I am thinking about investing but the site closes the CLAM will all be sold at the same time and the price will crash, it is a big risk to buy CLAM when you don't know how much you will get for them in the future.
It certainly is. Price had 2 upswings and downswings in the last 24 hours. Its at 0.0023 right now.

734  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: do bitcoin gambling sites need gambling licenses? on: December 04, 2014, 11:00:33 PM
in the U.S would a bitcoin dice site need a gambling license?

Not really unless a specific state had a law pertaining to just that.  Several online games that are considered as having gambling events will not even allow users from specific states to participate due to Certain state regulations.  If the coins aren't being transferred into usd currency as payout or payment at the gambling site (bitcoin payout and payment only site) then there are no state bitcoin gambling laws that i could find.  There are several online sites you can go to look up the laws governing online gambling on a state to state basis...it all starts at a search engine  Grin

do you know if new jersey requires licenses for a bitcoin dice site?

Hello, i recently has a post about developing a game based on my domain name digger.in but i will set that aside for now.

I am looking to start a dice site which will in cooperate dogecoin and bitcoin.

I own the domains jesusdice.com and ogdice.com which would be great for the site name and could be a great marketing tool.

I am looking for a partner or partners and developers who are willing to join in on this project.

Post below and pm me if you are interested.
The site isnt developed already right? digger.in can be good for a game like satoshimines,coin-sweeper.

none of the domains i listed have developed sites, i cant really see digger.in as much of a gambling domain so thats why i want to use jesusdice.com or ogdice.com.
Digger.in can be used for a digging game, with coins below dirt-u dig them and see if u win or not-just like coin-sweeper and satoshimines, for dice,i dont know, ogdice looks cool

ill use digger.in for another project, just looking for a team for the dice site and some developers.
