721  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: PancakeSwap vs Uniswap on: April 22, 2021, 07:17:34 PM
Binance smart chain has proven to be a qualified competitor to ethereum even though it has a lower level of decentralization. But this is not a big issue since people are making money, right? On the other hand, BSC has different development since it was created and pancake swap can be considered as its most successful enterprise. If I had to choose, I would choose the cheaper one -> BSC
722  Economy / Economics / Re: Could Bitcoin Smash Socialism in Venezuela? on: April 22, 2021, 03:30:52 AM
But their investment wasn't enough in the end as you have already said. Another problem as you have also mentioned is that they are so reliant on oil that they didn't try to invest in other products. And the blunder of choosing Maduro as the successor added to that problem.

Do you really believe that someone other than Maduro could have resolved this issue? Venezuela is like a single-commodity economy, which is over-reliant on petroleum. The majority of the population is left-leaning similar to the other Latin American nations and they want the governments to make huge welfare spending. If the right-wing parties were in power, then I don't know whether the situation could have been any good. They would have privatized the oil fields, which would cause losses to the economy once the crude oil prices increase.
Venezuela's problem is not socialism. It is unlikely that this authoritarian country can now be attributed to the socialist form of government. As many here correctly point out, Venezuela needs a proper organization of economic management. Global reforms are needed to eliminate the policy of simply eating up what is earned from oil production.
Due to the forced transition of states to renewable energy sources, oil will lose demand and fall in price. Therefore, the economy of this state needs to be reoriented from a simple distribution of produced oil to something that will bring real profit in the long term.
They need a proper and inspiring leader, not just a proper organization of the economy. On the other hand, they have to balance the country's income instead of focusing only on oil. Because of this fact, the country was vulnerable and they cant withstand the crisis when oil price droped sharply

724  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not panic sell when there is dump on: April 22, 2021, 12:02:08 AM
Sometimes when a coin pumps hard and starts to dump, novice will panic sell due to fear or other reasons, while the whales will buy up the dump and mop it all and then pump it even harder.... So don't always panic sell, be in control of your emotions, although it isn't easy, but with practice you will perfect and master it.......Every new trade is a journey and a new destination...... Always dyor

What do you think about this circumstance ? am i overthinking this ? share your views.
Do not let your emotion drive you. Instead of panic selling, thinking of the posibilities that can happen after the big dump. Make a clear judgement so that even when you lose your money, you still realize something. Panic selling only cause more pain to what's already happen.   Cool

Just hold your coin. Do not sell it. Only accumulate
725  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are there so many negative posts about BTC lately? on: April 21, 2021, 11:31:58 PM
I doubt that. Just some FUD created by medias to boost other coins. But it will not do the same effects because whenever the price of bitcoin decide to fall, altcoins have the same run.

Would you mind give us some links where you get those information?
726  Economy / Economics / Re: Strong kyc reason on: April 21, 2021, 11:25:26 PM
I have always agreed with this KYC and AML procedure, in fact I came to know it in this forum. Some members argue that this process can generate income because banks sell our data.

KYC and AML is an important process for maintaining business relationships between banks and their clients.
Now, How many bad guys have made a fortune with illicit money: drugs, smuggling, corruption, etc? This procedure is necessary in my opinion.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Know_your_customer
It is necessary but I think there should be some lines that companies shouldn't cross when doing KYC because some of them just puts all those stupid requirements because no one seems to care, not to mention that with more requirements, it is more taxing and dragging for users to comply with.
They are both faults of companies and customers. You cant avoid it, actually, Ii is a sad reality that people only care about the services while give a shit to most of the term and policy and requirements
727  Economy / Economics / Re: Simply predict the future of bitcoin on: June 06, 2018, 07:15:55 PM
According to the k-line of 2011-2017, the major bull markets are basically those that rise after a super rally and then go back a year to two years later.

When should the chance of tuen mun be this time?

Feel like there's a half-year down period?

While history will not simply repeat itself, shouldn't the bull market come so soon?

The ICO bubble is pretty bad.
We can not know what is waiting for us ahead. Bitcoin can hit $100000 or even drop below $1000. Therefore, you can never predict the perfect future ahead. Everything can happen again in this year. However, I have prepared for the worst
728  Economy / Economics / Re: DO NOT SELL! JUST HODL - You've not loss any money if you haven't sold. on: June 06, 2018, 07:12:38 PM
If you will ever find a coin that will be worthy of long term holding, buy it, hold it, grab it with all you have and dont sell.
I agree. Just like bitcoin or ethereum. we do not need to sell them. just hold them for a long time and we will receive a lot of reward at the end of the road. They have the potential to be used and the advantages which they bring to the world is undeniable. Therefore, HOLD your coin if it is a good one
729  Economy / Economics / Re: Which cryptocurrency should I invest in, in 2018? Why? on: June 06, 2018, 07:09:04 PM
I think that you should invest your money in bitcoin. By asking people on this forum, I believe that you do not have a big knowledge about the cryptocurrency. Therefore, bitcoin is the most suitable coin for you. IT is safe and there is no danger in holding bitcoin. And it is easy to have profit with bitcoin
730  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people are still buying BTC? on: June 06, 2018, 07:04:53 PM
because it is good. Dont you see that bitcoin only bring money to the people? the more money they invest in bitcoin, the more profit they can earn after years or even months. Therefore, we should buy bitcoin right now while we still have a chance
731  Economy / Economics / Re: why do people agree to pay taxes? on: June 06, 2018, 05:18:13 PM
You are forced to pay tax. No one agree to it..

I agree with that. However, good citizen has to understand that tax is for the government to improve the country. THey use the money to build schools, public facility and many more. That is why we should have to pay tax no matter how bad it can be
732  Economy / Economics / Re: Why I am quitting ICO's on: June 05, 2018, 11:47:40 PM
YOu need to quit ICO forever. There is no advantage in investing ICOs. Moreover, in this year, most of ICOs have already failed. Instead of investing in ICO, you can buy real coin such as bitcoin or ethereum. They are better than ICO. Never investing in ICO Wink
733  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you approve this strategy: sell alts buy btc? on: June 05, 2018, 11:17:34 PM
I do not approve this strategy. Although bitcoin is a good coin, there are also many good altcoins. Therefore, dont throw away your treasure like that. Altcoins can even bring you a bigger profit than bitcoin itself. However, if you are holding bad altcoins, I think selling is the best you can do in here. YOu will lose your money if you dont sell them
734  Economy / Economics / Re: What happnes to BTC,if the oil price goes up? on: June 05, 2018, 11:13:47 PM
well, honestly, I believe that bitcoin has nothing to do with oil. Oil is full and it can be touched while bitcoin is a type of currency which bases on the cyber network. Therefore, bitcoin can not be impacted by this kind of assets. I think that if the oil price goes down, bitcoin will go up. But bitcoin never go down if the oil price goes down
735  Economy / Economics / Re: Charity Accepting Bitcoins? on: June 05, 2018, 10:38:26 PM
I have seen many small charity organizations accepting bitcoin in my country. But I have never seen any big charity organization using bitcoin as a way to donate. However, I believe that everything will change in the future. The cryptocurrency can easily solve many things in a short time. That is why they will be used for world wide charity
736  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible for someone to manipulate the virtual currency market? on: June 05, 2018, 10:30:05 PM
If an entity is large and powerful enough, is it possible for it to gain a monopoly advantage and manipulate the rises and falls of the virtual currency market?
Yes of course that this guy can easily control the market without any problem. Moreover, he can do what he wants in this market can create tons of pump and dump things. However, right now, there is no one having enough entity to control the market. I hope that this will never happen

738  Economy / Trading Discussion / Bithumb: Fake volume or not? on: November 12, 2017, 03:02:52 PM
Bithumb is the biggest local exchange which locate in Korea. Recently, most of the volume of bitcoin and bitcoin cash, as well as other cryptos, are extremely high here. The volume is somehow not true to me because I do not believe that Korean does care about crypto and the blockchain. What just happens? Do they become smarter?
739  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: October 23, 2017, 12:23:32 PM
For me it better to invest it on bitcoin.  Because if you save your money it will not increases.  But if we invest it will increases more than before and even we can get much profit.
So invest i think it better
Not only invest your money in bitcoin. There are likely a hundred of ways to invest your money and therefore, never let your money die. The longer you hold your money without investing, the higher chance it will be less valuable.
740  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where can the money go after China banbed its Bitcoin exchanges? on: September 22, 2017, 08:28:47 PM
The majority of bitcoin sellers do not know much about bitcoin. They heard about bitcoin from their friends, telivision and advertisers and they buy bitcoin from exchange without knowing the existence of bitcoin wallets. However, whales in China are different. They are all wise people and they know how to control their bitcoin appropriately. And they also know how to dump their bitcoin in order to buy cheap bitcoin as well
