Totally agree. Mbappe and Haaland shouldn't, in my opinion, be compared in the slightest. The dynamics are simply too dissimilar. Mbappe is an attacking midfielder, Erling is just a striker. I am not really a fan of Mbappe but we gotta be honest here. Erling relies on his team mates to receive the ball but Mbappe is different. We are aware that Mbappe excels in terms of technique and durability as well. There is no need to compare anything. It's not supposed to compare players. Because players have different abilities and also have their own shortcomings. It's just that comparing players is to create a different atmosphere and color in football. It was nice to see the 4 bayern munchen forwards sharing all the goals, It was the perfect formation for them, Muller played False 9 with Musiala having a free role while Mane and Sane did the job of breaking down the opposition defence. We can't blame Sadio Mane for the negative results they had a few weeks ago. Because in my opinion it was a not so good team performance in that game. Now everything seems to be getting better after they got the win in this match against Bayern Munich. City is without doubt are in great form than United and they have great squad too but United always have surprised in big matches. As in the previous match, Ten Hag put Martinez and Varane to guard their defensive area. Cristiano Ronaldo was not included in the starting line-up. While in the Manchester City camp, Erling Haaland is Pep Guardiola's mainstay to threaten the opponent's defense. Not many changes were made by the two coaches in this match. |
