Can you provide details of what the funds raised in the pre-sale will be used for?

Perhaps it's a bit premature to say that it's back just yet
If it can break through $7,000 and hold above that price level it may have a chance of appreciating further but there's a lot of pressure from short positions

The main distinction here is between traders and investors
Traders will generally seek to take profits where possible whereas investors new or not will tend to hold for a longer period of time to gain a return on their investment
Newbies do get swayed easily by hype, FUD and market volatility so it's best for them to make a proper analysis before reacting to anything like that

The voucher binding function is unique and can be useful for a wide variety of applications
What sort of fees will apply once the BETA phase is over for listing new assets?

It's good to see a little optimism around the forum from time to time and still Bitcoin is floating above its recent low points so no sweat yet! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Just pick top quality assets that are medium to low risk as they'll appreciate enough once the market picks up again and that way you won't stand to lose or get caught up in any pump and dump scenarios

Due to lot of scammed ICO more investors lost their interest investing in ICO. Success rate of ICO decreased that is why bounty campaign period nowadays are extending. Do you agree?
It's this plus it is generally harder to raise capital when the market is at a low point Most of the time the crowdsales get extended in order to increase the amount of time investors have to contribute or because the softcap hasn't been met

The Idiots that have manipulated the price have scared many people and people are leaving this CIRCUS: My Alts are not recovering when BTC goes up and go down when BTC goes down. If this pattern continues I will sell and get out!
It's not just price manipulators, it's the abundant amount of projects with no real use and all the scams that have discouraged investors from continuing to invest large amounts into alternatives however good quality assets should recover in due time
Considering there's bargains about in alternative assets a few top quality ones might make a good low risk higher ROI portfolio but a lot of lower quality ones might be a bit of a risk at present

I also believe in Bitcoin. This is probably the last time we saw Bitcoin at $ 6000. Long-term buy and hold, you will win next year ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) It's been at the $6,000 mark a few times so far and has been supported well so hopefully it will continue to remain above the $5,000-6,000 range until further positive developments help add more value

The same thing that has happened over the entire alternative market broadly
A sizable sell-off due to speculator disappointments over the ETF decision amongst other things including a lack of a lot of new projects delivering on their promises
It's not specific to Ethereum alone
Bounty campaign managers aren't to blame if a project fails to raise enough funding in its crowdsale or if the project turns out to be a scam but it helps if they do due diligence and also if the funds for the campaign are escrowed in advance
The rest is up to the bounty hunters to ensure they're working with a reputable campaign manager and have researched the project themselves

Is there any minimum or maximum amount that individual investors can contribute to your token sale?
Ethereum has a large number of use cases other than ICO's and in comparison to a lot of other alternatives it's virtually the only other asset besides Bitcoin with some real value
It may not ever get that cheap but if so it'd be an amazing bargain that's for sure!
What sort of dividends can you earn from this asset and are you planning to list this on any big exchanges?
Not exactly an 'all time low' but it is another market correction
During a phase like this you only lose money on your investment if you panic sell
If you're planning to keep your investment for more than just the short term you'll likely benefit in the long run

Just wondering guys, you were all so confident we were in a strong bull market and would break 10k easily, looks like the opposite is becoming a reality and we're heading straight back to new lows.
Not sure where you got "easy $10,000" from but that's a pretty broad (and possibly inaccurate) generalization as the opinion in this forum varies greatly from $1,000 or less to $10,000 or more at the varying ranges of speculation When it gets cheap it's a great opportunity to buy though ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

There are so many coins, but many of them just a copy of anothers. Why they waste their time for nothing? ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) You're correct its mostly copy and pasting of another code base Some do it simply for fun or as a educational endeavor to learn how the technology works and others for scams or illegitimate purposes These days you can create your own coin or token very easily with little coding skills whatsoever

Bitcoin is currently clawing back it's previous 50%+ market dominance due to a lot of alternative assets being somewhat over-hyped and over-valued which is widening the gap for other assets to surpass it as early as 2019
Based on that it's not so likely something like NEO could challenge it for the number #1 spot
It appears you've sent it to a contract address not an exchange wallet address You could try creating a support ticket on Poloniex and ask them if they can assist with solving this
