It's hard to level up because of greed. Because too many came on this forum only to earn money. The forum was filling up with useless posts made by people only to reach the number of posts required to level up (and earn more). So Merit was introduced and it seems to have some overall effect.
You joined this year and you are already crying about being "hard to level up". That's why.

When I did join this forum I didn't care about ranking and earning. In the first months I've been mostly reading and almost no posts at all. Of course, there were not so many airdrops and campaigns like now either.
Guess what? My account is more than 4 years old. So .. you need patience.
You already have 270 posts. Wow. You need to post more useful stuff in order to get merit (and even useful stuff doesn't get "paid" all the time). You have to get used with that and stay cool. As I wrote - it's all about user feedback. And you cannot really force that.

This forum values the user feedback. It's not a kingdom. That's why, in a nice or harsh way, people will reject your ideas. Also they are made to help you, not really everybody. (Do you imagine how much work would be for that one alone accredited bounty manager?? Do you imagine that without competition he could ask any fees he wants??)

As said, there's already a list (at least one) of reputable bounty managers. And since you are new, I'll give you a very useful tip: whatever question you have, use Google. It does wonders.

This is a forum primarily about Bitcoin and then about the rest of cryptocurrencies. A forum where cryptocurrency related knowledge is shared among people. Earning money from various jobs is just a (small) part of this.
Maybe this also help you also understand why bounty management is not the main concern here.

However, stay around, learn, discuss, help the others and you'll get to high rank and will also get to earn more.

No. Pretty sure people love anonymity and let's keep it that way. From what I have seen, managers willing to dox themselves over bounty management would be the incompetent ones.

This is only a suggestion sir, We, in the low rank division was the most affected here. Why? It's because we wanted to earn more like high ranked members. So we do accept lot of bounties even how stressful it is. We do accept bounties with a minimal review if that said bounty was legit and most of us rely on the ICO review. We know that we don't have lot of experience of how to distinguish a legit ICO. My suggestion was to minimize a wannabe bounty manager to lessen a scam project. If the scam project will continue , what will happen to us on the future? Scam project will discourage lot of investor. Investors will decrease and ICO will have a hard time to promote those coin.
My suggestion will benefit lot of individual is either you're a bounty hunter, bounty manager or a investors.

If someone behind a project, newbie with copper membership wants to run their own bounty campaign then they should, putting additional membership requirements would be unfair, the project might indeed be legit, if it turns out to be scam, then lack of judgment on the participants part.

It depends on the situation mate, some campaign managers really don't know that the project that they managed is a scam. But if the campaign manager knows that the project is a scam since then and it's proven, they really deserves to be given a negative trust from DT members.

If the Bounty Manager knew that the project is scam and still promoted it than they deserve a negative trust.
But if they didn't knew about that, they are no different from bounty participants as they get paid to advertise.
If bounty manager are to be given negative trust for working on a scam project, bounty participants too deserve one as they too promote for payment.
