May 5th is Liberation Day (national holiday) in The Netherlands. There may be a lot of people able to attend this event because they are free off work Didn't seem to be much people hosting the booth on the 4th. Hopefully on the 5th there are more hosts, looking forward to the presentation too. |

Factom launches Milestone 3: Fully Autonomous Protocol

Had me worried for a minute there until I saw it was just a problem with the Neon wallet as my NEO-GUI wallet has been working fine all along, no "missing" GAS. No need to worry when these kind of things happen, since it always would relate to a display error. Product at the end of the year plan to release? So it's even good, the courses will grow just at the end of the year, I wonder how the application will function and how interesting it will turn out, especially in the light of the blocking of the telegram in Russia.
The end of the year means almost one fucking year and almost 2 years since this project started. Two years with not a single launch is simply bat shit insane We've had beta launch of service on early stage and big updates are coming along with an app beta. Yes, a little slower than it was expected, but we are in a crunch and are working hard to make our product reliable and competitive. I wouldn't call an admin dashboard that you can buy from themeforest and which has nothing to do with the blockchain, a beta release. Is there any transparency that you can offer with regards to the funds ? What the F are you doing with the millions of $ raised ? It's not like the dev salaries are in the 10k's like in U.S (1.8-2.5k usd for a senior engineer in Russia). What exactly are you doing with the money? Why is the team not expanding ? Why is there no release ? Why is there no new exchange since forever ? Some fair points imo. I thought one of the bigger expenditures would be a more global expansion, including new offices, launch of product etc. Haven't seen anything whatsoever in regard to this area either. |

I've been following your project for quite a while now, I do believe it can out-perform ETH in the long run. I'm not sure if it can "beat" Bitcoin and, like, become the number one cryptocurrency. What do you guys think?
The NEO team has said their goal is to be #1 by 2020, so we will see. Well, number one is too optimistic. At least enter the top five is possible, and the price of $ 200 is the maximum this year. Displace ETH from the place of the main smart contracts do not expect, too much money in ETH invested. The goal of being numer one doesn't necessarily mean #1 in marketcap/price but more in terms of ease of use, fastest TPS, number of developers etc. I think at least 1/3 of ETH marketcap would be fair for this year, who knows what will happen 2019 and beyond, all I know is that NEO has a superstar team of devs and community developers, there is so much building going on, eventually this will reflect in all these different aspects. |
