721  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Resources to learn crypto trading? on: August 28, 2018, 06:57:40 AM
So i was thinking to test if technical analysis and trading strategies could be profitable with crypto. I would of course test everything with "virtual funds" first then move on to the real markets.

My question is where do i find the most trustable and high quality resources to teach myself? Are there any free or payed courses online? Maybe youtube channels or blogs that specialize in crypto trading?
You definitely might find some of the paid stuffs for free on YouTube… YouTubers can’t charge you money rather they prefer to do all those things for free so that they can draw lots of viewers to their channel. But when it comes websites, they will probably charge you for some posts cause that’s how they make their one income. YouTubers get paid through how many viewers they get, so it’s left for you to choose.
722  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 4 factors that could destroy your Trading on: August 28, 2018, 06:10:44 AM
See market prices of crypto currency increasingly fluctuate I think there are a lot of traders who suffered losses, and In taking a decision, many traders are still affected by emotions. Fourth factor that's the meaning, of is a type of emotions:

- Greed
Almost all traders familiar with the types of emotions, the desire to obtain profit possible in a very short time. Greedy nature incurred due to excessive self-confidence. Usually happens after the trader earn profit in a row. They are not aware or forgot that important fact in trading is not can expect definite results of each trade.

- Fear
A sense of fear entered the market usually occur after consecutive losses experienced trader.  Fear is basically a natural response so that we can survive in the market. However, excessive fear will make traders lost the opportunity to gain profit. During trader comply with rules risk management and trading plan has been made, he should not be afraid to enter the market.

- Hope
Excessive hopes or unrealistic in trading could harm. Hope to always profit often cause traders to not follow trading plan that has been agreed upon.

- Regret
Regrets that constantly will destroy trading gradually. Regret usually arise after a trader lost some chances to buy or sell, or after experiencing considerable losses.  If it is not quickly resolved, the kind of emotion this would be developed into fear, and in extreme cases could make him leave the world of trading.

To prevent these types of emotions , we should always be aware of whether we're  in emotions when trading, because trading with the emotions will only make our trading destroy.

It is mainly newbies who never learnt anything about Crypto trading that will be afraid of trading and they all end up losing their money in the process. As for those of us who has been into it for a long time our own problem is greed lol.

Most of us wants to take everything, they want make millions in a single and in the process the market might just crash and they lose their money. As for hope, Bitcoin is volatile and you shouldn’t be having faith that price will always go in favor of you or according to your plans, anything can happen
723  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HODL is not advisable! on: August 28, 2018, 05:26:26 AM
In my very own experienced there is no good outcome when you HODL too much.
First of all do you know what HODL means?
HODL is used when referring to hold the cryptocurrency rather than selling it.
Holding cryptocurrency is no good because it means you don’t have a knowledge about trading, for me, you can do scalping trading and increase your holding by it and gain profit.
I suggest that all in the Crypto community must learn the basic trading fundamentals. There are free tutorials anywhere. Don’t be lazy, think big.
Yes it’s true, those that are doing HODL are mostly those that don’t have any knowledge about trading… but don’t try to underestimate HODL cause I know a lot of people have made heavy money from it, if it wasn’t really good you wouldn’t see some people misbehaving and trying to manipulate it etc… But I really liked what you said here it made a lot of sense and I think people should engage themselves in trading than just looking for ways to rip off with Hodl.
724  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To quit gambling is to quit yourself on: August 25, 2018, 09:26:49 AM
quitting from gambling is the hardest part for the gambling especially for the person that is addicting in gambling because they will need other people to get out of the gambling places. but this will be difficult too for people that still curious with the gambling game and maybe they need to think to not stay for a long time in the gambling place so they can leave the game in any time.
Quitting from gambling takes a lot of discipline but it can be done if you have determination and reason why you would quit. I did it myself and maybe someone can do also and lots have done it.

yes, I agree with you. it is difficult for the first time because our mind will still think about how we can win the game but if we have a strong mind and the other people were helping us to quit gambling, then I think we can quit gambling forever. no matter how hard to quit gambling, we can solve every problem that we face in gambling so we can leave gambling and not thinking about gambling anymore.
That self-control is one thing that is highly necessary when it comes to gambling and the inability to do that is what has set some people into messing up a whole lot already by becoming highly addicted.

Finding it hard to quit gambling is based on how addicted someone is and how they have so much fashioned their mentality and mental responses towards gambling which in this case, started by expecting so much from it until reality starts kicking in and getting out becomes a huge challenge for them after losing so much.
725  Economy / Economics / Re: How is Bitcoin different from Etherium? on: August 25, 2018, 08:02:44 AM
The difference between the two is that bitcoin is the main token or currency while etherium is just an alternative coins. But i do think that of all the alternstive coins existing in the market etherium is the best rival of Bitcoin. Since it has been following bitcoins progress in the market.
Totally different in so many ways. Talking about bitcoin being deflationary while Ethereum being inflationary, talking about how one is more of a currency and the other is more of a smart contract platform and so on. One thing is that they both serve unique purposes which make them very useful in the cryptocurrency space and of course, make them keep being on top as they are now if they end up not getting a push from a competition.
726  Economy / Economics / Re: Why everyone only invest in the crypto market? on: August 25, 2018, 06:47:45 AM
Hello everyone!

I am talking to quite a few people who are investing in crypto and notice that very few have a broader investment spectrum. People either focus on ICOs, some small caps, others play it safe and stick with the high caps or established projects.

But hold on, is the later really playing save? In my view, even with high caps you will still be massively exposed as you have all of your eggs in one basket. Namely in the same market. Different eggs in size and colour but all eggs. If the basket falls, your eggs still get crushed.

As mentioned before, I am trading stocks for over a decade and crypto since last year. I also agree that is easier to trade stocks, simply because the volume is so high that a few whales or big investors cannot influence the market as easily by dumping their shares. The stock market is also much more regulated, if someone is being caught doing washtrading or spoofing the consequences are dramatic. In the crypto world manipulation is something that poses a constant threat. Just look at the market now, the recent dip is not tight to any event, news or even fud. 25 billion just disappeared and people are wondering wht‘s going on.

Long story short, it‘s great you have a diversification plan but also think about moving assets from crypto to fiat, stocks or raw materials and precious metals.

What is your view on that?

Bro, maybe it’s best to watch your eggs closely and catch them when they are about to fall than being careless and assuming that they will or they will not. People are always lucky here and I’m sure of that, same thing applies to stock, everyone has what really works for them.

A lot of my friends are not interested in cryptocurrency rather they prefer to trade stocks. So you shouldn’t say that everyone is going for cryptocurrencies cause I’m very sure that majority are into stock trading.
727  Economy / Economics / Re: Will countries or central banks create their own cryptocurrency? on: August 25, 2018, 06:16:18 AM

A few countries and central banks have been talking about “digital currency”, and most of them are carefully ignoring the term “crypto”. Fact is- digital currency is not the same as cryptocurrency. These countries/central banks are recognizing the benefits of the digital currency features of cryptocurrency, but they don’t want any of the decentralized uncertainties that come with blockchain-based currencies.
Will countries or central banks create their own cryptocurrency?

You yourself don’t even know what you are saying. How can you be saying that cryptocurrency is not the same as digital currency ? If cryptocurrency is not the same digital currency, then what is cryptocurrency? Well,  central banks and countries are not going to create any cryptocurrency, because it’s not their job to do that.

There are already banks, and there are also easy ways you can transact with your bank. Most of the times you don’t even need to go to bank as long as your have a smartphone or computer, cause most transactions these days can be done online with your bank.
728  Economy / Economics / Re: Buy 1 ounce gold. End Giant Bank's $15,000,000,000,000 cartel on: August 25, 2018, 05:38:53 AM
Gold price was $1660/ounce in 2013. Now Gold is $1200/ounce. Silver fell to $15/ounce from $50/ounce. Stock markets/DOW Jones have gone up from 14000 to 26000.

The cartel of giant banks like Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, HSBC etc who are worth multi-trillion dollars are nothing but they have all the money from worldwide people which they use to bring down gold and silver price and push up stock markets [money creating money or money from thin air]. The useless wealth management programs offered by these giant banks.

HSBC was involved in $100 billion money laundering.

If worldwide people buy 1 ounce Gold themselves there is no way these giant banks will have the money to crash bullion price and take Apple inc. to $1,000,000,000,000.

Apple Inc. worth is not more than $100 billion.

Gold at $2500/ounce and Silver at $60/ounce is the right price for bullion/precious metals.
Okay the main point is that those are big companies and they can easily control the market by saying a word, cause investors are used to following them. So are you interested in gold and silver or Bitcoin? I believe that at least 80% of the people here would rather they push the price of bitcoin to a million+ than going for gold and silver.

It’s a matter of choice and majority here stands for this which is what they have chosen and you can’t change it for them they can only decide to that themselves.
729  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there hope? Can we still make a bigger profit from altcoins this year? on: August 24, 2018, 08:11:07 AM
There is still hope alive to make some big money on altcoin if there we can still make money on btc this year because the price of btc is determined by other altcoin when the price of btc is moving the price of altcoin will follow suit.
Keep your hopes alive and may carry that to next year also. So that you will not get disappointed with your expectations. I am not sure about making big profits from altcoin investments this year as bitcoin market is not performing from beginning of this year hence we cannot expect altcoins to produce big profits for us. But, if we continue to hold altcoins for next year then we may make big profits for sure.
730  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are other ways to earn? on: August 24, 2018, 07:38:47 AM
I'm actually new to this industry and i want to earn some money without putting some in the line(A.K.A investing) and i doubt myself that i could actually know how to manage my coins is there any way to earn money that would kick start me in this industry?
If you try every other ways, you should avoid one and that is lending. Don’t lend coins to anyone, some people always use it as a means scamming others, you lend to them and they make away with your money. One thing I think you should try is using your skills to earn.

Yes, You know whatever skill you have that can be helpful to anyone online whether writing or developing, there are lots of people who needs it, you can earn through that way. If you think this place wouldn’t be safe for such, then you can go for platforms that are meant for those.
731  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is our money in crypto? on: August 24, 2018, 07:00:07 AM
Money is not at all safe in cryptocurrency, There are so many hackers around here who's only business is hack a wallet of bounty hunters to get money without doing anything.
Yes there are lots of wicked human beings out there that has remorse for their fellow humans. You work hard and after working hard for the money all they will do is to come and steal it from you.

It happened to me as a newbie, but mine wasn’t about being hacked, I just sold my coins to a scammer after I suffered for more than six months to work for it😥 the heartless fool made away with my hard earned money and I just felt like dying… but thank God I recovered more than that later, now I’m earning more than what he stole from me and he’s probably cursed.
732  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mining or Trading which one is safe? on: August 24, 2018, 05:52:30 AM
I want to know about mining vs trading topic. Many people saying that mining is the safest source of earning some coin. On the contrary, some other people say that trading is the best source of earning money. As a newbie, I am a bit confused about that. Which one is safe to do you think?
I think I’m really going for trading in this one, despite the risks that are involved in it. Mining is not really for everyone cause it will cost you everything and you might still end up with nothing, I can’t take such risk. I believe that mining is just for those with low cost of electricity in their country and it is also not easy to setup cause it will cost you a lot.

As for trading, you don’t need anything, all you got to do is learn it and after that you can find a legit trade platform where you can invest your money even if it’s $100, then you’re set to go.
733  Economy / Economics / Re: What don't you like about Banks and Banks controlling your money on: August 24, 2018, 05:19:44 AM
Firsty, them deciding what is suspicious and not suspicious

Not everybody is an employee working for someone. Some people are entrepreneurs, and as an entrepreneur, you can have some HUGE days. I don't need a bank telling me that my successful day where i made $20k+ is suspicious if I want to withdraw all of it. (people have been arrested for making large withdraws before).

Also, banks freely allowing their customers to scam business (via chargeback). Instead of blindly chargingback purchases and screwing over merchants, visa applicants should be required to take a course outlining the risks of credit cards, and Visa should do proper investigations when a chargeback is brought up.

If a tracking number and proof of delivery can be proved, why should the customer be given their money back?

ALSO, i recently looked into banking investment options. It comes across as a way to just make more money off customers. Think of it like this. It's like it's just them taking your money so they can invest it in polyniex. I only tried it out cause my family (who doesn't know about bitcoins) encouraged it.

Do you have any gripes about banks
I have never had any problem with my bank ever since I stared making use of it,  they don’t charge extra fees or whatever, they just do the right thing and I also play my own part as being a good person.

I like bitcoin too, both banks and cryptocurrency favors me a lot , so I don’t really have any problem with any of them. I do know that not all of us are lucky, and some people are having problem with their banks but I don’t pray to be one of them.
734  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling addiction mainly due to loneliness and dissatisfaction? on: August 21, 2018, 07:38:42 AM
Yesterday I watched a video about addiction on youtube: https://youtu.be/ao8L-0nSYzg. It was a real surprise to me that according to recent research people are addicted to drugs mainly because they can't bond well with people and are not able to live a satisfying life. The research shows that when an addicted person appears in a loving and caring environment, the addiction kind of disappears (even heroin addiction). I wonder what are your thoughts on this matter and whether you think you could say the same about gambling addiction.

We have our own ways on how to ignore our own lives, if we hate the reality, we will find a way on how not to live with that kind of life we have. I don't gamble but my way on ignoring the reality is to focus on this forum, I'm just in my room reading stuffs here, joining signature campaign and post my opinions about things, that is how I let out all of the depressions that I have in me everyday, I just keep on repeating those things that I have mentioned, and I'm always giving myself some quality time to refresh my mind so I could go on.

Though it is not always a positive way for everybody, just like what you've said, others are addicted to drugs, in gambling, and other bad things in this world, and I think that is not a good way to escape the reality, you are just destroying yourself by that.

Most of the times, people are just running away from their real problems. They find an easy escape from their troubles in gambling and drugs for some moment. Definitely, it does not solve the problems rather work like a multiplier which increases problems. However, not everyone has guts to stand up and look in the face of life. It takes some time before a bird learns to fly.
735  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Whats your favorite game? on: August 21, 2018, 07:08:25 AM
люблю ставить на спорт, на футбол. ставлю постоянно на чемпионат Англии,Испании и Германии.
Now this is your own personal expensive that isn’t amalgamated with anyone others opinion. You yourself know this is wrong then I have got question from you here. Not from you only but for hundreds of other gamblers out there too who already know the concept of this game, why still you people want to lose again and again. Wake up dudes before it gets too late for coming back.
You know what I think rather have observed so far is that gamblers do not give up on this game because either they strive for recovering the gone money or have hopes of hitting a jackpot someday. Then there are some gamblers who do not like losing money but still play this game as this is a source of entertainment and leisure time killer for them.
736  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you play online casino? if Yes... on: August 21, 2018, 06:26:00 AM
I don't spent too much time on casinos in real life because I don't have time for that in busy life so in that case I will choose online casinos.I don't need extra time for doin that even I can play in my travelling times so convenient is the reason for me to play in online casinos.

One of the biggest pros to online casinos. This is also one of the primary reasons behind the increasing popularity of online casino over traditional casino.

Most of the people with jobs spend 1-2 hours in public transport daily and they can use that time for gambling. In fact, doing this while returning from work may be refreshing for some people.
What an awful measure of fame or popularity from you people about gambling. Why you don’t see the cons that are attached with gambling? Why you don’t see the ruining stories that people shared about their life and experiences. These must be spread over platform just to inform others as well that how bad this gambling is. We must work in this domain for countering this detrimental game.
For a gambler who has been successful in this game for a long time, which is a very rare case, it is not possible to believe that gambling can be bad or at least he won’t give up on this game as it never harmed him before. However, for most of the cases, gambling has been a big reason of destruction and poverty. This game is the most fatal activity in my point of view.
737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Beginner's Luck on: August 21, 2018, 05:45:39 AM
Can confirm beginners luck is real. One of the first times that I went to the casino I managed to recover my losses and turn a nice profit by placing my last chips on the roulette table. I've seen it happen time and time again which is effective at getting noobs to come back so long as they cash out before they get greedy  Cheesy
I cannot tell the exact percentage of gamblers who fail to win in the beginning but I am certain about one thing that most of the times, the house lets newcomers win in order to increase the number of customers. This develops a misconception among newbies that they carry gambling charm with them which turns out to be false after spending more and more time in gambling.
738  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bearish again? (Back at $5500) on: August 17, 2018, 07:12:15 AM
I'm thinking $ 6000 already is the current hard support. Bitcoin will return to $ 10,000 in September. A lot of technical analysis is geared towards that
Bearish trend is currently existing in the market and we should not sell right now will be a foolish decision ever if you proceed for selling. Better decision is to invest more in the Bitcoin so that we have more coins in our wallet for we are looking to make huge or maximum profit in high market. High market is not far as it has taken too long to convert into bullish but we have to think for benefit only and the current benefit is to buy more.
739  Economy / Speculation / Re: Patience is all we need on: August 17, 2018, 06:42:17 AM
Patience is the key to success. If you don't have patience you can never succeed in anything you do in life, whether in personal or business. Just like in crypto, when you decide to invest that means you take all the risk and that you have to be patient in waiting to earn a good profit.
long ago until now, not even the crypto world, but in real-world business too, patience is the best key to achieving real success. in fact, there are also many who have proven it. so even though the price is still a little low, patience is something we need.
Only your best knowledge will clear the ways towards success and we can say that education is the key to success and not your emotions. Though panic selling is harm towards your money and will hurt you as well so we should control our emotions as we are not in a movie theater but this is the crypto world and we have to show serious attitude towards our investments and the procedure according to the market conditions.
740  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Be calm when the market falls on: August 16, 2018, 08:19:01 AM
Yes, this is true. There's nothing to worry when the prices fall because this is the main picture of the stockmarket. We may not see it coming but let's just hope and believe that in every fall, there's always a rise. To the moon!
Be prepared to invest in this market because you can experience a lot of fluctuations when investing. Because the cryptocurrency market is still relatively small so it is easily dominated by wealthy investors but the future of this market is still very good. I put a lot of confidence in this market in the future.
You will get experience in any market situations as it is a market full of experiences as crypto world surprised us a lot and this time it can surprise us again so why we are wasting our time.

We should look at the only benefit which is present currently by buying a lot of Bitcoins that is a benefit in the current time as well as in bull market you will see its power so do not get panic with the current situations and try to look for benefit only.
