it couldn't and that means bitcoin is not doing well currently because it doesn't used to stay long in a particular place like it happening now.  I foresee a bull run in the second quarter of the year and not this first quarter as something serious has to happen fundamentally before we can see bitcoin moving above $4000 and remain above.
703  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is difficult to rise above the price of $ 4000?? on: March 06, 2019, 01:10:29 PM
I see something heavy and maybe difficult, when the price of bitcoin will touch $ 4000, then drop dramatically down. In your opinion, what is happening with the current condition of bitcoin. Is it because of the market that hasn't really recovered? or is there bad news?
I have seeing this happened several time since December and I believe the market is making a statement and that is the current bearish market is over and the market is some how very weak that it could not push enough for a change of trend directions.  $4,000 has been crossed several times since December last year but it could not be retained as it always hurry back below $4,000. The resistance at $4150 is very strong and that level need to be breaking before we can see bull run.
704  Economy / Economics / Acceptance of bitcoin as payment! on: March 06, 2019, 12:40:16 PM
I have not read bitcoin's whitepaper but from the little understanding I have I think bitcoin was developed to be use as a mode of payment for goods and services? It was for a transactionary purposes and not as the way we are using it now as a way of making profits by buy them and hold or sell Them whenever we think it has appreciated in pricing!
I believe for bitcoin to grow it purposes must be well explain to the populace as they are the one that needs it in transactions and that is why the more people that know about it an it primarily uses of p2p the better bitcoin become.  We must promote it with the aim of bringing more people especially business people to start adopting bitcoin for they business.  Bitcoin should also be stable in pricing because it will be very difficult for retailers and wholesalers business to use it if it is unstable.
Finally I will like to get your opinion on this as this will help the mind of many of us here about this great technologies.
705  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How did you start trading? on: March 06, 2019, 12:07:35 PM
I started trading in 2011 and during those times I could remember a friend that told me about forex trading and he said he had about it on the radio.  I have to travel from my state to another state for the seminar about trading and from there I opened account with north finance brokerage firm.  I could not make any reasonable profits because I do panic then and I was putting my 100% focus in making profits but I lose so much that I have to abandon trading until I find bitcoin in 2016 and since then I have been trading profitabily.
706  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Couple Uses Bitcoin Wealth to Build World’s First Seastead on: March 05, 2019, 08:38:55 PM
An early Bitcoin investor and self-confessed libertarian has built the first “seastead” with his BTC profits. For those who do not know, a seastead is a floating home designed to stay in international waters, thus allowing its inhabitants to live outside of the laws of any nation.

...

This is great and it is really encouraging to some of us the current cryptocurrencies adopters.  Many stories are out there about how people are creating wealth through cryptocurrencies and this particular one is really great and I cannot lie but desire this asset for my family.  Whatever will make you to live out of the government laws and live peacefully is a welcome development and I pray my investments should also turn out great like this in future and I should be able to have a home of my own!
707  Economy / Economics / Re: Does Pump is Coming on: March 05, 2019, 08:04:08 PM
There is interesting article on http://bitcoingape.com/chinese-miners-to-activate-over-1-million-asics-ahead-of-2020s-halving/

It looks like miners from China what has to suspend his operation are coming back because of 2020 halving
optimistic news if real
This is good news and I think this halving is going to bring a turnaround in the current market behavior.  The bearish trend that last this one year has made many new investors got discourage about investing into cryptocurrencies as the desire to invest in 2017 was high because of the bull run we witnessed that year. If the demand for cryptocurrencies is now increasing then we should expect good price in some days and weeks to come.
708  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you following your gut instinct in trading? on: March 05, 2019, 07:18:28 PM
We were advice during my forex trading by trading expert that we should not depend only on technical and fundamentals indicators alone in trading but we should focus our mind in the third indicator which is our gut instinct and we were told that it can not fail us but making us rich and build our confident in trading.  However. I think about 80% of traders don't know how to hear the voice of their instinct during trading!  Can one get this gut instinct training like others investments tools?  Is it even truth that we have something like gut instinct?
The first question that comes to my mind is, is your tutor really making money in the markets or is he making money selling books and other stuff? Because following your instinct may sound great but that only works for those that have decades of experience in the market and making huge profits, for your average trader such a thing will never work, in my opinion you should create a strategy, verify that it gives profits and then stick to it.
I don't know how many strategies you have created but I think we should read the comments and the aim of opening a threat before said anything.  I have more than 9 years in trading of both stocks and forex trading before adding cryptocurrencies in 2016. Your gut cannot fail you but no matter how good a strategy has been it has failed and makes you lose money one time.  Most of the professionals follow their gut in trading and that is what makes them to invest at the right time and sell when everyone thought that markets are in good condition.  I will advise us to reduce the risk by invest the amount you can lose.
709  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Worst ICO ever? on: March 05, 2019, 06:39:03 PM
Hey guys,

I am just really wondering what are the worst ICOs you have seen?

Also what defines a terrible ICO for you?

p.s im planning to launch one, so really curious on your opinion Smiley
I have invested in many ico early last year and of a truth I lose in investing into those icos! Some of them are no longer exists,  some did not last more than the icos ' period as the developers and icos owners disappear into tin air.  It is much advisable that you should not louch your projects into the market at this bearish market and if people I will said you should use you personal fund in develop your projects and maybe get your return after it louch in the cryptocurrency exchange market and that if it is doing well.
710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum upgraded as Constantinople, St. Petersburg go live on: March 05, 2019, 06:01:44 PM
The long-awaited Constantinople hard fork for the Ethereum network went live on 28 February 2019 alongside the St. Petersburg hard fork that provides fixes to Constantinople’s security issues.

Read more here: https://www.unblock.news/news/ethereum-upgraded-as-constantinople-st-petersburg-go-live
It is good news that this has happened successfully and I could still remember that it is because of this that ethereum went down in 2018 December when it was postponed.  But now that the hardfork has happened I now believe that in some days and months to come this hardfork is going to push the ethereum price upwards and as such some of the ethereum tokens.
711  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN 1 MILLION in the end 2020? on: March 05, 2019, 05:44:42 PM
Bitcoin getting to $1,000,000 in 2020 is possible but I don't think it can happen in that way.  Bitcoin is currently below $4000 and 2020 is just some few months from now.  If we are going to see bitcoin above  $20,000  that was the highest place it ever go to it might not be this year and I think even if about 10 country adopted bitcoin today it will be difficult for it to get to $1,000,000 before end of 2020!
712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Crypto now? on: March 04, 2019, 07:49:25 PM
I'm just curious if you guys still hodling your altcoins?
Do you still believed that we could get x1000 profit if we hodl our altcoins longer? And kindly suggest best coins should i invest this year.

Thanks.
I still believed that 90% of world populace did not hold any coins and about 70% may not have had about bitcoin and cryptocurrencies!  That means few of us are holding bitcoin and others cryptocurrencies and that means if bitcoin goes mainstream there is no way we would not be making 1000x if we can hold for long-term.
The longer we are able to hold the more money we may possibly make from the cryptocurrencies market because the future is super bright.
713  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I want to put some BTC back into altcoins...suggestions? on: March 04, 2019, 07:15:51 PM
EOS is one of the coins that is making great wave across the cryptocurrency world and I think investing on it right now will put you among the wise investors this year!  I have bought some units of it in December when it went down seriously and my investment is now in green.  I believe that it is possible for EOS to grow to some were around $50 before end of this year and that means with investments of $300 today you will be talking about thousands of dollars by the end of the year if my prediction come to pass.  Coins like neo,  waves, stratis and dogecoin may do well this year also.
714  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC just went Down on: March 04, 2019, 04:57:34 PM
I believe that the whales are playing hard game and that means we can only succeed if we understand what this big guys are doing and invest along the way with them.  Some people are commenting that if you study the buying and selling walls you will understand when the market is about to drop and I believe that is how it supposed to be but the reality is that it is very difficult for us to analyze all the exchange and know what the sellers and buyers are doing.  There are technical tools we can used to analyzed the market  position and what is about to happen in the market and I think developing our knowledge on how to analyze those tools should be the right thing to do.
715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will all altcoin return to zero in 2019?Money does not return to btc on: March 04, 2019, 07:16:49 AM
From what is happening to ethereum and others altcoins we should no that there did not depend on fiat or any of the world currency but there absolutely depends on bitcoin and bitcoin is the driving force behind there price action.  Ethereum hardfork that many believe is going to affect bitcoin and others tokens did not have any infect because bitcoin is not affected.  We should know that if funds are flowing to bitcoin then others coins are going to benefit from it.
716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't give up yet on: March 04, 2019, 06:50:01 AM
Can we have something more specific and new about why need to hold the coins other than we need to hoping that something will happen at end. Grin
In as much as we think the cryptocurrencies market is in bad condition I will advise we should not lose our confident on the market. This market is still new to about 98% of the world populace and many people did not know the benefits of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology in particular. In future we should expect the holders of cryptocurrencies as the world richest people and that means those that keeps faith and hope now are going to be among the richest people.  It is very important we should understand that some of the coins we are seeing now that are below $10 are going to worth $1000 in some days to come.
717  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie in crypto trading on: March 04, 2019, 05:43:54 AM
I think it would be better for you if you diversify your portfolio and buy 15 or 20 more established altcoins such as Neo, Monero, Nex, Cardano, Zcash, Ripple, Steller and some newly listed good altcoins. In this way, you have more chance of getting good profits in future.
Majority of the new listed altcoins are not doing well and most of them may die and therefore I will say op should focus on those coins that have good technology and team and at the same time are well established.  Those coins you have mentioned are really good for investment and that is if op has decided to diversify his portfolio.  The ethereum classic he is currently holding is a good coin and might just need patience in other to turn that into fortune in future.
718  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Warren Buffet statement again on: March 03, 2019, 03:35:12 PM
At the end of last February, Warren made a sensation again by saying that BTC was only a Delusion. He also said that BTC does not have a unique value, BTC cannot make a profit.

Warren Buffet always praised blockchain technology, but he never praised BTC. I think he is not objective.

but on the other hand, the Warren Buffet company has a large loss of $ 4.3 billion. I don't like this person, he always has a bad statement to make the crypto market fall.
Maybe we have over rated him of having effect on the cryptocurrencies pricing but I think his statement is not the reason why bitcoin is not doing well now.  He is free to said whatever he thinks are right but I disagree with those statements and I believe that many of us here knows bitcoin has values and it is not a delusion.  Since we know that bitcoin is now contributing to our finance and economic I think those statements are made with something in mind and that is to create FUD.
719  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Favoritism vs Addiction on: March 02, 2019, 08:12:43 AM
Am not really a full time gambler but I'm a player, and if gamblers are addicted they'll have some favorite games to play, then what about the player who has also their favorite games can we really tell that they're also addicted to that certain game?

Huh

I was little curious about this earlier, for I have seen some replies / feedbacks on my previous post that seems questionable to me. Only positive thought can be given, any negativities will get deleted
Whatever you do and you are making money from I don't think we should refer to it as addictions.  I also think that for you to win in games you must have developed your skills in it and that is what gives you that winning and profits and as such it is important that winning in game is not addict nor favoritism but skilkfulness.  However,  in gambling one can be addicted because it is only luck that makes you to succeed.  So many people lose because they did not understand that in gambling it is very difficult to win unlike game and trading.
720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think ICO is a good way to raise money? on: March 02, 2019, 07:37:17 AM
It is getthing more and more expensive to run an ICO because of compliance. It is near to some other things already.

Ico could have been the best way to raise funds for your projects and in 2017 many people and investors has made good profits investing in projects through icos but in 2018, it seems the ico has been miss used by scam and fraudulent developer.  Many investors here have different story to tell base on what has happened and I in particular has lose money investing into abandon projects.
