7181  Economy / Reputation / Re: Quickseller is a dangerous person to deal with - avoid on: June 14, 2019, 07:53:47 AM
The real reason why QS is far from trustworthy and quite the opposite is because he has a long, established history of flat out lying about things. For years he's been taking personal grudges and turning them into baseless accusations, posting hundreds of times in accusatory threads even after it has been explained to him repeatedly why he is mistaken.

Let's go through some of them:

Hhampuz embezzling signature campaign funds from BestMixer - completely fabricated allegation based 100% on conjecturing and without real, substantiating evidence of claims

Is theymos okay with Blazed being on DT1 when he refuses to account for x00 btc - another series of unsubstantiated allegations in an attempt to damage the standing of Blazed, lauda, and minerjones

owlcatz dox information - doxing attempt on a user who did not scam anybody, not much more needs to be said

Former Staff member Lauda has a pill addiction - not a single shred of evidence produced by QS in 9 pages of discussion

Scammer TMAN - vindictive nonsense demonstrated to be wholly inaccurate

minerjones backing out of multiple auctions - posted in Scam Accusations even though no one had been scammed, clearly a smear attempt on MJ's reputation

Requesting proof of trade between Zepher and TMAN[Zepher engaging in fake trades - QS believes the lack of blockchain evidence on the forum of a trade between 2 highly trusted members warrants a thread claiming they are engaging in "fake trades"

Dooglus is supporting ponzis - Scam Accusation against dooglus for fixing bugs in a script known to be used by Ponzis (he never scammed anyone, nor said he "supported ponzis")

He does have some insightful threads and posts from time to time, but based on the whole of his behavior over the years, I wouldn't trust QS with a wooden nickel.
7182  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: Bitcoin SV (BSV) - fake team member and plagiarized white paper on: June 14, 2019, 05:33:42 AM
Accounts Bitcoin Cash, binance.com, Alfabank which opposing the warning in the Bitcoin SV profile most likely belong to one massive farm rig.
-snip-

After I commented here, these and several other users vanished from opposition in the flag #60Roll Eyes

We'll keep an eye on them. Funny how the 3 accounts you mentioned above have a total of 1 post between the 3 of them. They were probably created as account squats... Wonder if somebody purchased all 3 or simply created all 3 and failed to sell them.

Now look we must stay on topic? can you do so?

I actually gave you the best advice you're going to get in this thread and you drowned it out with clearly off-topic insults and ranting. Don't know what more you expect. Redemption?

No you did not. What is our end goal?

Oh, LFC and killyou72's advice was also pretty good. Trolling is clearly your end goal because you steamrolled over their advice (and mine).

Because if you can demonstrate it is anything other than an environment that is based upon a transparent set of fair rules than ensure all members are treated equally. Then you can ask us for a 0.02btc loan in future.

OK but only if its a no-collateral loan. According to your trust summary you have a "high risk of losing money" and I'm not sure I'd feel safe giving you my collateral.
7184  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM: Bitcoin SV (BSV) - fake team member and plagiarized white paper on: June 13, 2019, 03:14:05 PM

This is fucking interesting stuff... I'd like to read that whole transcript. Sounds like there is no trust and Craig might still lose in court! So that means that not only would he not be Satoshi but he'd be on the hook for repaying hundreds of millions of dollars as well... Not a good day to be a Faketoshi.

No theymos is NOT a liar. He is simply making a best guess based on the server side information we intended him to have. Theymos though is incorrect. If we wanted him to have at hand the same information as you and nothing more we would have used tor browser and made a few other changes too.

Quoted for future posterity.

Sorry CH, nothing would prevent people from knowing that you are CH -- your ego won't let you hide yourself. Anybody can tell that its you. You praise yourself far too often and go on raving, long-winded rants about the exact same subjects you did with your last account, with an equal amount of futility. You also use the same colloquial terms not shared by other members of the forum. You stand out from a mile away. Theymos didn't have to look at any IP information to know that you are cryptohunter. Neither do any of us.

The best way to test out a flag is to leave it and see if it gets supported or not. Don't use it as an excuse to again air your tired personal grievances. If you know an injustice was committed, post your flag, and see what kind of a response it gets. Don't pretend to be asking for guidance when you really just want to rehash the same old drama in a new context. Nobody is going to help you out here because everybody knows what your end goal is.
7187  Other / Meta / Re: WHICH flags are appropriate for each scenario listed here??????????????????????? on: June 13, 2019, 02:15:54 PM
You (cryptohunter) might've had some case for the trust system being broken if you had handled your initial trust issues with rationality and patience instead of absolutely losing your mind and throwing lies around, and even now I could imagine your red trust eventually being cleared if you were able to attain a stable mindset.

So basically you are saying theymos is a liar?

we are saying theymos does NOT have video evidence nor proof that our account is operated by the same person that operated the cryptohunter account. YES!! you are getting it our EVIL SCAM FACILITATING IMBECILE.

Quit dodging the question. Is theymos a liar or not?

Perhaps WE ARE THEYMOS? have you considered that?

No, no I had not considered that. I don't think anybody had considered that you are not cryptohunter to be honest.

Back to the topic at hand, you are free to leave your own flags. You don't need to conduct a "community consensus" on everything that you do or think. Just do it. Meta is no longer the correct section to ask such questions. Might as well move your consensus-building topics to Reputation, and then you can self-moderate them.
7188  Other / Meta / Re: WHICH flags are appropriate for each scenario listed here??????????????????????? on: June 13, 2019, 01:58:44 PM
How do you know we have not been lurking since 2010? that is right you do NOT. Like you do NOT have video evidence the member that operated the cryptohunter account is operating this account.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5127540.msg50571141#msg50571141
You have no PROOF.

So basically you are saying theymos is a liar? He wrote that post on May 2nd, and you've only gotten worse since then. Your lies are now more out of control than ever. This forum has its fair share of trolls, which you are one of. So, have fun doing what you do best, I guess...

BTW, nobody "lurks" since 2010. Your claim would be supported by much greater evidence if you actually had an account that dated back a few years. Say to maybe April 2013 or something...
7189  Other / Meta / Re: WHICH flags are appropriate for each scenario listed here??????????????????????? on: June 13, 2019, 01:40:09 PM
Even if your first assertion is possibly true. Not that we are an alt of anyone. That is merely a poor reflection on this state of the trust system. Why should one asking such questions be at risk of getting negative trust. So unless you have video evidence of another member posting on this account why bother considering it? what relevance does it have to the initial post.

OK so you're not an alt of anyone (let's just ignore the fact that this is a blatant lie) and your trust history saying you are cryptohunter is just a "poor reflection" of the state of the trust system. Why should anyone care what you have to say about matters that happened well before your time? You're just a Jr Member who has only been on the forum since earlier this year. How did you develop such an ingrained, biased, nuanced opinion of things that happened years before you were a member?

You should let more senior accounts that are far more familiar with the history of forum matters than you deal with new changes to the trust system. Just sit back and... well... do whatever it is that you "do" when you're not bitching about the forum.

Also, I think your thread title needs more question marks.

If you're not a scam, then why do you not have any information about your team? What are you hiding from?

You plagiarized content written by others, you didn't just take their idea. You had enough money to hire a thread bumping service, which was a stupid move, because that's what led me to your project. You hired professional spammers but you don't want to do an ICO... well I'm sure you're attempting to make money somehow or you wouldn't have launched this project.

There's no reason for anybody to invest in an anonymous copy of somebody else's idea. You really should just start over and be more original next time. Also be prepared to be criticized for not announcing your team members. Really what would be best is if you just advertised your project elsewhere.

Before showing the team members we have a difficult way to register a company in Estonia.

This makes no sense. All honest projects announce their team members at the time they publish their website.

View WhitePaper WP Etherium and Tron and you can also say that Justin Sun from Vitalik Buterin. Believe me, our team did not work on this project.

Yes, Justin Sun did get caught plagiarizing parts of the Ethereum white paper. They got caught and re-wrote their white paper. That's no excuse for you to think that plagiarism is OK. Its just a sign of laziness and lack of dedication or belief in your own project.

If you knew the cost of developing this application, you would not be talking about the fact that we had enough money to hold an ICO and do everything professionally. In the world of cryptocurrencies you have to survive.

Sounds like you should find a new job.

Gone are the days when any idea seemed futuristic. Our main task is to make increase coin consumption as much as possible inside our app.

That's not true at all. You're just highly uncreative. You copied an idea and used it as an excuse to market your own product. Then you hired a thread bumping service to generate fake conversation around your project. These are tactics used by scammers.
7191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] EXPI 🔥 POS/MN 🔥 Application for Payment of Your Knowledge 🔥 on: June 13, 2019, 12:22:50 PM
Yes, we took the idea from these guys, but that does not mean that the coin is SCAM! We started developing the app and it will be better and flexible. We do not have much money to conduct ICO. But we are on the right track.

If you're not a scam, then why do you not have any information about your team? What are you hiding from?

SCAM WARNING

Now I know why you didn't publish your team: your project is a copy of a previous ICO called Experty.

Your white paper heavily plagiarizes theirs. For example, from your white paper:

Quote
A decentralized solution means the possibility of integrating into a variety of third party services, already containing large user bases, which can allow creators or influencers to make additional profit using our platform. This approach is a lean and environment friendly goto-market strategy given that we will now not need to reach out to persons one-by-one to create the desired community effect. Instead, we can be counted on an present set up person base.

From Experty white paper:

Quote
A decentralized solution means the possibility of integrating into a variety of third party services, already containing large user bases, which can allow creators or influencers to make additional profit using our platform. This strategy is a lean and efficient go-to-market strategy since we will not need to reach out to individuals one-by-one to create the desired network effect. Instead, we can rely on an existing established user base.

You simply put their text through a word spinner and voila! Instant white paper!  Cheesy

Like really guys. This is cheesy as hell. You didn't even bother to check if the word spinner text made sense (it doesn't).

You should be ashamed of yourselves for being dishonest and wasting everybody's time, including your own.

Let's see:

1. No team.
2. Plagiarized white paper.
3. Hired spammer service to bump thread.

Its safe to say that THIS PROJECT IS A SCAM.

ROI is lower then last month becouse there are a lot of mansternodes enable today, am I right?

Everywhere you go, I will be there to expose whatever morons hired you as the scammers they are. Your thread bumping service is also a scam identification service. Have fun talking to yourself for a living while you still can.

7194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ✅ ✅ [ANN][IEO] 🚀 AZBIT - Blockchain Investment Banking on: June 13, 2019, 09:11:48 AM
AZBIT ITS OWN BITSANE. OUR MONEY FREEZED IN BITSANE FOR 10 DAYS, WITHDRAWS GOING TO PENDING. THEY  DON'T ANSWER TICKETS, TWITTER, FACEBOOK
BITSANE IS GOING TO DISSOLVE
DIRECTOR OF BITSANE AND CEO OF AZBIT IS Maksim Zmitrovich
AZBIT is dissolved https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11125557/filing-history

Hello. Azbit has nothing to do with Bitsane.

This isn't true. A lot of your team members worked for Bitsane or still work for them, including Bitsane

-co founder
-head of marketing
-business development director
-head of statistics
-senior analyst
-technical director

In your white paper it sounds like the two companies are completely tied together:

Quote
Our team already has experience of creating such a service: the Bitsane trading platform, which has
been successfully running and growing since 2016.

Quote
The funds raised, together with our contracts with Bitsane and other cryptocurrency exchanges,
will enable us to aggregate liquidity and ensure that it is sufficient for our clients’ operations.

Most of the comments on the Bitsane twitter page are from customers who are getting locked out of their accounts and/or can't withdraw their coins.

Here's another recent tweet:

Quote
we want any official info "in nearest future" about tickets without answer from exchange support, lots of pending withdrawals for 4-6 days, messages about listing new tokens for hype in exchange news less than a month before company strike-off.
I can continue
Get back our money!

I read through a lot of Bitsane reviews and for the most part it seems like an OK operation, however, if this is how you leave your customers hanging, what would stop you from doing the same thing to Azbit customers once you close that operation?
7195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SPC] SpermCoin - [NO PREMINE] High anonymity Cryptonight on: June 13, 2019, 06:51:36 AM
A friendly suggestion to SpermCoin representatives...

I understand that some projects prefer to remain anonymous and not disclose/share information about their team members. But in your case, you clearly added movie character names to your team such as Sarah Connor, Jack Sparrow, Sansa Stark, etc. You risk being labeled as a scam or even worse not being taken seriously. So I'd recommend you to either put your actual team members or remove current team info completely.

We do not understand why such labels can be hung on us, if you need a real team, then at least 10 people will respond to your status and we will consider this proposal for publication.

Because most of the time team members want to remain anonymous because they plan on pulling a scam at some point, or at best they don't want to be held responsible when their project fails, so they don't have to answer to their investors.

Not saying your team and project necessarily fits either of these categories, but it is better to be skeptical than trusting around here, based on the general history of Altcoin Announcements and how their projects pan out.

I strongly suggest you change your approach to listing team members. What you have now is even less effective than not mentioning the issue altogether.
7196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] EXPI 🔥 POS/MN 🔥 Application for Payment of Your Knowledge 🔥 on: June 13, 2019, 05:56:16 AM
Once I asked for one coin developer (in a discord) - who is a member of the team?
Do you know what he said to me?
That he certainly can put links on social networks-but he fears for personal safety-so many inappropriate people.
And you know, I understood him.
And besides, the blockchain, first of all, implies complete anonymity, isn't it?

No! It never has! Bitcoin is pseudonymous, not anonymous. There's a big difference, and that's one of the biggest misconceptions people have about cryptocurrency. Only privacy-centric coins like XMR and Dash offer any degree of anonymity.

Your discord developer probably ended up being a scammer. The reason why devs of most projects want to remain anonymous: they don't want to deal with real-life consequences when they pull a scam on their investors, or if the project should go belly-up for other reasons.

99% of the time the reason a dev wants to remain anonymous is either because they are a scammer or they fear their project will fail and they don't want to reimburse their investors. There is no reason to invest in any crypto-related project with an anonymous team.

What's new:

Woke up to "99+" unread messages, thought I was extremely popular for a moment
Discovered Bitcoin SV had finally learned how to delete messages from a self-moderated thread

What's old:

Newcomers arguing with roach
Drama concerning the trust system

It was interesting waking up to see my unread messages at "99+".

But I was sorely disappointed to see it was just because Bitcoin SV had finally learned how to delete messages from a self-moderated thread.

For a second I thought I was just popular.  Cheesy

All messages of these competitor-paid trolls has been deleted
nutildah

The thing is nobody needs to be paid to troll SV. This shit trolls itself.

Gonna be a lonely thread over there from now on, I can guarantee you that.

I welcome their trolls to continue to invade our threads uninhibited. We don't do that self-moderated crap around here.

Good morning brothers

The new flag system: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5153344.0

New dimension of the forum

Great! Additional opportunities for clique-based, in-crowd, virtue-signaling, social-engineering, playground bullying! /s
At least, it is supposed to help by keeping trade reliability separate from petty personal issues.

'Supposed to'. Those who have already abused the trust system in order to punish other folks they simply don't like will waste no time in abusing the flag system in an identical manner.

This is true breher. However, the way the current system is designed, its now much more obvious than ever when somebody is abusing it, so that's a step up.

irony
it is v funny. btw i've 'forgiven' your bollocks . few days back

How magnanimous. You've stopped stepping on my face with your hobnailed boot. My apologies.

Still a step up. See how being included in the Great Trust Circle Jerk Club can also have a positive effect on people?
