721  Other / Off-topic / Re: du you spend coins on real life. on: June 15, 2016, 07:15:06 PM
Many people here actually do use BTC "in real life."
It is meant for spending online -- that IS the real world way to spend BTC.
I would like to see a poll about who has access to goods & services in their country with BTC.
I'd really like to know where all the contributors to this thread live -- especially  those who say there are no ways for them to spend BTC.
Please identify your country or continent, if you're willing.
Bitcoin startups should take note

I am from India and I don't see any shop where I can spend my coins, and even if I have to buy something online with bitcoin then shipping costs plus taxes will kill me so I don't have any option to spend my coins.
722  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: June 15, 2016, 07:13:06 PM
What is stopping people from using it is that the bitcoin is unpredictable, not stable and has a bad name because of the media that is talking bad about it these days.

instabilities become the most important point. Bitcoin is designed this way. Bitcoin digital currency is difficult to predict . Only those who dare to take a decision that will be used Bitcoin .

It is difficult to predict since people take this as investment. If most people will take this as currency I see people will much involved here since comfortability of doing money transactions is the priority of other people rather than investment.

Actually the fact is that people listen to what people around them talks about bitcoin, if price drops they start assuming that bitcoin will not survive in long term and that hesitates them to invest in bitcoin.
723  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcointalk is a good way to get information about Bitcoins? on: June 15, 2016, 07:10:32 PM
I think this forum is best in compare to google if you want to collect any damn information related to bitcoin, so I don't waste my time anywhere else as I think this is the best platform.
724  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is the Future of Bitcoin ? on: June 15, 2016, 07:08:43 PM
maybe  more easier transaction with bitcoin and more easier to identify if a site is a scam site s or not any many ways to earn
Maybe it would be better if all the scam sites do not exist, so we can feel safe to start bitcoin. Bitcoin I believe the future will be very promising and will continue to grow.
I agree when you say that bitcoin transaction will have a faster than today, and I also felt that the price of bitcoin will rise very high in the future. most likely all places will accept bitcoin
Not exactly. I disagree with 'all places' because there are those who still try to deny the use of bitcoins and I do believe that they will use all their power to stop bitcoins. One reason is that the government can not actually directly manipulate bitcoins like they do with cash, which is why some don't want bitcoins.
Its a sure thing that BTC will be the future currency that gonna play over the world in internet. Most of people in this generation have done online transactions so the next step of the technology is BTC throughout all the payments and transaction.

Yeah people will stop using credit cards and Paypal in future when they are aware about the bitcoin and more users will take bitcoin price to higher level.
725  Other / Off-topic / Re: Complete the sentence... "I would sell all my Bitcoins if..." on: June 15, 2016, 07:07:12 PM
I would sell all my Bitcoins if the price has really increased. I would better hold the BTC until the value of BTC increases. Otherwise i would feel it is waste of doing something when the price is really increasing.

We all want to sell our coins at higher price but we don't know what is the maximum high but if it crosses $1k mark then I will sell few of my coins.
726  Economy / Speculation / Re: What I think the Halving could bring on: June 14, 2016, 02:11:59 PM
Well i think it could bring more people that wii have  interest in bitcoin..
Price of bitcoin will increase, all bitcoin lovers are so happy with this halvlng cause another easy profit to them.

We are at the best stage at a moment, price movement is going really good at a moment, so this halving will surely bring good and positive news for all its users.
727  Economy / Speculation / Re: Quick Survey: When will you Sell your Bitcoin? on: June 14, 2016, 02:04:44 PM
My expectation would like to sell at the price of $1,000. but if after close to halving $800 is peak, I would sell it.

yeah and that is the right price to sell your coins, as we have waited long to see that price so we just need to have some patience now as it will be achieved very soon.
728  Economy / Economics / Re: How many Bitcoin do you have saved? on: June 14, 2016, 02:01:54 PM
I have 2.5 btc and my target is to hold 4 btc till we reach to the halving and for that I am trying my best to collect as much coins as possible, as more coins will  lead to higher profits.
729  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: June 14, 2016, 01:58:07 PM
Ever since the price rise, I'm saving up all my bitcoins. But I use bitcoins occasionally
yeah it feels when bitcoin prices rose very high like today. it is unfortunate when you want to spend bitcoin. I highly economical even for not too often in use in bitcoin transactions because each deal is now worth $ 0.07 LOL
Yeah! but actually the price is rising that big so it is not really advisable to spend, maybe spend only for emergencies or your basic needs but make sure you save a good amount of BTC for the future as the price will continue to rise accordingly.

Spending is not good at this stage as price is moving up now so I think you should hold your coins at a moment as price will keep on going higher in coming days.
730  Economy / Economics / Re: The Halvening on: June 14, 2016, 01:55:19 PM
BTW, it is "halving", not "halvening".

When you "halve" something, it is a "halving". When you "halven" something, it is a "halvening".

Lol ,im confused about the title too.  Halving is only a month away to occur.. and it can break the highest price of bitcoin by then.
2000$ ? Possible to reached that price becaused of this price increase that happens everyday.
We are going to break the $600 and that is because you already can see now that the value is going to be more worth and that is really nice if that is possible and if we can earn profit soon because we already waited a long time for it.
So it would be nice and the halving is also coming towards to us and that can be perfect if it is rising in that time but you are not for sure that it is going to rise but just a prediction.

$600 is history now, $800 is now target to hit as price is going high very quickly and we may see this price in next couple of days as we get close to halving.
731  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: June 14, 2016, 01:53:11 PM
for now maybe not but if i can get steady earn bitcoin and it multiple with my main salary maybe yes , because after i get much capital i will start to make new business in real life
Thats good, and what business are you palnning to start?  Im thinking about that too,but i have already started my business which is a internet cafe..

That's good you can spend full time online if you have your own cafe and by side you can also work on bitcoin to multiply your income.
732  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: June 14, 2016, 01:49:32 PM
Hold is the nr1 thing I would do because of the nice future the bitcoin has and its also rising now very fast!

Its rising at a moment but we cannot be so sure that it will keep on rising in future too, as it may drop to extreme level in future, so study the market and act accordingly.
What I think is it will drop after halving event as many people use to hype the coins price just to profit with the upcoming they will surely sell once event is done.

People will sell their coins when price will go high at the time of halving and that will result in  price drop after the halving, so if you have 10 btc then you should sell at the time of halving.
733  Other / Off-topic / Re: use Bitcoin in daily life? on: June 14, 2016, 01:46:27 PM
Very few countries have got the access to use their bitcoin directly in their daily routine. For now I use bitcoin for regular needs by converting to fiat because we can't get the product we need with bitcoin.
yeah there are even countries that do not have a local exchange for bitcoin? it would be very difficult for users to use bitcoin and exchange them into local currency. bitcoin is not too known this resulted in its difficult to do shopping

That's true not many shops accepts bitcoin at a moment as a mode of payment so it becomes difficult to spend it directly, the only option is to convert it to local currency and then spend.
734  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your favorite Bitcoin communities apart from Bitcointalk? on: June 14, 2016, 01:43:45 PM
Do you frequent in any other Bitcoin community apart from bitcointalk?

Yeah, the crazy r/bitcoin community! Cheesy
Bitcointalk and reddit is more than enough to read, communicate with each other and keep yourself updated.
Ok in addition to that I'm also following some Bitcoin and crypto enthusiasts on twitter as well, but that's it.

Yeah both of these are more then enough to collect latest and udpated information about bitcoin, and I spend most of the time of bitcointalk rather then wasting time somewhere else.
735  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What wallets do you use and why? on: June 14, 2016, 01:41:20 PM
A lot of people uses xapo wallet and blockchain because of the securities and you can assure that you will not get scammed by using those wallets.

Blockchain is really good and safe wallet, and a person who is new to bitcoin world will surely have his first wallet in the form of blockchain as it is most popular and trusted wallet.
736  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Are Faucets worth the time? on: June 13, 2016, 09:13:10 AM
For me faucet really doesnt worth with time, you'll waste your time by doing that. Better do other ways which more worth with time. Example, join signature campaign and giveaway.

That's right, faucets are good for newbies when they are new to the bitcoin world but in long run it will surely waste your time and payouts are very low.
737  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin to Fiat to My Bank Account on: June 13, 2016, 09:11:42 AM
I am from India, and whenever I feel to sell my coins and transfer it to my bank account then I prefer to use localbitcoins.com as that is the best place for selling coins and converting to fiat.
738  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: June 13, 2016, 09:09:33 AM
i found my self broke because gambling
i found my life in a mess because gambling

but because gambling too suddenly rich, suddenly be a billionaire
because gambling too you know what it is the real have fun

how about you?

is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life?
i think and that it my opinion that gambling will defently will wreck your life if you dont take the jackpot and you still gasmbling each day day in day out off course will it affect your life badly.
Gambling repetitively will cause you to be addicted, and because of that you will treat gambling as a big part of your life that you cannot be happy without playing it. If one is very happy to waste his money in gambling even if he is not a rich person then we called that being a slave in gambling, you work hard just to give your hard earned money to gambling sites.
everyone's goal to play gambling is different, perhaps for the rich it was just to have fun and throw away their money. it does not matter because they are rich. but if you are poor, and trying to earn money from gambling was wrong. because you will not get rich, but you will always lose and it makes you always sad when defeat.

Yeah it won't make any difference to rich people even if they loose, but it will surely affect the poor people who wants to get rich with gambling, and majority of times they will loose.
739  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: June 13, 2016, 09:07:53 AM
The biggest problem of gambling in my eyes is we can loose our money. I think we don't need any other reason to leave gambling. loosing money is the biggest reason to avoid and stay away from it..
if you don't want to be bankrupt then close gambling immediately.

Different people thinks differently, its really difficult for a person to stay away from gambling who is addicted to it, and people who wants to make quick money will never quit gambling.
740  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin rise up to 800$ this year ? on: June 13, 2016, 07:34:08 AM
off course can the bitcoin rise up to a value of 800 dollar each this year look how far he came right now he is around 650 and that is quiet allot so i think he will hit the 800 later this year.
We don't need to wait to see that price till the end of the year, I think $800 will be the price at the time of halving or even higher, we can expect $1k by the end of the year.
