7041  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another Scamming Trick. on: July 03, 2019, 11:09:55 AM
This is not new it's been going for over two years now, this is the reason why some of the top bounty managers are requiring bounty hunters to post their participation in the bounty thread and on their form they ask for the verification and participation post so no double can entry be made.
7042  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you interested in knowing the real Satoshi? on: July 03, 2019, 05:27:00 AM
Whos could he be? There is an interesting countdown going on the moment at a website. Is it a marketing stunt? Or would they unveil the real Satoshi? In my opinion, it is more like gaining some marketing popularity as their Twitter account has grown up quite massively.

Any website will evoke curiousness and gain more followers if they announce anything about Satoshi Nakamoto, but people here should not fall into this, I believe if ever he wants to announce that he has returned, he will log in to his old account and make an announcement here because everything started here.

7044  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Justin Bieber VS Steve-O - UFC Fight on: July 02, 2019, 11:13:02 PM
there's a big chance this fight could push through, Steve already contacted Dana White and Dana White has agreed to it, so it is now on Bieber's call if he will accept, Steve O is capable to take a beating we have seen in his past shows, I'd love to see this match Bieber will lose a face if he turns this one down.
7045  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will You Advise Newbies To Enter Bitcoin Now? on: July 02, 2019, 10:45:32 PM
It's better for him to see this kind of market the first time he will enter the market so he will able to analyze it, based on the market's past performance, and as long as he is an educated investor, and can make understand how Cryptocurrency works and how volatility the market then this is the best time for him to enter the market.
7046  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Card Game launch by Credits developers on: July 02, 2019, 10:24:53 PM
Very nice applications and they do the right thing targetting gamers and gamblers by creating applications like this, every coin should have something like this, I did bounty hunting to Credits back when they launch their bounty campaign, and I'm glad that they have come a long way this is one of the most active coins in the market in terms of development.
7047  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you find Success in Gambling? on: July 02, 2019, 04:44:29 PM
With addiction as a side effect of gambling, I do wish to know what exactly the success rate of your gambling is. How many times have you not found yourself facing simply losses and that you still pin hope on success?

Gambling allows you to think that you will win every time in spite of the losses that you incur. You feel that success is just missed by a margin as thin as a hair. Every time you lose, you do feel that success was almost there and you could have had it almost certainly. And since it was almost a success story just missed by a very thin margin, you do not mind going in for another try only to miss again by a thinner margin! One success and you are happy. But does it stop? No. You feel that your efforts have now borne fruit and here onward you will surely win every time you take a shot in that game. But what happens? You lose again by a margin thinner than the previous time.

In this way we are lured every time for that success almost at hand, which we saw but could not get hold of. And we try time and again because it is so near. The truth is that you will find you end up losing everything in the hope of laying your hands on that success. Only the extremely self-controlled man will stop himself from further gambling the moment he tastes success.

True, many times one success can compensate for all the losses incurred. But what we miss is that that success itself is extremely rare. It is not a bad thing to have hope. But hope serves when we work hard towards success not otherwise.

You have a point but thinking the reality about gambling and making sure that you are on a safe side always, will not harm you and make you fall into unnecessary moves in gambling just treat it as it is, if you lose you lose if you win you win as long as you are only allocating a portion where you are comfortable with your losses.
7048  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you interested in IEO? How about your opinion? on: July 02, 2019, 04:32:19 PM
Hi Guys,
Are you interested in IEO? How about your opinion? I think IEO trend will run to end of this year and IEO is one of the good speculation channel.

IEO is a fix for everything that is wrong in ICO and it will stay for good as long as exchanges are doing everything to make it fair and clean for investors, investors now are turning to IEO because it makes things easier for them, compare to ICO where everything is very long the long ICO period the long wait to get in the market and the long wait to see your profit.
7049  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hardcap ICO is no guarantee that the project will succeed on: July 02, 2019, 04:16:56 PM
ICO is not a guarantee that the project will be successful, because most ICO projects are still limited to concepts and do not have clear references,
but projects that don't make ICO or premine are usually serious and good projects.
and I also agree on this, what about your opinion?

If they have limited in concept and there's a possibility that the coin will not take off, then why investors support this coin in the first place, reaching the hardcap is a good sign and the first step in making the project a success, because investors will not support a project that will not guaranty them profit and no usage in the community, investors are wiser now.
7050  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you gamble or think it's a waste of money and time? on: July 02, 2019, 03:42:31 PM
Seeing how the odds are pretty often against you in gambling as the gambling services are for making money out of you and not the reverse, do you still decide to gamble? If so, why?
If you are running for profit, then it could be a waste of time and money because it's almost impossible to bring the house down, treat it as a  good form of entertainment but allocates an amount that you can afford to lose and you will be ok and you will not get disappointed.
7051  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Locking the Bounty coins without information in the Thread is form of decieving! on: July 02, 2019, 03:29:45 PM
Decieving Bounty Campaigns are scattered in the forum today in order to gain participants to start with a hype and a so called community. But because of abusive terms and condition. is applied without proper announcement in the very beginning until participants was surprise after the campaign ends that the payment intended for the campaign was locked for 6 months. Bounty hunters fight for your right. give a negative review if you notice that your right as a bounty hunter was degraded. join the fight.

There's already a report in the scam section about locking bounty hunters shares, it's really frustrating when they locked it for a long period of time after a long wait, I'm ok with one month after investors received their but 3 to 4 months or even indefinitely is too much.

The two coins that locked their bounty hunter's rewards are LIKER WORLD, they have unlocked the 30% the remaining 40% will be in August or September and Dexage, they promised to unlock it next month, so we'll see.
7052  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Just bought some crypto on: July 02, 2019, 02:50:51 PM
Hello Everyone,
I’m a female in my 30’s and when I first heard about bitcoin from Max Keiser on RT in 2009 instead of trying to figure out how to mine the bitcoin, I listened to his advice about gold and bought some coins.
Biggest mistake ever lol!
For the next 9 years I focused on my career and got married. Now I’m divorced and started picking up interests that I had before I was with my awful ex husband. Which include bitcoin. It’s come a long way since 2009.

I feel like this community will give me something bigger to be a part of and I sure hope that cryptocurrency will be around for a long time and I can prove warren buffet wrong!

Here’s my question, my coins are currently on binance. How important is it to put them on the ledger?

100% of the people here will tell you never to put any of your coins to any exchange even if the exchange is the top exchange in the market, you never know what's going to happen and you have no control on it. if you put it in your ledger and of course, you know how to operate and it
and keep it secure, your coins are secured, you are your bank, it's better than you are responsible for your coins that to entrust to an exchange.
7053  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the end of Newbie? on: July 02, 2019, 02:41:43 PM
I began to think this would be a waste of time with everything I learned because almost all the projects I had followed ended in scammers. Is this a waste of time for me?  Embarrassed

How many coins or campaign have you participated in, and all of them comes from ICO? participating in bounty and investing in a new coin or even a coin in the market is not a walk in the park, you have to make due diligence, even old timers are making mistakes participating in a project that turns out to be dubious if are having a second thought on a project, don't invest yet and ask old timers but in the end it's you who should decide.
7054  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The consequences of gambling on: July 02, 2019, 02:29:20 PM
Such a long post and you have outlined every negative symptom a chronic gambler will experience or experiencing, there is no way advice can help the poor fellow, they need a dedicated professional to help them to examine how deeply rooted gambling to his system, and laid a program to deal the symptoms.
7055  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: From Janitor to Millionaire on: July 02, 2019, 02:56:23 AM
This was on the news this week on our local television. A man named Vito Halasan was won a 7M canadian dollars in a draw. He is already on late 50's and is currently working as a janitor and buy lottery tickets for the hope to have a better life. I dont think that this man is lucky but i consider him blessed. They say that gambling isnt the answer to poverty but this man becomes an exception knowing he deserved to won and i know its really for him.

“I buy lottery tickets so I can dream. I dream of being able to take care of my kids and make their future better. Now we’ll be able to buy a nice house for my children and grandchildren,” -  Vito Halasan

In every rule, there is an exception but we also should not compare his life to us. The universe wants to make him win because of some particular reasons. If you devote your money and time with gambling, you will end up with a life completely opposite to him. Hardwork and dedication is really the key.

Here's the link for complete article:
https://news.mb.com.ph/2019/05/29/filipino-janitor-wins-7-million-jackpot-in-canadian-lottery/

He is lucky, blessed and deserving he has a good intention and good hearts, the money he won will be in good hands and I'm sure he will share a blessing to unfortunate people, he knows what it feels to be less fortunate, he will be a blessing to people around him and to people who needs help.
7056  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Xbase is the best coin to buy now on: July 01, 2019, 11:01:52 PM
the coin is looking good. i hope the project becomes successful but there is a red flag on the owners of the project as regards a scam alert. i believe this could be a turning point for the team behind the project as the token is been recognised and the exchange been used, it will be a success.

The scam accusations have no basis it will soon die the bounty manager is Sapta he is a staff on this forum and I don't think he will accept the job as a bounty manager if this is a dubious project, it's already in the market and doing good

Can you clear this out?

When Slovak National Bank (member of the ECB — Eurosystem) says the Securities Act does not regulate cryptoactivities nor their trading in Eterbase, does it mean its good?

The Act no. 566/2001 which mentioned in the article declares cryptoactivities cannot be considered as financial instruments under the aforementioned Act. At the same time, the cryptoactivities cannot be considered as securities, as they do not meet the definition of a security set out in § 2 par. 1 of the Act, in particular the requirement of registration in the shape and form set by the law.

This is a good question and should be addressed, I'm looking forward to having this answered by the team,

7058  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Want to quit? Here's how on: July 01, 2019, 02:46:37 PM
You can say these to a habitual gambler but it will just fall in a deaf ear, words will not keep them from staying away from gambling, but an introduction of other stimuli can, Gamblers gamble emotionally, you cannot reason with them, you must show another replacement or a cure to their symptoms, just words are not enough.
7059  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we boycott the Facebook Coin (Project Libra)? on: July 01, 2019, 02:42:55 PM
They've already stated that their coin is a stable coin so I don't see this as a direct competitor of Bitcoin, they have a ready services and products they will just lay this out to their products, Facebook will help us for more awareness of Cryptocurrency, we still didn't see if it will have a negative impact in Bitcoin's performance.
7060  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Justin Bieber VS Tom Cruise - UFC Fight on: July 01, 2019, 08:45:22 AM
If you are a big fan of UFC and MMA, you know the kind of action they are giving out to their fans, I don't think that this will be as excited when the top MMA fighters collide, we will not see those skills that you want to see in an MMA/UFC fight for all we know it will just become a boring fight because both are not proffesional fighters.
