Our specific need for fundraising currently is to raise fiat to pay for development and marketing with firms that don't accept Bitcoin. With that said: USD Price of BTC on 9/10/13 (first round IPO) : $130 USD Price of BTC currently: $261.40 When we sold out (in less than 2 minutes flat btw) for our first round IPO at 0.00018 that was equivalent to $0.0234. With our next round (at .00015 BTC), we'd be looking at an equivalent of $0.039. Trust that there was a lot of thought and tough decisions to come up with this price, and if the price of BTC didn't double over the past month - we (a) would be trading much higher and (b) be opening up the next round at a much higher price point, probably .00036 minimum. You must be special because I can't get any type of answer via PM, support tickets or forum posts even after a week has gone by. To top that off order gets cancelled with no response or reason. If you are going to pay a premium for BTC there are better options to say the least. Orders are not cancelled for "no reason" - Your order was cancelled for being considered "High Risk" What's the means of "High Risk"? |

Having all the legal opinions in the world won't stop btcquick getting shutdown it might keep the owner out of jail but thats about it.
Are you suggesting that in that case the owner should just risk getting to jail, instead? I think he's just reminding us the risk of this company. The lawyer may save the person, but not necessary the company. But is it risky if the company only issues shares to non-US residents? It does not matter where the shares are issued, the company is based in the USA therefore we fall under the laws of the land. what's the legal problem now? what did you talk to the lawyer ? what did him response? what are you going to do next? |
