You should move this thread to the Scam Accusations board if you are accusing the platform of scamming you. This is the first time I hear about TOS rules that state that you have to undergo your KYC, otherwise your funds will be confiscated. However, if that is part of their TOS, and it was part of their TOS at the moment you opened your account, they can always fall back on that and say it's well within their rights to follow the rules. Whether or not it's legal, I really don't know.

Centralized exchanges, such as Binance, Coinbase (unless you are talking about the Coinbase wallet), and others, don't give you any wallet files because you are not in charge or in possession of the coins. They are. Those are custodial services. You just register and create an account, but you don't have access to private keys or seeds, only they do.

If you want to receive proper help, stop playing around. First you said it could be Binance or Coinbase and now you are saying that you think you used Bitcoin Core. Right click on the files you have, click on settings and check the extensions.

If it keeps syncing, there might be a problem with one of the apps and accounts you have installed? How many apps and different coins do you hold on that wallet that are visible in Ledger Live?

if you click on the accounts tab in Ledger Live, which of the coins are unsuccessfully synching with the network? Is it Bitcoin or some of the altcoins? Maybe try to uninstall the one in question and try it again after that. Remove them from the portfolio. That won't result in any loss in coins, so don't worry. I have noticed that Tron is very slow to sync with the network in LL, for example.

What do you mean on purpose? So if I had a Blue wallet, and I wanted to check my seed (for whatever reason), the software would show some random words (aka a fake seed) and not my actual seed? Why would it do that? Could I still bypass it and have the client display my real mnemonic as well by entering another password or removing that feature in the settings?

It actually doesn't sound that bad when you think about. You enable a feature that displays a wrong seed. If someone were to get hold of your wallet file + password, he wouldn't be able to spend from the wallet or display its seed without a secondary spending password. Some exchanges use a trading or withdrawal PIN that is independent of your password.

Whatever that is it looks encrypted, does it not? You are going to need the encryption password to regain any info from the files, such as private keys. I assume you don't have that.

Cyrus could check the stats after the release of the first video to see if there is a certain region where a lot of the views come from. Another option could be that at the end of the video he asks the viewers to vote if they would like to see subtitles in their local languages for future videos and for which languages. A link in the video description could be posted to a site where they can cast their votes, for example.

The coins can always be exchanged for fiat and deposited back into the bank on a monthly basis. In agreement with the bank of course. You can always mortgage your home if you own your own estate. Another option would be to take out a loan in fiat by depositing crypto as your collateral.
