Payments every hour will just drain your funds for transaction fees. 100 payments is 0.0001 * 100 which is total 0.01 btc in fees. And some investments are only valued at 0.01 so there is 0.02 needed from future users just to break even for a 0.01 investment. Including fees and interest thats 0.03 btc needed per 0.01, not good

I have reported the program to GoDaddy's abuse department, it may take up to 24 hours before hosting gets shutdown because of violation of terms & conditions of the used company.
There are several organizations around the web, I mean handled by the police (like SEC), who can track you since you are serial scammers using no precautions = not experienced admin = direct to jail.
