Yesterday Galatasaray played very, very well in the first half, nobody thought they would play this well. Bayern Munich couldn't attack.
But we didn't score, if we had scored it could have been different.
In the second half the Galatasaray players got very tired and unfortunately we conceded goals right away.
I thought Galatasaray could hold Bayern Munich to a draw in thats match but in fact Galatasaray could only scored 1 goal in the first half and that was thank to a penalty kick taken by Mauro Icardi in the 30th minutes. Galatasaray was really embarrassed by Bayern Munich at homed and in my opinion Galatasaray was not tired but because he was unable to match Bayern Munich playing style which was too strongs, especially since Bayern Munich had Harry Kane and as a result Galatasaray conceded 3 goal. So far, Bayern Munich is a strongs rival in the Champions League, so in my opinion it is only fitting thats Bayern Munich won the matchs because Bayern Munich will really focused on the Champions League match this season so they can win the UCL title. We know that Bayern Munich is strong but yesterday the first half was difficult for them. As I said, if we could have scored more goals in the first half it could have ended differently. But there seems to be a misunderstanding here that Bayern Munich seemed to appear strong in the first half creating 1 goal from Kingsley Coman and the goal scored by the Galatasaray player was just luck from penalty kick but I was still very impressed with Galatasaray performance because the first half was not very strong but it was able to withstand every attack from Bayern Munich. Furthermore, in the second half I think Galatasaray made few a mistakes in the defense which became weak and I saw that the goals scored by Harry Kane and Musiala were only 6 minutes apart, it was a very close distance and it was all because Galatasaray defense was too focused on wanting to help the attack line and the defense players are too forward, even the formation used by Galatasaray seems wrong because when they knew that Bayern Munich was a strong club, Galatasaray should have used a defensive formation and added players in defense. Galatasaray defeat made the players mentally decline a little but they still seem to be trying to be better in the next match. If you watched the game you can understand why they made mistakes. They were so tired, they couldn't run anymore, so Bayern Munich started to attack very easily and they scored. Okan Buruk made his substitution too late, everyone saw that the team was tired, but he didn't. Okan Buruk is a troubled man when it comes to substitutions. |

Galatasaray may want to fight for a draw with Bayern Munich but I doubt if Bayern would give a chance to sharing points with Galatasaray Even if Galatasaray is playing from home because this game will give a determinant to their qualifications for the next rounds of the UCL, if they get a win against Galatasaray they are getting a smooth sail to the next stage but otherwise they will have to work hard again.
