7121  Economy / Speculation / Re: Btc ath february 2022 on: December 23, 2021, 07:58:01 AM
One thing is for sure when it comes down to finances and money investment then wall street is what is most important.
And im not educated but i have connections and experinces that average JOE can only dream about.
As my social circle is wall street guys i know the info.
And wall street told me btc will be ath  100,000$ next year february.
You guys not been good but its a christmas i make little gift to you as you will know when its a bull run now.

It is a knowing historical facts that when Wall Street is predicting positive and bullish market the opposite has been the case. In June this year I read an article were Wall Street predicted $75k for bitcoin but that same month bitcoin began the fall that bottomout at $28000. It is good you have shared this information with us but we have to be very careful about any information from those guys as they are mind manipulators.
7122  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador celebrate 21st of December 21 with 21 Bitcoin on: December 23, 2021, 07:33:51 AM
I've always wondered how that hospital is going to be built from the profits of investing in BTC while no bitcoin will be actually sold.
I believe they are going to sell $1 billion bitcoin backed bonds without actually selling any bitcoin!

Quote
And what profits when at least 200 coins were bought at $52k and 100 at $54k?
I'm starting to think that rather than buying the dip he is actually licking the tip lately.
Has anyone gathered all the prices they made their purchases to see if the result is profit or loss? For example 150BTC was bought at $48,670.
$52k-$54k is hardly the tip though, when the price went to $70k and is currently at $48k-$49k.
Their goal may not be a short-term base as most people still consider 60k Bitcoin price as a low price considering how long they intend to hold their Bitcoin, so El Salvador may decide to buy at whatever price at the moment.
7123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / El Salvador celebrate 21st of December 21 with 21 Bitcoin on: December 22, 2021, 05:17:23 PM
As buying Bitcoin have become a wayy the El Salvador government celebrate different days, the latest was the buying of 21 Bitcoin at the price of $49,000 which dollars equivalent is $1,036,000 just to celebrate the last 21st day of the year 21.
This have brought the country total Bitcoin holding to 21,041 Bitcoins this moves have set El Salvador an hedge over other counterparts.
7124  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Economic Advantage on: December 21, 2021, 08:17:12 PM
In the nearest future newcomers will still be referring to us as the lucky guys who dive into Bitcoin at such an early stage as this, the only way we can make a difference is to decide never to sell but that decision is somehow hard for most holders at this moment most especially the smallholder who just need some little profits.
Holding is not an easy thing and most small holders need money to pay bills and take care of some financial need, bitcoin is a great tool for economic independent and this have lead to small economic stability and a hedge over inflation.
7125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 100xcoin boom on: December 21, 2021, 07:20:45 PM
Like I said earlier the market of this coin is dead and have undergone several changes and 1000xcoin is no longer alive as the swap the shit coin to another coin which is also a dead coin.
7126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: First Bitcoin City on: December 21, 2021, 03:51:24 PM
Yes, the market isn't bearish. It has been stabilizing, and this time traders make regular earning out of the fluctuation within the specific limit making its less risky. Global adoption requires more time, because at present around 2% of global adoption have taken place. This needs to grow gradually. Some countries keeps supporting, the recent one being Dubai setting it's crypto zone on Dubai World Trade Center. Through this it has planned to be regulator of cryptocurrencies, products and exchanges.

Source : Dubai World Trade Centre to create new crypto hub and become regulator
This another good news Dubai as a world business hub building a dedicated to center for Bitcoin similar to what el Salvador bitcoin city is an indication of countries willingness to adopt Bitcoin in a full scale level.

7129  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 13 top celebrities adopt cryptocurrency in 2021 on: December 21, 2021, 01:13:13 PM
floyd mayweather, mice tison, i saw on his body there is a bitcoin tattoo, i'm sure he also invests in bitcoin, and there are other names too like famous footballers like leonil messi, messi is one of the most famous people in the world, he once posted about blockchain on his instragram, he even talked about bitcoin in the media..
A lot of celebrities tattoo Bitcoin on they skin and that goes a long way to show they support for the gaint of crypto and also most of them have the personal NFTs that they also develop and promote through they songs and arts.
7130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lost Bitcoin a donation to everyone on: December 20, 2021, 10:25:56 PM
Lost Bitcoin then can be said to be an unofficial burn as the coins can no longer be used and locked out of the market and this will lead to a reduction in the total supply of the coin because the wallet will forever remain inaccessible.
7131  Other / Beginners & Help / 13 top celebrities adopt cryptocurrency in 2021 on: December 20, 2021, 10:20:39 PM

7132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My coins percentage down on: December 20, 2021, 04:10:59 PM
Take it or leave it whenever there is a price crash altcoins portfolio suffer the most as It percentage always move in a multiple percent due to the large total supply and low market cap. So also when the market increases altcoins are the first to do multiple xs.
7133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fed To decide the future of assets purchasing 14th December on: December 20, 2021, 04:05:26 PM
I do not think some buy orders on a a single exchange is enough to be newsworthy or does it need to have anything to do with some upcoming FED conference. This seems like a pretty cheap way to push out some articles while trying to use the Bitcoin community to gain traffic.
You guys were right if you take the current market condition for example it shows the opposite of what was predicted, ordinarily if the buy orders increased at the time the news was shared it should have reflected on the price positively but with the price condition at the moment it's far from that.

Flattering as that sounds, I would never put myself on top of such a list. I simply lack the technical know-how, coding abilities, and extensive background knowledge of different kinds of Bitcoin-related processes. I think you missed several of those who have those qualities and can be found posting in the technical sub-boards. But anyways, thanks for the mention!

LoyceV shouldn't be on that list either. You are supposed to put him on a separate cyborg and AI intelligence kind of list. Not one for humans. Tongue
Not sure what is going on with Ognasty, but he seems quite bitter to me considering some of the posts I have seen him make.
You can come across Rath_'s posts on the Bitcoin technical boards.
Everyone on this list is a great forum member, but I just decided to place the watch light on DdmrDdmr at this time. Subsequently, we are analyzing other members on the list and even outside the list.
7135  Other / Meta / Bitcointalk project Reserve fund. on: December 20, 2021, 05:35:32 AM
Before I proceed to the main point of this thread let me share a story that can help our understanding of the thread in a better way.
There was a certain time when a megabank exit scam happen in my country, the bank liquidated with investors, customers, and staffs funds running into billions of dollars. It was a devastating situation to the general public and even the government at that time without any solution to the problem. But the government through the central bank came up with a policy to contrail avert future occurrence of such scams and the central came off with what is called, Banks capital reserves where all banks deposit huge percentages with the central bank where all deposits will be paid back from in the case of any financial problems arising from such financial banks in the future.
In that way, the central pay back all legitimate and verified deposits, staff, and investors.

Back to the main reason for this thread
@theymos and the other administrators of this forum can come up with such a policy such as what we have with the forum banners space where new projects that require the services and investment of members of this forum deposits a certain amount in a forum escrow account where all unsettled payments and refunds are made from in the case of the project not succeeding or an exit scams.

What this will result in is!
1: Eradication of scam projects from this forum
2: easy means of addressing any issue coming from
investors and staffs and project team
3: project team will have a sense of responsibility to put in they best to push the project to succeed.

Those at the center of this policy are:
1 investors
2 bounty hunters
3 managers

Thanks for your comments and suggestions.

7138  Economy / Reputation / Re: Lauda back as Ratimov, (alleged) on: December 19, 2021, 08:45:42 PM
Lauda left the forum before I came but Ratimov is still around, I don't see any connection between the two accounts.
I don't care if Lauda is still around or not so long as am not guilty and do not promote scam projects why should I worry about who I don't even know, I hard Lauda was notorious is bashing scammers.

7140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Data-driven or Emotional driven Bitcoin holder? on: December 19, 2021, 10:30:17 AM
The data-driven holders are basing their decisions on something that are not fixed... so it is worthless too. You cannot say that any previous event will play out the same EVERY time. Let's just take the previous Halvings as an example of what I am saying.

Most people are under the impression that a Halving will increase the demand and also the price, but that is not true for every Halving. A lot of times the Halving happens at the same time when there are another event that are pushing the price down... this cancel out any spike that might have occurred as a result of the Halving.  Roll Eyes
Well the halving was not based on any data, why because if you take the previous Bitcoin halving and study it data properly you will see that price did not just rise immediately after the halving, some time was given and halving was never a guarantee of increase demands even if the supply is reduced.
