Actually, you would be quite surprised. It's really no big stretch to assume that since Homero had done ok for Stu in the past that he should and did just give him carte blanche access to new projects. I mean, remember, the guy actually thought Homero could buy Western Union FFS? People with a lot of money blindly trust others beneath them - why, because they have to, they are too busy. I'm pretty sure he's doing just fine in Vermont or wherever else he bought homes over the years.
