Why do some projects require KYC for bounty? Is this a legal thing or is it a way to make sure they are not being scammed by bounty huntrs? Are there jurisdictions which would require bounty to have KYC? This is not a token sale after all.
because there are many bounty participants who use several accounts in one project, so the project developer requires the KYC participant to ensure that 1 account is 1 person ... so as to avoid cheating by bounty hunters ... although KYC can be used to other things, but this is a policy to avoid fraud .. and KYC is very reasonable to be applied to bounty participants .. |

Is it normal that projects will not pay bounty rewards because their sales doesnt reached the target?
Is the bounty manager will be liable to here even its not in their control that ICO failed?
I want to joined Soc Med campaign but I read somewhere that some projects really dont pay at end because of ICO failure.
if the ICO fails or does not reach the minimum sales target (softcap) then it is natural for prize hunters not to receive payment from campaigns that have been carried out for several weeks .. because ICO fails will not develop their project due to lack of funds ... and the bounty manager will not responsible for the ICO failed because the bounty manager only managed the bounty campaign. |

It was an unfortunate event that i was able to join an ICO campaign that was really not good in terms of their management. They are requiring to do the bounty hunters a KYC process as to help them identify the real bounty hunters. Well that is good though and i am confident that i am able to comply in the KYC process. However, a couple of months pass the team requires the bounty hunters to contribute with 0.1 eth and that time I was about to think why when in fact they will do KYC? So i think there is something fishy out there in their ICO and i quit joining bounty campaigns. I posted more than 200 post for them but sad to say my efforts had gone to nothing. I am afraid now to join ICO bounty campaign. Should i quit? Well anyway i found SONDER and this time i am sure that i have joined a good ICO having a live sales which sold million of tokens in their private sales. No question with the success we are almost reaching the soft cap and i am planning also to invest with them as the team told us that our contribution as eth increases so does our tokens. WOw i am really impressed with these ICO. The team are working hard and i am happy and great to be with these team. I finally found the one.

Are you frustrated when you experience defeat in trading? yes I experienced this ... I have lost $ 1000 dollars in the past 2 hours ... I prefer the project bounty that has been registered with the exchange ... because after the bounty project is finished, we can sell directly according to the price rate that has been set on the exchange rather than the new project, because the new project has no guarantee if the price matches the ICO / IEO price ... and sometimes the market price is cheaper than the price determined when ICO is launched .. |

Don't get your hopes too high when promoting bounty projects especially bounties with very high allocations like in millions of $$$ ,they are never the same again unlike in the past ,all you have to do now is just depend on yourself and promote good projects and wait for end results.
hope for the sure thing ... then look for a quality and promising campaign project ... many aspects or factors that we have to pay attention to so that the projects we follow run smoothly and in the end we can accept payments that are in accordance with our work and do not disappoint. Before you start complaining that bounty managers change bounty rules after bounty ended or KYC was later implemented do you read the bounty rules and regulations?
Many bounties have already says it all in their rules and regulations that 'THE BOUNTY MANAGER HAS THE RIGHT TO CHANGE RULES AT ANY TIME' when you see something like that always know that anything can happen ,the one way to avoid this is if there is no such rules on the bounty thread.
Bounty hunters still find it very hard to read,they care less about rules and go for the good looking bounty allocation, please have patience and go through rules and regulations ,most times its not always the bounty managers fault.
I really agree with your opinion ... many of the bounty hunters are lazy to read the rules that have been made by the manager bounty ... but the bounty participants often blame the bounty manager when there are changes to the rules in the future before the project is completed ... even though we know that the bounty manager is not part of the project team ... and when the rule changes are made by the bounty manager then that is a request from the project team such as to complete the KYC at the end of the project .. |

since the beginning of this year. bitcoin dominance has tremendously affected the altcoin markets. when bitcoins raises, altcoin move very slowly but when it goes down. altcoins are heavily affected. Are we going to see any major bull market for altcoin again. we are already in the third quarter of the year. i am concerned because i strongly believed in altcoins more than bitcoin.
do not trust too much what we do not know for sure ... just wait until the time comes ... we are all waiting for the altcoin price to peak ... even though the altcoin price is still below but we all believe that the altcoin will go up ... and we too have to wait until the bitcoin price is stable on the market. |

Well, I know a lot of bounty hunters are frustrated and worn out mostly because most of the projects which they'd spent their precious time promoting ended up being scam projects. But hey, its too late to give up at this time, trust me.
So here are the little tips which I personally apply before participating in any bounty campaign, though, of course, it takes time, I feel its worth it.
1. THE TEAM BEHIND THE PROJECT
2. THE SOFT CAP AND HARD CAP (HOW REASONABLE IS IT?)
3. HAVE THEY RAISED ANY FUNDS BEFORE COMING PUBLIC?
4. ARE THEY PLANNING AN ICO, STO, OR IEO? IF IEO, THEN ON WHAT EXCHANGE?
5. WHO IS THE BOUNTY MANAGER? WHAT IS HIS TRUST LEVEL ON BITCOINTALK? WHAT IS THE SUCCESS RATE OF THE CAMPAIGNS HE HAD MANAGED? AND SO ON.
FEEL FREE TO ADD YOUR OPINIONS BELOW, I MIGHT JUST LEARN A THING OR TWO

With the recent changes in BTC price, altcoin is getting weaker against BTC, so, this is a good time to pick and fill the bag. Another important part is, after BTC bullrun, once BTC get stable, altcoin follow the bullish trend.
Is it right decision to pick some more altcoin?
