Will you guys consider accepting litecoin and other altcoins? Variety is the spice of life!

Hmm, we still consider these idea, we also saw another site with high wagered amount of alt coins. However, this may not be implemented in near future.

So far we see that Bitcoin is much more stable compared to other alt coins. Dicing itself is form of gambling with its own risk and we are assuming that gambling in altcoins will add unnecessary risk in dicing. But of course, our assumption can be wrong Wink

Might want to double check that math, bud.

727  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Zero Fee 0% Bitcoin Exchange on: April 21, 2014, 09:35:38 AM
Also, with the way the law is in the USA, there are lots of potential legal issues when dealing with the exchange of USD.

This will be a Trading exchange only. No Fiat deposit/withdrawal.

I don't want fees associated with the exchange therefore fiat must be eliminated.

Buyers must have the coins in storage then use this exchange for trading. The actual exchange isn't processing orders into the blockchain,  the server will just operate an efficient order matching engine.

If we can use cold storage escrow for deposits, we'll avoid regulation completely, and just be the liquidity engine for matching orders at millisecond speeds.

you have a great idea, but there is no chance this thing can reach 1% of global trade share without deposit/withdrawal option in FIAT, in other words, you would force people to get BTC out (think of effect to price, it would be similar to one from MtGox, when they didn't payout folks, so BTC there were worth more than on any other exchange).

I'm not familiar with casinos but my feeling is that the bitcoin sports books are much more honest than the cash books. The customer service is better with the bitcoin books since you interact with people that can make decisions. Your input means something in the bitcoin community.

captain, can someone explain me what sports book is or what cash book is? sorry for asking stupid questions....

Sports book = place you can gamble on sports events (football, basketball, etc.)
I guess he is calling those sports book only taking fiat as "cash sports books".

Oh i see, so bets on sports like i have in my country on gas stations etc..

735  Economy / Speculation / Re: $10,000 when? on: April 20, 2014, 08:53:42 PM
The value all depends on demmand so get spreading the word and hope big merchants start accepting it.

they don't want to accept it since they have nothing out of it except for the big risk of BTC getting banned or what soever. ..
736  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 20, 2014, 08:30:04 PM

737  Economy / Speculation / Re: $10,000 when? on: April 20, 2014, 08:27:20 PM
Maybe there will be bump in the price like the one from december, but it will not reach 10k$, maybe 3-5k$. Than we will have to wait another few months and again and again

Did someone notice bots playing? i have a feeling there are some bots playing

Why do you think so?
And I don't think bots are disallowed.

I noticed pattern of beting which is hardly done by human for longer period, bots are allowed, but it's not that feeling if you put bot to play..gambling is about that feeling
