Il te propose de transformer une stratégie de trading que tu lui explique en script de trading automatisé si je ne m'abuse. Rien de scammy la dedans a priori. Il propose simplement son savoir-faire. Qui te dit qu'il n'y aura pas de conséquences si il est établi que son traitement ne marche pas et qu'il a truqué son étude pour faire croire le contraire? Ca serait effectivement extrêmement grave de faire une chose pareille dans une telle situation, d'autant plus que le buzz sur son traitement a été planétaire, le POTUS lui-même l'ayant mis en avant.
Il mériterait donc largement la prison voir plus dans les pays oú la peine capitale existe.
Mais quel serait son intérêt à lui et son équipe (l'etude a été signée par une vingtaine de chercheurs) de faire ça sachant qu'on s'appercevrait tôt ou tard que la molécule est inefficace?

In theory it is VERY profitable, because surebet means you will win no matter the outcome  In reality, surebets have their own obstacles, which are not related to the bets itself, but to bookmakers T&C's, limits, supply of accounts, cancellation of bets, account logistics and all those things. I posted a surebet/freebet here. Feel free to open a thread, it's an interesting topic, but a dying species because of the centralization I mentioned above. In the past you could find surebets giving you 5%-10% on a regular basis. Nowadays 2% is already a big one I'm sorry but since it's forbidden in my country and our IPs are banned from these platforms, I don't know very well the exchange betting platforms (In fact I'm only able to access them with a VPN and I can't register an account) but there is no interesting surebets there either? |

Single-deck games give an advantage only if they are not mixed in time. For blackjack, 30% of the deck used is a signal to shuffle. Obviously, if you use one deck, shuffling will be too frequent. Maybe that's why casinos switched to multi-deck. Insteresting, how do you know that? Did you experiment it and made your calculations yourself? Or you have read it somewhere else? If it's the later do you still have the source perchance? |

UFC on ESPN: Overeem vs. Harris This should be one great fight, and I am going for Overeem win here. Not very interested in other fights in this card, but you never know what fight will be surprise. I agree with you Overeem is still a star fighter and it's still pleasant to watch him fighting but he begins to get a little bit old IMO.
BTW could you tell me what that means :  It means more or less than 1.5 rounds will be completed or will have been started ? If the fight ends in the second round. 2 rounds will have begun but only one will have been completed. So what would be the outcome for that bet? TYVM |

I've been around the crypto scene since pre 2013 pump. Been around blackcoin pumps, pinkcoin pumps (all the color coin pumps), all the country-coin pumps (remember those?), every shitcoin known to man.
I even knew about ethereum (commented on page 4 or 5 on their announcement thread) and was a huge believer in the project. .....but instead of sending btc to their ICO site on a summer day in 2014, I sent it to nitrogen sports with the intention of making more btc to send to their ICO.
Throughout the years, I've done similar things with various alts: Monero, dark-coin (DASH), Cardano, you name it. I had them with hopes of holding onto them to watch their value grow...but couldn't...and gambled it away with 3AM challenger tennis, random soccer matches, or baseball over/unders (though, when I go on a binge, I actually start off pretty damn well, but get tilted the moment I lose a few times).
I'm a big believer in the crypto space but it's difficult for me to hold coins without gambling. The thing is, I have no issue controlling myself when I don't hold crypto. I could go to a casino or wherever and not have any urge to bet with fiat. Idk what it is about cryptocurrency. I just get so into certain coins that I want to make more so that I can get a bigger stack to hodl...but then by trying to get more the quick way, I lose it all.
Anyone feel similar?

Very original condition... But cryptocurrencies offer a magic feature compared to fiat : it's their private key. Maybe when you want to hold some cryptos, you can just put them in a wallet and hide the key somewhere not easily accessible for you. Or maybe you can use a multisig wallet for them, shared with some trusted people. |

Very interesting post you should make a thread on it if you haven't done before. I have talked about that already multiple times, in no dedicated thread though Otoh this is pretty common knowledge normally. In fact I've read that all big betting platforms directly buy their odds to few specialized compagnies. And that's the reason why you get always almost the same odds on big betting platforms like betclic, bwin, unibet... but it's maybe just some BS. They actually do - maybe doing some adjusments before publishing - but this market moves as a whole and is kind of centralized nowadays. So if there is a lot of action on home win, at some point bookmakers will start to lower the odds for home win. Even a bookmaker that didn't have a lot of action on home win yet, will have to lower their odds, because a) the odds for home win probably have been too high and b) if he sticks to his initial odds, he might leave a surebet on the table (and will have a hard time to balance his book then). For smaller markets, you can't buy any odds - but you can just copy them. In cycling for example there is Bet365, who are compiling the odds in-house and who are the benchmark for all other bookmakers. They will publish their odds and all other bookmakers just copy them - you won't see any odds before Bet365 has published theirs. The sharper bookmakers like Pinnacle don't copy them instantly though; they wait a bit (some hours), before they copy and publish them. By waiting, they get already more matured odds (less value to be found), because people have already started placing bets at Bet365 and thus the odds have already been adjusted by Bet365. Very interesting educated post. I will merit this when I'll get some merits to spend. Qu'on autorise les français à s'armer, même avec des armes non-létales, et on verra si ils font juste ça par jalousie et veulerie ou si ils sont surtout préoccupés par l'épidémie et que c'est le seul moyen qu'on leur donne pour faire respecter le confinement.
