How does EverID govern the data of users to prevent misuse by their 3rd party clients?Can you please explain that part abit more?
Thats a good question. The network will be based on 'IDs', wich are a utility token that allow access to the EverID network and the applications and services built upon it. The 800 million issued ID tokens will be purchased by banks, governments, NGOs, large organizations, and users (i.e. remittance senders) that want to access EverID’s network. Institutions are given varying levels of access to the platform based on how many tokens they hold while users will not be required to hold IDs in order to receive value. |

Is it going to be possible to trade SOUK on other exchanges?
In the future, Souk can be tradable but generally its a utility token. We will provide more details on that in the future. TOKENS WILL BE UTILIZED IN THREE PRIMARY WAYS: 1. Tokens will be redeemable to pay trading, transfer and other fees at a discount of at least 30%. We reserve the right to create special promotions and windows where token discounts on fees will be higher for a period of time, but they will always be worth a discount of at least 30%. Certain pre-ICO and early ICO coin buyers will get an additional discount applied to the general fee discount. 2. Tokens will be the method of payment for the listing of new asset pairs from projects that also meet our diligence review for soundness. 3. The company will, after $1,000,000.00 in initial profit as calculated under standard IFRS rules, use 20% of it’s quarterly profit from the previous quarter to acquire and burn SOUK tokens from the market in the current quarter. The company has the right to purchase tokens before the $1 million milestone and can, at its option, acquire more than the required 20% in any given quarter at its sole election. The company will continue to acquire SOUK tokens until there are less than 5.6 million outstanding tokens. However, the company, at its sole discretion, can re-acquire and burn all 52 million tokens originally issued. Isn't it too much to burn that many tokens? Hi, I understand your concern. I think that investors from United States and China cant join the sale. has never understood what creates restrictions for investors from some countries. perhaps a person would like to help his cousins support the project, and she is forbidden to do so. perhaps you should not make such restrictions. It is not the project that makes this restrictions, but the county's laws and regulations.So US citizens can thank 'Merica for that. I think everybody understands that. Cant think of a reason some project would make this restrictions on their own. No, it doesn't seem rational. Not everyone can join the tokensale. It is available to people in most countries. Citizens from the following countries are not allowed to participate in the SOUK token sale: People’s Republic of China, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, United States of America, or any resident of a country where American embargoes and sanctions are in force, namely Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, and Cuba. |

I see that you started with project back in 2016. Was it always blockchain based, from the beginning?
As you can see in the Whitepaper that the concept was started back in May, 2016 and finally the development started in stealth mode in June, 2017. How long are those team tokens going to be locked?It is quite an important info.

25% reserved for Team and Advisors. A large percentage, I hope they will be frozen for some time, otherwise there may be a strong decline in the price of the token.
