Probably when bitcoin dominance are high most of the altcoins are sitting lows and is perhaps good to buy at their lowest point of price. If we hit at least 70% dominance level then we can surely expect third bullish wave. And most of the altcoins will dump making it a good opportunity to buy.

Though we can still buy right now for some altcoins just pick wisely the most good potentially ones.

This will have two results;

-If xrp won the lawsuit crypto exchanges will not going to delist xrp and of course price will gonna have a great impact and expect another bullish price.

-If opposite happens and theyve lost then they exchanges will delist the xrp per regulation and xrp's price will of course gonna dump like hell.

There's another retest at $21k and if that was hit then another bullish wave can be achieved at the end of this year. But oppositte of your thinking, I am one of those believer that bitcoin can surely hit new ATH. See it reached $24,000 and I didn't sell all of my holdings. And sold half when it reached $19k.

I can't blame you to sell of your btc at too early. Many are panicking and making sure they won't be late to sell it and worried that it may dump hard and will gonna difficult to recover but then again it went smoothly up.

Im still a long term holder so whatever it may take, I can still hold on and wait for my target price.
