As I saw it, I'm smoking Romeo y Julieta Petit Churchills, have a 27" Mac screen on mahogany table, solid silver ashtray, same shoes as in the picture, and thinking of the next (III) Supernode meeting in Malla in June. So, it is kind of affirmative, don't you think?

Just try to keep out of the nuthouse this time though :-)

I'm a big fan of startups raising money to invest in startups.

If Seedcoin I invests in Seedcoin II, and Seedcoin II reciprocates by investing in Seedcoin I...

I smell PROFIT.

  • Everyone You regret investing.
  • All You want out.

Have you checked the shares on CT recently?
anyone holding shares on there hasn't been selling it down (used to happen all the time after news) but buyers have started to buy into the sell walls this week despite everyone in the threads bitching. They know they won't be getting shares for cheap when the rest start trading...a fat div will ensure this (even a small one will provide some support for the dumps).

The sentiment of the shareholders who can actually trade is the best its been since those shares were put on the market and it's only going to get better with sales and farm growth, please stop with the FUD...

Don't be ridiculous.  The shares on CT have nothing to do with your "shares."  Your "shares" aren't trading, and never will.  Saying the shares are yours isn't even technically correct -- you gave them to Ken.  Ken will continue telling you that he's being investigated for securities fraud. The wheels of justice turn slowly you know, and dat's a natural fact.

Lol.

7110  Economy / Securities / Re: About to IPO but have a few questions.. on: April 26, 2014, 03:20:30 PM
We are planning on launching a project that (hopefully) will have enough hashing power to bring in over $1m per month. We're in the final stages but are running low on cash, we are considering an IPO. My questions are the following:

1) What would a "fair" valuation of a company that is pulling in $1m/mo. One of the problems I have with finding value is the volatility of the coin prices. Our mining will be strictly alt-coin, which is considerably more unstable than bitcoin.

The volatility of bitcoin price is largely irrelevant for your scenario.  You, as a mining concern, are not making $1m per month -- you're mining ~2200 BTC per month. <==is that correct?  What's your current hashrate?
You are also attempting to raise funds in BTC.  Only expenses requiring fiat are affected by BTC price.  You're running a multimillion mining concern, so this should be self-evident.

2) What is a fair ROI for investors?

I'm not sure I understand your question.  Are you issuing shares or bonds?

3) Considering the lack of trust in the securities exchanges, would a direct-share offering deter investors from buying shares?

I'd have to know who you are to answer that question.

Any and all feedback would be very appreciative.

P.S. I am moderating this thread because it seems some people troll particularly HARD on this forum.

Self-moderation is the hallmark of scammers here.  Avoid.

Wonder what happened with this guy -- he was a pretty major fanboy, but went quiet after ordering...

All,

I've order a prospector - I'm yet to initiate the bank transfer but will do possibly today or tomorrow.

I will make sure to tell you all about how the process goes, how quickly the prospector arrives in the UK, setup, etc - I'm also going to do a video on the setup, and a review generally, so stay tuned.

But the first step, ordering the card, worked fine. I've seen complaints that the shopping card doesn't work but it definitely seemed to work absolutely fine for me.

Stay tuned.

... in fact I have no idea what 'financial instrument' I hold Ken holds, it doesn't feel like a stock/share.
...

It seems so obvious in retrospect, huh?  Also FTFY.

Yet, you and the troll crew, seem to be avoiding to discuss on the dirty part of this story.

The black-market trade that btcapples started and tanked the price, with him selling in here below market
and his buyers moving it to havelock for quick profits.
The fact that Havelock clearly manipulated the listing, taking it out for a ride on their own, as soon as they saw they could do it,
the fact that TAT bailed the boat the very moment the btcapples made his trade here and NB asked their listing be frozen

and a few more.
I am merely focusing on the fact that a certain number of accounts are fixated on brewster.
Not on resolving anything regarding NB.

Let me be blunt:
By suggesting that you are Danny's friend or a relative, people are giving you the benefit of the doubt.  The only other possibilities open at this time, now that Danny has ran away with your coin and NEOBEE shares are worth about as much as the paper they're not printed on, are these:

1)  You're mentally challenged, differently-enabled, or whatever the term de jure is for "dumber than dirt."

2)  You're the worst pumper evah, and just don't know when to quit.

As far as your bolded complaints, i'll address them again:

a) "black-market trade":  As far as adults are concerned, an unlicenced Panamanian intertubes exchange *IS* blackmarket trade.

b) The fact that Havelock clearly manipulated the listing  Manipulation?  On MY unlicenced Panamanian exchange??!!  Jesus no!  Next you'll tell me that Three Card Monte games are rigged!

c) the fact that TAT bailed the boat the very moment the btcapples made his trade here See (b).

So... Yah.
Danny ran away with your coin.
We told you he would.
You knew better.
Here we are Undecided

Again, I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt by assuming that you're just a clueless "investor" and not a part of this ...whatever it is.

minerpart, sometimes I wonder why I made that nice ghetto thread to contain your spergings.  If you keep wondering out and shitting up the forum, I'm afraid I'll have to up ur meds.  This is absolutely unacceptable -- you're not the only patient here.
