more voltage, less voltage.
722  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Antminer c1 Noise level ? on: July 16, 2015, 03:01:17 AM
yeah i got mine second handed aswell it was quite new when i got it the dude who owned it had it as a hobby and was not on every day.

I would recommend repaste if you get a second hand one, i havent done in mine but i should do it soon aswell.

from china you can get them for 250 us i think, but shipping are 100 us, thats whit no Watercooling kit, complete whit kit you get em for 450 i think whit shipping included.

And it's worth mentioning if you get the watercooling pump from the kit the earlier the kit the worse the pump is chances are.  They started off with (i think all of batch 1) being dry tested.  Just things a cooling company should know not to but syscooling did it.

I have had 2 since batch 1.  One has worked perfect other recently gave me some trouble.  Tried a lot and ended up opening one blade.   It looked horrible on paste, just not great at all.

I thought it would be here today but looks like tomorrow on gear to clean it up.   I ended up getting some decent cleaner, decent thermal paste and good amount keep in mind it's 4 blades, and I already had extra coolant.

So tomorrow I might do it if feeling real crazy.  Or might wait till weekend.  Not sure yet.

Have looked from the sides, i tought it saw a little bit dry, pump as said i am looking to replace it, feels like it pumps to slow. even looking for better radiator.

I will fill whit car cooling liquid aswell, running water atm, at end of month might fix all this, had to get em working to get some $$ to regain the investment first Tongue

Miner is quite silent, even whit 6 fanst.

The big one can be noisy if your ambient is warm.

I have mine in a closed enviroment at 40c temp on the ambient, the fan runs at 2600rpm and it's noisy but still not so high.

I am running mine now at 60c each board whit a non stock fan at 1200rpm, sounds nothing and clocked to 1.1k ghz.

i am using normal water, and i had some leakage but just from the outside of the machine, maybe 2-4 drops had not happen again aslong the machine is not tilted for the water to drip in from the plates.

in 2 months the pump stopped once i have no idea why, it's running now whit no problem but im looking for better radiator and better pump wich many have recommended aswell.

i have a spondoolies -tech sp20 and at lowest fan speed i can tell you that c1 is a pleasure in the home enviroment you wont hear it, i still wanting the winter to test those overclock speeds at 2thz on it Smiley.

727  Local / Skandinavisk / Antminer c1 och 1000w Psu COoler master gold plus on: June 26, 2015, 06:34:13 PM

I already done everything that is suggested  and nothing have worked.

My routers are there because they are needed i an a network technician i know how to set up the network.

It's something else that someone have remote acces from my machine, and as i can't trace any outcoming connections it must be rooted into the code of the firmware to deploy itself at given pool and wallet..
729  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: NiceHash multi-algorithm solo mining pool [BTC/LTC/DASH blocks found!] on: June 21, 2015, 02:04:31 AM

I have alrady reflashed , i have even swapped the SD card for a new one, and it keeps on there into the machine

Maybe your router or your pc infected. someone hacked your pc/router and set his own wallet on your machine.

impossible, i am behind 4 routers whit firewalls, my computer is not infected .

Here is some more proof of your unworthy trust , i know now to not trust anymore on you, decieving people to mine for you, now you have ruined my machine, i am unable to remove your pool from my machine, i have a 10 kilo of junk thanks to you!!

dude seriously.

1, you are on the wrong thread.. this one is for the solo pool..
2, you are seriously doing something wrong.. how do you have 4 pools listed?

the fact that you torrent files. perhaps you have a virus on your computer.

There are 4 pools because of nicehash firmware, after using it , he claming it is better, hes pool have been forcing into my machine all over and over again , i have done everything i can do , flashing, downgrading, he's pool keeps coming back.

He's pool appears after some hours of working and forces to shutdown all others, i cant remove it , or change it.

nice hash is abusive and decieving user , this is thanks to hes firmware.

I Used the Nicehash Firmware for staibility on pool.

It worked, but after waking up the next morning my machine was hacked and was mining for nicehash for hes own wallet.

If he is able to pull this uggly kind of stuff i would not recommend him to anyone, really uggly and decieving, shame on you !

Where do I get that for the s3??

on his site, it will force to mine onto hes wallet so i would not recommend it ...

That pool is hidden and added not by misstake. It's even forcing to shutdown the other pools to prioritise you pool , so that is clearly not made by "misstake" .

Do you know the electricity you are pulling? Where ca I download this binary?

i guess this is the best result yet

256 at 0665 volts , best clocks have been moderated in my conclusion  Roll Eyes.

I just noticed something, don't use nicehash software.

i woke up this morning and it was not hashing for my wallet, It got hacked in the night and had a custom wallet and hashing for nicehash.

i guess the software they provide is doing this, really bad and abusive! i am reverting.

1NH8i5MPB16K57fNLXeeffBXD3mHhufviR

This is the wallet it was mining for and at nicehash stratum poool. i just rebooted and it dissapeared but i got a 3rd adress on the setup up for mining pool.

0mine
1mine
2mine
3 nicehash

Now the question is, how to acces to remove hes pool, after resetting my pools are still there, i guess hes is hidding as it did after rebooting.

Edit: it kept on after swapping firmware, i had to reflash entire SD card
