7041  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pi network issue on: August 16, 2021, 10:47:49 AM
Just uninstall the app and forget about it. They've been collecting data for so long and yet never delivered something for their downloaders or they call 'mobile miners'. There's no such as easy money and we're from the same country.
It's been a trend because many were not able to purchase for an NFT game that we all know and some sharers have this on different groups and telling that there's nothing that's going to be gone if you ever tried it. You better don't try it as there's no such as easy money.
This thread also belongs to the altcoin discussions.
7042  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Exposed to children on: August 16, 2021, 09:42:41 AM
Gambling is not bad up to an extent if played with care and if parents let their child do it under their supervision, and don't let their kids fall for its addiction, we don't think that it may ruin a kid's life considering that kids have fear of their parents and they will not commit anything that could cause problems for their parents.
If there are parents that allow their kids to gamble at an early stage, they are open-minded parents but I don't see parents do that casually. It's hard to know if their kids won't fall into addiction because they might find out that their kids are playing even without their supervision. You'll never understand how it is going to happen or if you do, we've been through that process and there's no way to stop that unless there's early prevention coming from the parents. Kids these day, if you give them the favor, they're going to abuse it.
7043  Economy / Economics / Re: knowledge and Capital which is Very important in Business or Investment? on: August 15, 2021, 11:46:54 PM
In my experience, I did some investments and businesses before but those only required little capital but without depth knowledge with it, I've lost them but that's a good experience and I learned from those.
But, in my opinion that cannot a right way to acquire real time experience on investments and businesses. Because, loss is loss; we cannot have any justice for a such lose which happened due to lack of knowledge. Instead of risking small capital to gain knowledge this way, I believe we must dedicate time to learn for depth knowledge which must be the key for successful investments/entrepreneurship.
It's my personal experience and I can say that I did learned a lot with those little investments and businesses that I did. Maybe try to establish a business with the little amount and do whatever you can to move it up. But if you can't and you think that there's nowhere to go, you'll see what lesson it will teach you. With my past, I know about a little background enterpreneurship, and I know what I've been doing because it's a test run if it's going to be successful with the time frame I set, I'll add more in capital.
7044  Economy / Economics / Re: We exited the bear market earler than expected on: August 15, 2021, 11:17:43 PM
Hopefully that it would be by the end of August but the overview that we're seeing to the half of this month, it's truly positive and there's nothing to complain about the move of bitcoin that we're seeing lately. Price becomes stable and support is getting higher, we should reach the ceiling in no time soon. It's not a problem if bitcoin doesn't get to the ATH as long as this price that we're seeing right now is totally maintained, well, what can we ask for with that? it's already a great price since last year despite the pandemic that has ever happened.

Even though Bitcoin is currently only at $47k, we should be grateful for Bitcoin's achievements. When compared to last year, the price of Bitcoin is
now very high. It is likely that the people who are disappointed with the current Bitcoin price are the ones who bought Bitcoin above $50k.
But that's not a big deal, because I believe Bitcoin will soon return to ATH prices. What needs to be done now is to buy more Bitcoin, so that
the Bitcoin we have can continue to grow. So if by the end of this year Bitcoin can reach another ATH according to many people's predictions,
we can enjoy a big profit.
I won't give that an 'only' for bitcoin. It's seen at $29k and it made back to this price recently so that's really an achievement. Those people that have bought at the top, if they've managed to buy there, they only have to wait or add and buy as much as they can lower than the price that they've bought it before. Also, it's possible that those are the people that have missed buying at the bottom. They feel bad that they didn't follow what was suggested way back when it's lower than $30k.
7045  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading's best coin on: August 15, 2021, 10:47:45 PM
Greetings, Trader. I'd want to learn a little more about you. If you're a trader, you may talk about the best trading cryptocurrency on the Kucoin Exchange here.
Bitcoin and Ethereum.
If you're starting, you can start with those cryptos that I've mentioned because they're top 1 and top 2. Liquidity isn't going to be a problem and for newbies.
They are the best choice for starters like you because you get to see their volatility and it's an important thing to check the top of the market first before you extend yourself elsewhere.
7046  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: PI Network! A huge trap[Warning!] on: August 15, 2021, 10:21:21 PM
People on social media are talking about the Pi network, particularly those who are new to mining and have no idea how it works. They're comparing it to other NFT games in the Philippines because it's free and can generate money without investing, and my friends are also spreading this pi network, so I'm continually replying to this thread to let them know what's going on.
I've seen that and it's across in different Axie Infinity groups. They're posting that for those folks that don't have money to invest in Axie, they're looking at that 'mining' through Pi. They lack of research and think that it's going to give them decent profit when it's ready for launch.
They don't know that this has been there for a long time and still there's no progress until when they're going to make sure that their investors or people who are looking at them will be worth it with their effort and time being wasted on it. I haven't seen in the circle of my friends do it but when I've told it to a certain group that just don't waste their time on it, they just ignored me.

They probably ignored you because they will have money to invest in some crypto, the one who does not have money has no other option than to be patient with PI or similar projects, where you do not have to spend a single dollar. Sure there is nothing, but if it works, they will be happy to get something for free.
Yeah, they don't have no other option but I've just given a warning because the development of this project isn't really that quick. I don't know what's with it and I don't have any idea at what phase they are. If they make money from this app, good thing but if their data are being compromised and sold by this project, we don't know what's next to them. Well, as probably all know about giving it a try if there's nothing to gone, it's only the data of those who have downloaded the app. Okay then, I wish all of them luck it's more than a year since I've been seeing the ads about this project yet no exchange.
7047  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Honeygain legitimate or just another waste of time? on: August 15, 2021, 09:58:12 PM
I've searched about it's legitimacy but some says it is legit. But upon reading about its business model, are you okay to share your data with any other company?
That seems to be their model and I don't think that I'll ever get into this type of company and share my 'internet' with them. Because in my understanding, you'll earn through sharing your 'internet' as they say but I think it's all about your data sharing to those companies.
7048  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is not a rival of Bitcoin on: August 15, 2021, 09:28:41 PM
The comparison of the value of etherum and bitcoin is very far, the price of one BTC is $ 45,975 and one Etherum is $ 3,152 (15 August 2021, 16:53:00). Etherum is far behind BTC, although Etherum’s current popularity is great, unfortunately Etherum still can’t be the first in the market. what do you think?
Ethereum isn't far behind if you'll look at their rankings. Btc sure is always top 1 and Ethereum is at the 2nd spot. There's no need for anyone to compare and say that there is a rival between the two. They're utterly different as Ethereum more focuses on smart contracts and it's now becoming going to have lesser supply while bitcoin has already a fixed supply. We don't have to wish that Ethereum is going to be at the top 1, that spot is for bitcoin and will always be.
7049  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casimero vs Rigondeaux this August 14, 2021 on: August 15, 2021, 10:51:47 AM
Rigo should retire and then Casimero wait for the Inoue vs Donaire fight.
I'd like to see Casimero versus Donaire first. I hope that they're going to continue their postponed match and we all thought that it was about to happen but it didn't. And whoever wins will challenge Inoue or just both them have a fight with the japanese boxer.

Yeah, why not push for Casimero vs Donaire again. Hopefully Donaire will let Casimero fight him and keep their squabbles aside and make all Filipino fight, that will be more interesting than waiting for the outcome of Donaire vs Inoue. Inoue can take all the vacations he wanted, will the two fight it out for the biggest price. Me makes me think of Pacquiao-Barrera-Morales in the featherweight division. But Pacquiao end up having the numbers on this 2 Mexican legends.
It's already been set before but it didn't pushed and that's why I'd like to watch it first then whoever wants to pursue, any of them can fight Inoue next. Whilst for Inoue, he's good to fight any of them and he's not going to step back with any match coming from these two.
Well, as this match has ended. Most of these will still depend on them and contracts, give and take, percentages and other part of the deal that shall be divided between them.

For me, the Casimero - Inoue fight will attract more sales, money, and support, the Inoue - Donaire fight already happens and I don't see a different outcome if they fought again, the Casimero fight will be more interesting, and besides they want each other so badly so promoters should make the fight happen and don't deprive fight fans the opportunity to watch these two.
Well, I guess so. It's going to be an international fight and that's going to make more noise than Inoue vs Donaire 2. But who knows, they should know the pulse of the fans on which fight might happen next. I guess there's just going to be some negotiations that will come to Casimero after this match and he has to take a month or ago of rest then preparation again for his next match. I hope so that we're going to see him fight again that immediate so that he's going to have a continuous match after this.

Despite the dissatisfaction of some of the fans, this is still a win for Casimero. Congratulations for defending his title.

7053  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best wallet for Crypto Sportbooks deposits/withdrawals? on: August 14, 2021, 11:40:40 PM
I’m using an exchange wallet without experiencing any problem here, maybe its because the amount of money is just small.
Just stop using an exchange wallet when you withdraw but for deposits, I think that you won't experience any problem from there. Based on my experience, it's not really a good one and the exchange might surprise you with an email noticing what you did and where your source came from.

Well, to be more safe I have to think for other options as well and many here suggested Electrum, I’m not sure though if it will work.
Electrum is very well one of the best wallets out there, easy to use and lite.

How about if you’re going to withdraw and deposit thru LTC? Any good wallet to use for?
Just the usual multi-currency wallets will do, search what you think is good for you as a choice.
7054  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It takes years to build a reputation and seconds to break it on: August 14, 2021, 11:17:53 PM
The really big bookmakers have a lot of customers. I don't think they are easily steered by the fact that they have a problem with a customer. After all, every bookmaker or casino has a problem with a customer
There are a few gamblers that are dealing with them having bad experiences. They're probably looking for the perfect casino but the reality is that there's really no perfect casino. And every problem that they deal with those casinos, they're solvable as long as they're communicating well and bearing with them.

often related to payout of course. But it's true, a reputation can be destroyed in moments.
Yes, the majority that I've seen are related to withdrawals. But that's no problem as long as they've delivered the withdrawal amount but yeah, sometimes we feel bad if it's delayed a lot. Most casinos are learning from those experiences too.
7055  Economy / Economics / Re: Why would people ever use bitcoin if its expected to always go up? on: August 14, 2021, 10:44:04 PM
You are talking about the use of bitcoin in daily life? Actually, it's not possible because of the volatility in the bitcoin market.
It is actually possible. There are people that can finely use bitcoin in their daily lives. Remember the bitcoin family that has sold their property and lived life through bitcoin? they're now worth a lot and with the last time I have an article about them, they now scattered their wealth over 3 countries. And with their journey, I think since 2017 or 2016, they've used bitcoin for each purchase that they have. I don't know if that's for real but that's what I've read in some articles a long time ago and that has followed their journey. Even a haircut, he said that he has spent bitcoin for it.

Right now the only use of bitcoin is as an investment asset. The long-term holders usually don't sell bitcoin. Only bitcoin miners and short-term holders sell bitcoin to make a profit by using speculation. And some people sell bitcoin in need of money.
The majority of us are using it as an investment but it doesn't stop the main purpose of it as payment.
7056  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do I know if an altcoin is a scam? on: August 14, 2021, 10:18:13 PM
First of all, newbie shouldn’t join with new altcoins token ico.
And newbies should also know that most of the ICOs today are not that good anymore. Many of them are outright scams, although there's still a place for them but it's known by the community that most of them right now are scam.

Cause its quite impossible for them to find out good project with first try. Scammer are very smart to fruad with people. So first notice on those altcoins who were get scammed. Then try to Find out Their ways and reason and try to learn something from those. Then you’ll automatically know if the altcoin is going to scam or not
It's quite hard, to be honest, but there's a way to know it if you're always that type of person who seeks that information just as the goal of the project and how they're marketing it. If there's a sign that the source and its goal doesn't really look viable and sustainable, you can have that idea what it is.
7057  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why target binance? on: August 14, 2021, 04:29:05 PM
Binance exchange is having some issues with wrong accusations lately probably because it's the best, the government sees this as a gateway for money laundering network instead of the ease it brings for crypto investors, honestly the future of the exchange looks uncertain since the CEO himself said he is willing to step down if he see someone to take over but no one, I repeat no one is as good as CZ, I hope things won't come to this, CZ wants the best for crypto not just the money
You cannot stop those governments that are thinking about that with Binance because there really are people that do that. As for CZ, he's an intelligent guy, and don't think that he's too soft for that. How many challenges he has surpassed with his company?
These obstacles are part of another big growth that's going to come with his exchange and that's really needed for him and his company to take those obstacles on so that they'll grow and the future will be an act of sweet revenge for them once most countries are good with them.
7058  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: NFT on: August 14, 2021, 02:46:59 PM
We are experiencing a pandemic, not just an epidemic. Well, with ridiculousness by NFTs you mean? Just as the ICO days and IEO and others, there's now the trend.
We don't know how long this is going to stay but since 2017, there's already an NFT during that time, the cryptokitties. And this time, this is going to stay as we're talking and I think many of them will also be out in the market for sure and will eventually die.
7059  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Axie Infinity farming on: August 14, 2021, 12:05:07 PM
Wouldn't it be better investing in a piece of land inside the game and then getting the passive income it comes with?
But that's my opinion tho
Lands are already pricey even if you're just getting a Savannah plot or that land that's too far from the center. I still don't know how the feature of playing with the land. But it's for sure a good investment but when being said as a passive income, I don't know yet the mechanics and they haven't introduced it. I think once the devs have finally introduced the gameplay of it. I've watched some videos about its game play but I'm still confused about it. Well, if you have the amount to buy a land, why not.

Are there multiplayer games on it?
Only player versus player.
7060  Economy / Economics / Re: We exited the bear market earler than expected on: August 14, 2021, 10:25:13 AM
But we're already in August.  Tongue
Bitcoin to reach another ATH has to surpass the past ATH that we've got. And I agree with you that holding is always effective as it is. You just have to accumulate as many bitcoins as you can or if not a whole bitcoin since it's becoming expensive. Try to catch in decimals until you see your holding grow overtime.

That means maybe at the end of August Bitcoin will return to the ATH price, but expecting Bitcoin to rise above $60k in late August this might take
good news, which is able to trigger the price of Bitcoin to rise even faster. If not Bitcoin may be at the end of August will only reach the price of $50k.
But for me if Bitcoin fails to return to the ATH price at the end of August this will not be a problem, because so far Bitcoin has moved up, and we must
be grateful that Bitcoin is back on the right track. I agree that now we need to collect as much Bitcoin as possible and hold it until the price target
we want is reached.
Hopefully that it would be by the end of August but the overview that we're seeing to the half of this month, it's truly positive and there's nothing to complain about the move of bitcoin that we're seeing lately.
