7101  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bounce Back is coming? on: August 22, 2020, 10:41:06 PM
$11500 support holds this time, as we have somewhat bounce back to $11600 as of now. I don't expect any movement in the next 24 hours except maintain that levels. The next movement will come on Monday again, so I'm seeing $11,800 but not to quick to get back to $12k as this is the position where everyone is looking for a sell off and instant profit.
7102  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Jeff Horn vs. Tim Tszyu on: August 22, 2020, 10:21:53 PM
The odds that was shared by Mirakal in the previous post was 2.62 for Jeff Horn, but the latest odds, it has increase to almost 3.00. It's really attractive if we expect Jeff Horn to win this fight, I would not put the trigger yet, I'll wait for more movement, who knows we can get better odds than the current odds displayed.

I'm monitoring closely the odds here mate and i think the odds for Jeff Horn to win the fight will go up to 3+ a day before the fight. TBH, i really hate Horn after that Pacquiao fight but the odds is so tempting to bet for him and also this would be Tim's acid test as we knew how Horn would play his antics here. I'm a little swayed to Horn winning this fight via UD, so i'm putting my money on him but my heart is for Tim to win by KO lol.

I don't think it will go to 3+ mate, probably will remain at 2.75 in sportsbet. We wouldn't hate Horn for robbing our Pacman, lol. But with his fight with Tszyu, could be his last fight so he will go out with a bang so it make sense to throw some money of Horn here as underdog. (I might do the same barring the result of Whyte vs Povetkin  Grin)

I already open a thread, [Boxing]: Whyte vs Povetkin.
7104  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: East Asia:Pro Traders and Stablecoins Drive World’s Biggest Crypto Market on: August 22, 2020, 09:36:45 PM
I don't know if the figure is right, but $50 billion going out of China is very huge amount. It could be capital flight, as we all know that wealthy Chinese are not safe from the government itself and that's why there is a crackdown on crypto since 2017. And then we have the trade war with US, the political tension with Hong Kong. So it makes sense and perhaps this is why Tether is also having a huge trade. But then again, the data comes from Chainalysis, so we need to take everything with a grain of salt.
7105  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think Warren Buffett will change his mind about bitcoin? on: August 21, 2020, 11:25:51 PM
This is his recent rant about bitcoin, or crypto in general, Cryptocurrency ‘has no value’ – ‘I don’t own any and never will’. With that statement, I don't think that he will change his mind about bitcoin in the future.
7106  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Junior [PPV on Nov. 28] on: August 21, 2020, 10:47:24 PM
Seems that the discussion is going circles, however, there are some updates.

Roy Jones Angered Over Delay in Mike Tyson Fight, Threatens Withdrawal

Quote
"I’ve had to cancel other stuff to be out here, it’s upset my calendar, I’ve got to change things. That’s why we have to table bullsh-t now. That’s the biggest issue, I’m not a full time boxer anymore so I do other things to make an income. If I can’t do other things then I should be compensated for that, because it changes the schematics. It’s not acceptable," Jones told Daily Mail.

Hmm, so Jones are threatening to pull out if he is not compensated for the days he lost because it has been rescheduled. What do you think if Jones pull the plug out of this one? Are we going to see the much awaited Tyson-Holyfield then?

Jones have a point, he values his time well and so promoter has to compensate him on the delay of fight.
At least he said he needs to be compensate, it's still likely that the fight will push through despite some delay, maybe they did not reach their target(money) yet?

It's already been hype by boxing related websites, but we don't have the exact figures if the target money is already there. They can still salvage this fight though, that is if Jones agree to be compensated, boxing is business so we need to understand where Jones is coming from here. If Jones doesn't want to continue then I do hope that Holyfield will accept it.
7107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you agree to insure your participation in the bounty company? on: August 21, 2020, 10:20:30 PM
[.. snip ..]

Your scenario doesn't apply in crypto though, so your argument is wrong in the beginning, specially your point #1. I'm sure you know that crypto is decentralised, so there's no central authority. Your point #2 is also invalid, project do ICO to raised money, they don't have hard currency obviously that's why they are offering tokens, but there is a catch, it's either it could have value or not. And that is why bounty hunting is at risk, it's either you win or you lose.
7108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Whyte vs Povetkin on: August 21, 2020, 09:28:11 PM
Biggest fight in Heavyweight in this pandemic era:

Dillian Whyte vs Alexander Povetkin
Aug 23

They will be fighting for the WBC Interim Heavyweight World Title which Whyte held.

I don't see this as the biggest fight of the year Whyte has clear advantages on this fight he has power speed and aggressiveness and Povetkin only has experienced to rely on this fight, Povetkin last fight against Hunter is not good he is very slow that was not supposed to be a draw Hunter is winning the fight, although this fight is a good tune up for Whyte for the winner of Fury - Wilder match.

If Fury-Wilder fight push through this year, then obviously, it will be the biggest fight. But currently, it has been rescheduled but no clear date as of yet. But with Whyte vs Povetkin, clearly this is the biggest fight in this pandemic. Both are rank boxers, Povetkin #9 and Whyte holding the belt.

Very weird that a competitor would take this into public, A Statement on two discovered vulnerabilities in Wasabi Wallet.
7110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you agree to insure your participation in the bounty company? on: August 20, 2020, 10:20:13 PM
Nah, that's too far fetch though in my opinion. I think the best way to handle this is let the bounty manager escrow the funds or the tokens for his campaign so that the bounty hunters are going to be paid in the end. Why would you have to pay a fee then when you they can just escrow it? Doesn't makes any sense to shell out money in the first place. Your job is to promote as bounty hunters and getting paid in the end.

@YuginKadoya - You are right, the winner will be the mandatory for Fury's belt. But pending his fight with Wilder, so we will see how it goes. But in any case, I wanted to see Joshua vs Whyte II though, there's some kind of animosity between the two.  Grin

7113  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading bot developer startup showing promising signs (?) on: August 20, 2020, 02:51:09 PM
Nope, haven't tried this bot and I'm not going to click on that link either. Bots though are really helpful, that is if you know how to used them, like setting the correct paramaters etc. Because if you don't then bots are not going to make you money when you sleep. Bots are there to automate things, but it still requires human intervention in order to make them work So if you don't have the experience to trade manually, then bots won't be of help to you.

7115  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: {Warning}: Another fake and phishing Ledger on: August 20, 2020, 01:52:44 PM
I monitor it here:

https://github.com/409H/EtherAddressLookup

And this has been flagged like 6 days ago:

https://github.com/409H/EtherAddressLookup/commit/86113d5e00cfec4188a9caa623cd1b7481f791a7

But as you can see that phishing website is like almost a month now. So 'we' somewhat late in identifying it but I try to give the community a warning as much as I can.

Some of the websites being caught are being taken offline very quick or at least we can see a "Deceptive Site Warning" when we visited it. So I filter out those websites that are still up and somewhat need some help from the community to report it to either Google or the Domain Registrar itself.  Grin

7118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ukraine arrests gang who ran 20 crypto-exchanges and laundered money for ransomw on: August 19, 2020, 02:11:21 PM
I haven't heard of Binance "The Bulletproof Exchanger Project". But everyone can check it out here,

https://www.binance.com/en/blog/421499824684900882/The-Bulletproof-Exchanger-Project-How-Binance-Helped-Take-Down-a-Cybercriminal-Group-Laundering-$42M

It's so easy to maintain 20 crypto exchanges if it looks like this:

So it seems that Binance is doing some sniffing as well to identify these so called Bulletproof Exchangers and with the collaboration of TRM Labs, a blockchain analysis company was able to identify and track the criminal networks and with the help of local authorities, in this case Ukrainian police was able to take this criminal syndicate.
7119  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Whyte vs Povetkin on: August 19, 2020, 01:31:07 PM
@bisdak40 - yes it's interesting to see the odds for Whyte by decision.

But I don't see it going to distance though, Povetkin lacks the stamina to go for full 12 rounds, in my opinion. He is already way past his prime and could get into serious trouble if Dillian could hit that left hook on him early. That's why it's either a knock out or technical knock out.

Yes, both of them face AJ before, but Povetkin has some early success even putting AJ on trouble early by breaking his nose.

I don't think that changing of coach will affect Whyte, and it seems they have settled cordially.
