Think as much as you want, study coins as much as you want bue PLEASE don't launch an ICO coin. Pleople are tired of that
722  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin price kill Altcoins? on: February 24, 2017, 10:36:35 PM
Bitcoin will not kill Altcoins, they are still needed in this cryptocurrency world... How will the Bitcoin kill the Litecoin Network? or Dash? or Monero?  Those networks are valuable because there are people working or mining in that.

Guys! What do you think about the Liberland Project? they said that their currency will be BTC! BTCBTC
At the beginning i thoght that people it's wasting their time, but they're pushing hard, giving conferences, spreading the libertarianism.
As son as a couple of nations recognize it, will be a boost for bitcoin!

The idea is nice. I even seen some quite famous US law firm telling Liberland may be actually legally having right to the land it claims. The thing is Croatia and Serbia both do not want the land but at the same time they do not want anyone else having it. Like children. I mean in place of Serbia and Croatia i would actually approve it just for the media attention it brings to both countries.

You are right though about the guys really pushing for it (the brainfather of project is Czech politician and it is visible) but he would need support of someone with bigger influence IMHO.

Quite nice, i know about Liberland because they made a conference here in Venezuela! I mean, not everyone come to a (destroyed by) socialism country to talk about libertarianism and Liberland!

725  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most Feminine Altcoins on: February 22, 2017, 01:18:14 AM
Feminism are reaching crypto?  Cry
i hope that no one here are intended to create an  'FemdomCoin' please ;(  haha

Now seriously, cryptocurrencies are to everyone who's interested on it, talking about 'femenine altcoins' it makes no sense.
726  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Monero on: February 22, 2017, 01:12:19 AM
if your ideal is to make some business in the darkweb, yep. Monero are for you, untraceable and secure.
727  Economy / Speculation / Re: What/who make the price of bitcoin on: February 22, 2017, 01:03:31 AM
Law of suppply and demand. People who need BTC or people who thinks that BTC is more valuable that the current price, buy. People that has BTC and need fiat or thinks that BTC is not that valuable, sell.  Wink

So the OP are leaving because a fee of 0,7$ ? Yeah, i know that the Tx without a decent fee will take forever but 0,7$? are u still fauceting? becaucse it makes no sense for me, even a bank wire will take more than 0,7$.. We just ned to solve the block size issue and reduce the spam Tx. That's it.

But well, goodbye OP. Bitcoin will wait for your return!  Wink
730  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin 20 Years From Now on: February 19, 2017, 03:52:10 PM
Will be dead of course. As soon as Quantum Computers starts to being a reality thing, btc will be dead. But, untill there, plenty of money that must be made. I hope i catch some too  Cheesy
So why Quantum Computers willl kill Bitcoin?.. I don't se the point, probably there wolud be "Quantum CryptoCurrencies" or something like that but i think bitcoin will survive that.
731  Economy / Economics / Re: Passive Income on: February 19, 2017, 03:41:58 PM
What about of POS coins? I think projects like Diamond (DMD) looks good but i'm not sure of try out. Anyone have some experience with POS coins?
732  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: February 18, 2017, 11:47:40 PM

I think gambling and Altcoin giveaways are a very good source of bitcoins. And once you have enough free bitcoin then start lending them.

Lending is not reliable source of bitcoins at all. It depends on pure luck and you can lose. With lending it's almost certain that you will lose some amount too. I would vote for trading, it's also risky but there are some rules and also selling your intellectual skills and services for bitcoins.

Lending is risky because of peolple. Don't let your personal finance in other people hands, try to be you who risks your money and win or loss without blame.
733  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what situation would Bitcoin die? on: February 18, 2017, 11:11:21 PM
When the bitcoin block reward is over and only transaction charges are paid out to miners then bitcoin will die. To fix this they will need to add a tail emission to each block, thus breaking the 21 million limit. Otherwise all of those large mining farms will be turned off as overhead will cost more than what is being mined

I don't see much plausibility behind this claim

If miners are not happy with just the fees they receive for confirming transactions, they may leave. And if many of them leave the mining difficulty will readjust in a matter of a few weeks and the fees that the miners which decided to leave will go to remaining miners thereby boosting their earnings. Since it is highly unlikely that all miners (or the best part thereof) are going to leave simultaneously, the adjustment will go smoothly and mostly unnoticed

Agreed with this, not all miners will leave at once. Also, at the point of reaching the 21mill bitcoin for sure will moon so, mining fees will be profitable if not,  there would be and equilibrium point between difficulty/reward where it will be profitable.
734  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin is the sleeping giant on: February 18, 2017, 11:03:30 PM

Wow!

735  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what situation would Bitcoin die? on: February 17, 2017, 03:29:20 PM
Will die when a solar storm creates an huge magnetic field and leave the world without electricity. Then Bitcoin dies, banks and the world as we known. haha Something unlikely to happen in the short-term
736  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that might survive in the future? on: February 17, 2017, 03:24:15 PM
I think that just the classic coins will prevail to the next 5/10 years.. Litecoin, Doge*, Monero.  ETH and ETC will die, Dash is died (for me), NXT is about to die, etc.

* Probably will die but it has so many time and so many miners that i can't say

What is classic coin, how you determine classic, what is some period for classic?
To many questions and so little answers. Good coin is something that have good support and community so many of them are, some new one are good to, but shit coin i pesonlly dont want to list them at al. Scan coin are so easy to made so far it was ton of them.

Perhaps if some coin is good for 1-2 can be called classic.

I call classics the most popular and lasting coins over the last years. There are old coins like FTC and NVC but they are not that popular right now. They just passed away.
737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin is the sleeping giant on: February 17, 2017, 03:19:28 PM
IGNORANT FOOLS.!!

LTC already had its segwit pump.

Look at charts, it pumped to around $4.60 a few weeks ago.

It will NEVER PUMP BEYOND THAT.

If you are waiting for segwit pump, you were too late. It's only DOWN DOWN DOWN from here on, sorry.

SegWit pump hasn't done yet. People need to see the LTC blockchain after the implementation. So, you're a FUDder haha
Dont' trust people who tells you what to do with your money. Have some criteria Smiley
738  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China? on: February 17, 2017, 03:11:22 PM
No! No one controls bitcoin. It's just that China has high volume.

Exactly, and the news coming from there are just FUD. Regulations (o something like that) in China should not affect the Bitcoin Price. Bitcoin is a worldwide system
739  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Love Fast BTC today! on: February 17, 2017, 03:05:40 PM
It has something to do with SegWit implementation? more miners turned on SegWit this week?

I thought segwit is already dead. Segwit requries 95% consensus out of the total population of the miners around the globe. At this point of time segwit has already made 25% consensus and it is far away from the 95% target. Will segwit really move on to the next level and be adopted by the miners or it will just die before it will be implemented. It is unclear but I dont like to support instead I prefer that all miners just agree to the 8mb block size increase.

But 8mb blocksize will not be much?.. A Qt will take forever to sync, i think miners just have to give a chance to SegWit. Or just try out in LTC to see how it works
