As I said you are using wrong dashcoin address. You are trying to withdraw dashcoins to DASH address. DASH ans dashcoin are different coins. Dashcoin wallet can be downloaded from http://dashcoin.net/#download |

After several failures, I managed to get my mined Dash withdraw pending. But now, it is on pending status for 2 days now. Why can't I receive my dash?

Another question for you... I've tried using Minergate with tor network to no success. There's a proxy column on the GUI that you can specify the respective host:port for socks proxy. Is it working or not yet?

It is working. But we haven't tested it with TOR. So maybe there are some problems with proxy via TOR network exactly. |

Today we've successfully released new version of Minergate GUI Miner (v.5.0) with the Smart Mining option. Smart mining mines the currency with the highest exchange rate during the last hour. I think the problem is that you are trying to withdraw dashcoins to DASH address. These are different coins. |

This happens quite a bit and I'm not sure if I want to keep using your pool when my coins get stuck like this too often. Thanks for your comment! We don't store all coins on hot wallet due to security reasons (everybody have heard about BitStamp and other exchanges and pools stories about hot wallets). We are thinking highly about our users security and therefore put a minimum required amount of coins on withdraw wallets, so if anybody hack them, we can still keep our duties on withdrawing your earned coins!
